Came in for a fill that was very nicely done until the next day where gel nail polish was peeling off. I went back into the shop first thing the following morning after my fill to get it resolved. Worker tells me they are too busy and to come back the next day to fix. Now I will need to go elsewhere to pay for a service that should have been done right the first time and re-done at no cost. Before I sat down I told David I wanted my nails dipped and not to file my nails down too much because my nails are extremely thin and fragile. He immediately tried to cut my nails and give me acrylics. After telling him again three times what I wanted and threatening to leave he listens to me. I'm Filipino so I didn't understand what ...he was saying in Vietnamese but I felt like he was talking shit about me. He kept muttering 'it so good for you' and 'bling bling' over and over. He rushed it so much the polish is obviously thicker on one side and he didn't even cover my entire nail! Then at the end of the session I had a sudden family emergency and had to take a call, HE YELLED AT ME. He told me I was going to ruin his work. Tony the manager refused to do my nails.. he was also late.. Cindy finally did them. Tony has a lot of attitude and is very rude. He my feelings and made me cry. I have never been treated so badly in my entire life. He was trying to force me to do things I did not want to do and then made a big scene and acted like I was an imposition. This was my first visit at Vegas Nails. Booking an appointment was simple and quick. When I came in at my appointment time, I was taken in immediately. I had come in on crutches, so they were accommodating. They let my mom take a seat in a massage chair next to me, even though she wasn't getting a pedicure herself.I had Tracy for my pedicure. She was so sweet and checked to make sure everything was satisfactory. She took her time and gave great attention to detail. I went here about two weeks ago to get a pedicure it was the first time going here and I had received a gift certificate.  After leaving my big toe was a little sore. The Soreness continued for the last two weeks. Yesterday evening it became worse. This morning I put my tennis shoes on and went to work. An hour into work the pain was so sever I couldn't move my foot with out wanting to scream out in pain. I called and made an appt for my lunch break at a foot doctor. Went in and he said my toes was extremely infected. I explained to him about getting a pedicure and the soreness and now pain. He stated that it was definitely from a bad pedicure. He removed a piece of nail that they had cut wrong and it was imbedded into the skin and the infection was so severe the anesthesia wouldn't work as well as it should.
