Don't use this salon. They do not use sterile supplies and the guy who did my nails had dirty fingernails and didn't wash his hands between finishing my job and moving onto the next customer. He was rough with my fingers and hands. I have arthritis in my fingers. He hurried through my fill and when I asked him to trim my cuticles, he said he didn't have time, that he had customers waiting. This guy agreed that he had time to do my fill when I walked into the shop without an appointment. No one said goodbye or "thank you" when I left the shop, even though most salons do this. I will never go back. I hope and pray that I do not get an infection due to the non-sterile brushes and other tools used on my fingers and then on the next customer after me. Shame! Read Less

I appreciate an honest time estimate. When my husband and I went in we were told 20 minute wait for our pedicures. That 20 minutes was for 1 of us but it was actually faster. Both pedicures were done with precision. We were both happy! Read Less

Took my Nana there when she came to stay for a month. Her nails were overdue and two were broken. Melissa did a great job! She was efficient n friendly :) My Nana was very happy with the shape n longevity of her gel nails. I will be taking her back the next time she visits from California. Read Less

I went last Thursday and was very surprised and excited to see it was busy. I just moved to this part of town, so I'm trying to find a new salon I love. I was talked into getting my nails french tips, with the gel. I walked out with bumps in my top layer and I'm so disappointed that my nails are already chipping, three days later. Hot with no ventilation, super strong chemical smells both nail and cleaning. Unprofessional employee interactions, rushed me in and out in 20 min. Didn't ask what things I wanted for my pedicure (no calus removal, no design offered) etc etc. Should have had my 11 year old do it. Very disappointed. Going home with a headache. Read Less

Beware of Family Nails in Surpise Az.  It is not a clean nail salon! They do not properly wash their hot towels! Don't be surprised if you get mold and mildew on the towels.  These towels are thrown back into their hot towel machine without being washed! They have stolen toilet paper from the public bathroom on several occasions over the past decade. It may be a nice family run business; however, they lack business ethics and morals.
