I absolutely love this place! First off, they speak ENGLISH....that alone is a huge plus....but they do really great work here. The salon is very nicely done and the ambience is very relaxing. They're all very eager to wait on you and minimize your wait time which is very refreshing and the service menu is healthy. I’m very disappointed in their customer service. I walked in. Signed my name on the sheet & sat down. No one even acknowledged that I had walked in the door and am sitting there waiting. Another lady walks in, someone greets her and asks her what she would like and she says pedicure. I had been sitting there for 10 minutes. The lady who walked in after me was immediately helped and placed in a pedicure chair. Another person walks in and she gets acknowledged so I speak up. The lady speaking to me was so rude to me. Then told me I’d have to wait 30 minutes before I get a chair when I had already been sitting there for 10 and someone else who came in after me got seated immediately. I chose to leave. AVOID THIS PLACE. Moved to the area and went looking for a new nail salon. The day I went was great, got taken right at my appointment time, got a gel mani and gel pedi. One toe started chipping after 1 week. 2 of my nails started chipping (one had gel completely off it) after 1 week as well. I went back since they say the gel will last 2-3 weeks. They fixed my nails, I tipped, and I was off on y merry way. THE NEXT FREAKING DAY 2 MORE NAILS CHIPPED! I get so aggrieved when stuff like this happens. If your gel is old, don't be cheap, just get new gel polish. So disappointed in this place. Had an appointment scheduled for next week but I'll definitely be canceling. Even when I went in to get my chipped nails fixed, they would speak in their language, and then 3 or 4 of the ladies doing services would stare at me with gawking eyes and nasty looks as if I were lying because my polish chipped. I'm sorry but this is America. If you have something to say about me, you need to say only in English that way I can at least defend myself to you. Did a decent job but so dirty in there. Clean, paint. Sweep mop, dust, polish bottles everywhere, fish tank serving no purpose, needs remodel in there, gross. Could do good business if cleaned. Prices were good. Read Less

I have been going here since they opened.  Services went down hill. Tammy does poor quality nails and ignores her client's concerns. I am very disappointed how I was treated today at this location. I can prior to arrive and they said it wasn’t along wait. Once I arrived I waited over 30 minutes for pedicure to start.. I always get two nail added ton my big toes. The lady refused to add the nails she immediately stopped doing my pedicure and walked away.. I continued to wait for someone to come and assist me and no one even bother helping me or finishing her job.. A caucasian lady then walked in and they immediately begin to help her. A friend recommended this place so I tried it out the lady Tammy build my acrylic to thick on my tumb nail so much it lost shape she seem to get upset everytime I asked her to plZ fix it so I gave up I thought ok let me try again so I went into normal fill and paint I get Tammy again so she seats me and where chatting I asked her to plZ fix the shape and if she could add some acrylic to the tip cause she had shaved it to thin and I didn’t want it to break she complained ugh so she was filing my nails and I was looking at them she said you picky and my reply was of course it would be I’m paying good money needless to say the gentleman/secretary had The nerve to complain about another woman being picky in front of all of the other ladies that was sitting there getting their nails done around me I find that to be very rude and I’m acceptable if you want to keep the clients you should always listen to them and treat them right but thanks to Tammy and the god awful conversations I have I will not be wasting anymore of my money here I will take it to someone who appreciates me and will give me what I want Read Less

This is the best nail salon in Surprise. There is never a long wait! The technicians are mostly young and up on the latest trends!!!! The owner Vicky is the sweetest person and totally takes pride in her business!!!! My nail technician is Tammy (Vicky's sister) is literally the most incredible!!!!! If you can avoid this place, do it. Awful quality and rude. I've gone here twice myself, and my mom a few more times. Each time it's the same, low-quality work and rushed service. My mom's pedicure was terrible, so she asked them to redo it on the spot. For her manicure, they talked her into paying for a gel manicure because it would last longer. Less than 24 hours later, 3 of her gel manicured nails popped off, and her pedicure completely smudged.She went back to ask for a refund, because she was upset with the service (her manicurist even told her at the time of service that she hated working there). After a lot of back and forth, they gave her a refund and told her to never go back. She is a 60 year old woman living out here in sun city grand, I'm mortified at how rudely they treated her. I have been getting my nails done, acrylic gel nails, for almost 3 years and when I went here it was one of the worst places I have ever been. My gel nails chipped the day after I got them done and I currently have two nails that ripped off after 5 days bc they were so thin. I'm not rough on my nails at all and haven't had an issue like this in years. I will definitely not be back. Read Less

This was your typical nail salon experience. Nothing too special, however, they did offer hot stones, which you don't see too often, and the massaging was amazing. There was also some bomb music playing in the background. I got a gel manicure, and had the sweetest employee ever, Kathy. I have to say, the energy in there was pretty slow, and the place is pretty quiet, though there's plenty of employees and they can take people like crazy. The quiet atmosphere, though not what I'm used to, was nice and created a serene environment for relaxation. Kathy also kept checking to make sure everything she was doing was what I wanted. Truthfully, I think the salon should get 5 stars but today was a 3 star day. Rina does my nails and she is professional and does an excellent job. Today I brought my granddaughter with me for a color change on her hands and feet. Ann did her nails, reluctantly. I knew when I saw her face I should have asked for someone else but I just hoped my instincts were wrong. After she removed the polish on her feet, some of the black polish was still there. I asked about it and she said it was Polish, not dirt. We laughed and I turned my attention to my own nails. When she finished, they looked great. When we got outside and I was able to see them clearly, the nails were done in a rush and looked like my granddaughter had done them herself. I took a picture and instead of her admitting she did not do a good job she dot on the defense and said the polish was in the cuticles and stuck to her claim. Disappointing. I hate that. So unhappy with their customer service. I've been coming here every 2 weeks since January when I moved here from GA. I kept coming because I didn't want to go through the trouble of finding a new nail place and they did a decent job just very unfriendly.Well the other day was the last straw for me. I came in at 6:30 needing a fill (they close at 7). When I walked in someone asked what I needed and after I told them they said okay they'd be able to take me. So I start looking for a color, dabbing my nail with various colors to see which one i wanted. About 5 minutes later she walks back up to me and says on second thought they won't be able to take me. I'm like really? There's no way anyone can see me? They just told me they would and now I have random colors all over my nail. I mentioned the fact that I'm a loyal customer but that didn't matter.I was so so upset, especially because I was leaving out of town 1st thing in the morning and had to leave without a fill. I own a business and I know FIRST hand that customer service and how you take care of your customers is what separates a good business from an EXCELLENT business. This place has the friendliest staff from any nail salon I've ever been to! Vicky greeted me very sweetly upon walking in. Even tho there were two other clients ahead of me, we were all attended very quickly! I was a walk in, in need of removing my acrylic nails. Vicky worked swiftly, removed my acrylics, buffed my nails, trimmed, and applied cuticle oil. As I walked to the back to wash my hands, all of the staff smiled at me. Genuine smiles! This place made me feel welcomed. I also really liked that all the staff wore bright blue uniforms. I've never seen a nail salon with uniforms!
