The tech did a fantastic job. My nails were super rough and full of hangnails and kinda sunburned from a few half days of hiking. She removed it all with no pain or bleeding. Did 3 coats of a light beige polish and fixed it when I screwed one nail up. Mani pedi (no gel or frills) was $31 and she took about an hour and checked her work multiple times. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. I have been coming here for over a year and have never had any issues, my nails looked great and they were always willing to do any creative design I would ask them (nothing difficult other than hearts and lines). All of a sudden the past few times they’ve had me bounce from nail tech to nail tech up to 3 different people in ONE visit. Figured because they were busy it wasn’t a big deal. Today apparently it was. The nail tech I had was helpful, but she can’t draw any designs whatsoever and she told me that herself- okay no problem they’ve always helped each other before. But nope- not today. She asked two other techs WHO DIDNT HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS to draw one simple freakin heart and did they bother? NO. She asked them three times and finally she told me they didn’t want to help me because I was “picky”. ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDING ME?!?!? First of all- ITS THEIR FREAKIN JOB! Second of all, I have ALWAYS been nice to all of them! And last I checked, I WAS A PAYING CUSTOMER! I pay extra money for any design for ONE LOUSY NAIL! UGH! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Read Less

I could still honest to say Natural touch nails & spa is my favorite salon. And I satisfied with their work. Their staff opened up to me. Very friendly. Natural Touch Nail & Spa was my favorite place to come. They did a beautiful on my nails! I feel like I was being done nails at home. Staffs were always proud of their work. Really liked this place! The staff took their time, did not rush. Came in with my daughter's 10yr and 9yr and they made them feel so special great sense of humor. Absolutely loved the young girl who worked on my daughter! All of the staff are very nice. Definitely recommend and will come back! I've just discovered Natural touch nails & spa in Surprise when I was looking for my new salon. It's well worth it to come to this place. They were ready for me when I arrived. I had a refill and pedicure. The staff took their time, did not rush, and made it worth every penny spent. All of the staff are very nice. I will be back to support. Hate to rate them so low, bc the 1st time was fine, and the 2nd time I went in there and got the best pedicure I've ever had from a man, maybe in his 30's or early 40's-I didn't get his name unfortunately. They are also the most reasonably priced I've found in Surprise. So the next time I came back. there was only an older woman and her husband-maybe the owners, not sure. She waxed my upper lip and I got a horrible infection that lasted weeks-I ended up going to 2 dermatologists--a 2nd one after it didn't go away for a month. I've had many lip waxes and nothing like this ever happened. So I have to really downgrade them for it. Prior to that I really liked it. My first pedi experiment was a success, thanks to Natural Touch Salon and Jessica who worked on me.  She did an awesome job!  Prices are reasonable.  Only thing I would suggest is that they keep up maintenance on their furniture.  I kinda felt uncomfortable and could not fully relax.  I didn't want to knock a star because I truly enjoyed the service.  The staff is very helpful and considerate that goes a long way! This place is great. I've been coming here for almost a year. It's clean and the people are very nice and welcoming. I have yet to be disappointed with their service. Kathy is great, almost every time I come I try to get her to do my pedicure. It's best if you make an appointment with her. I usually try to avoid weekends, they can get pretty busy. Read Less

2nd time coming here nice courteous, I will be honest I have hideous feet and they did not make me feel embarrassed about them with is nice as I get super. Since I started my initial review I have been here 2 more times since and I have to admit  the staff is really nice always greeting you with a smile and a cold bottle of water. I will now tell you that I will be a customer for as long as I work by this location. Long story short I have been here a few times I went in to get a gel nail repair...... I found this place about 4 months ago and Kathy never seems to disappoint me. She is so good with nail polish no streaks no empty spots. If you are picky with your nails as I am than you know exactly what I'm talking about. The quality of the nails are excellent never have broke or so much as chipped. Came here today with my sister for pedicures and they were great! Very attentive, have a menu with clear pricing and their designs are great! The talking among employees is kept to a minimum so the experience is relaxing.  They have massage chairs that are very comfortable and music plays in the background at the perfect volume.  It feels clean, although you don't see them pull tools right from a package or machine but they do use liners and have heating machines in the back to sterilize. I just moved here from Central CA. This was my first visit to Natural Touch Nails & Spa​. I will continue to make appointments in the future. I asked for white tip and non-pink fill. I have used this method for many years, everyone always states that they always look so natural. I want to Thank Wen for the fantastic pedicure and to Ty for the full set. Friendly and welcoming staff.  Very clean and organized workplace. They use pedicure bowl liners for every customer. It was a very busy day and they were very apologetic and quite accommodating. When it was finally my turn, I didn't feel rushed whatsoever. Yun/Wyn  (not sure how to spell his name) worked on my pedicure and he went above and beyond and spent extra time. I had a regular pedicure and it felt like a deluxe pedicure. Everyone knows how to massage, it's not just lotion being rubbed on your skin-good pressure! I have never had such horrible service at a nail salon in my life!! The owners sisters were there "working" - which was more like a teenage three ring circus. After being asked personal, rude questions by the younger girls, and being subjected to their inappropriate comments in regards to death and dying, I finally left 2.5 hours later with a manicure that would never dry - they used 3 coats of polish. Who even does that? I got a manicure and full pedicure service. I run and have very calloused feet due to this, hence my choice of the most expensive package. Not only did they not perform the hot stone massage, they did a half efforted job of callous removal and actually made fun of how bad my feet were! I'm sorry I run and I'm really sorry I paid you $70. After leaving with a smeared manicure and still calloused feet, I went home to perform my own services without $70 in my pocket. Do yourself a favor, Bell Road is littered with nail salons. Please go anywhere but here. Read Less

This place was awesome! My regular place was super busy and I was desperately in need of a pedi and eyebrow wax. I was at cave woman status! So, I went across the street (literally) and found this spa. A nail shop is a nail shop is a nail shop. They all look the same. They all have massage chairs and neat little workstations. They're essentially copies of one template. What made this place awesome was the pedicure. There are different levels of pedicure and I opted for the $36 pedi which included a parrafin wax thing which I had never done before. This lady scrubbed and massaged the HELL out of my feet and legs. I swear that my feet are now softer than my 2 year old's and it's amazing. There's a wide selection of colors to pick from and everyone was very polite and nice. They even offered us free water. I think this is my new spot. This place is horrible!!! Came here because it was close to my hair salon BIG MISTAKE!! Got a pedicure and full set. first off the packages say they come with bowl liners they did not use one on anyone who were getting pedicures, they also use old tools and pumice stones GROSS...David was the one who did my full set not only was he not friendly he did a horrible job my nails were ready to pop off by the next day and when I went in to fix them he told me he couldnt fix them for the price they charge ($30) you could go anywhere else and pay $20-$25 and get a better quality nails and a friendlier staff DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING HERE!!!! Normally my co worker and I go to this place because its close to our office.  BUT my girl is gone (Kelly) and they may have new owners or something, because they are not the same people.  The gal I had was not very attentive.  She did not listen to one word I said to her and basically did what the "eff" she wanted with my pedi.  Grrrrrrr!  She immediately started mowing my toenails down like I had talons.  Never even asked how I like my toes.I can't believe I am saying this either, but the massage was pure torture.  I didn't think it was possible for someone to make a massage on your feet painful, but she absolutely managed to get it done...Ouch.  Even my friend was laughing watching her.The polish step was even worse.  she was more irritated at me trying to get her to understand that my polish needing fixing on a couple toes...Then to top it off, I gave her a $10 for some change to tip her (very sparingly due to service) and she purposely brought back two 5 dollar bills.  Im hesitant on even going back there if the same techs work there.....  dang.***Just looked over and saw Carmen W. post.  I like her post too!
