For a while this place did really well the only thing that I saw they weren't good at was designs on nails but the staff was friendly and overall i was happy with my nails. The worst customer service from them. I requested to have my acrylic nails removed due to Shawn' s error. My fingers were is such bad condition, I had to get them removed. I also asked for my money back. Well that didn't go over well with the owner Cindy I think. I sat at the table with Cindy, who was to soak them off. She said nothing the hour I was there. I asked a few times, are you alright. Excuse, I'm tired each time... I said I've been coming here for a while and I've never seen you this quite. Still nothing.. I said, I know Shawn didn't do this intentionally.. As she Cindy was finishing, putting the oil on she said here is your money and practically threw the money at me with my fingers full of oil. I initially went in for ombré nails as you can see these are far from ombré . You can't see how insanely thick and uneven they are. Went there for the first time because they are in my neighborhood give business to the small. Well thinking they would go out of there way to make me feel comfortable specially a new customer. They didn't do anything spectacular. The tech was giving me a ped. She didn't soak my feet for no more then 1minute it was crowded so wasn't like they to hurry up. Never had a chance to relax. Then when she was trimming my nail she was not going short enough. I ask her if she can trim it shorter she said that there is skin underneath the nail so another words she didn't trim too short. So she didn't clean under the nails barely trim the top leaving their very unsatisfied. A week later went to another salon and they trimmed it and there was no skin under there they just had to clean it. Will never go back there so much for helping small businesses. This is the best pedi experience I've ever had. The service was friendly, the pedi was wonderfully luxurious, and it didn't feel rushed. I went there the first time before I left on vacation with my mom. Couple things that bothered me. 1) I didn't feel welcomed when I arrived in the salon. 2) One of the guys there made my nails uneven. I had coffin shaped tips but one side is slanted in more than the other side. 3) I overheard my mom tell one of the ladies that she wants a nude color Bc her job doesn't allow any other car but Instead of acknowledging my mom she ignores her and suggests to use a purple beige color then continues to take the polish out and paint it on her. 4) Another thing to add, the lady doing my moms nails told her that she's gonna put a flower on her nail. The tone in her voice sounded very forceful. My mom said "No" on the flower more than 2 times but she continues to add a flower on her one nail. 5) most of all... Through out the whole process instead of one person doing your nails. They ROTATE so they all can get a tip which also took longer to do our nails. It took 4 different people to just do a full set. Conveniently next to Walmart! However, horrible customer service. The owner argued with me for 10 minutes about services that wasn't performed correctly. i'm giving this place 2 stars because "sean" is a nice man and he is friendly along with the other 2 guys there. the owner lady waxed my eyebrow off and didn't bother to tell me instead when i pointed out her mistake she blamed me for it and said my eyebrow was bald in that spot, obviously a lie! she argued with me and i'm not one to argue but this was my eyebrow! Own up to your mistakes! i was refunded but NEVER going back to get my eyebrows waxed here again! instead i'll stick to my threading and try that new eyebrow bar they opened at the arrowhead mall. i used to do gel manicures here but after that experience i would rather get service elsewhere where service is truly a priority. The pedicures and manicures are excellent but are totally ruined by the other customers trying to strike up conversations with strangers across the salon. This is the 3rd time I've been here and this has been an issue the last two times. In fact, the last time I was here, one of the workers walked by and said "it's really loud, I'm sorry." I get that people want to be friendly, and maybe they're just lonely and need someone to talk to, but some people like to come just to have an hour or so to themselves.  I realize they can't tell people to be quiet, but common courtesy should prevail (big hint to the very loud woman from el mirage who has told the entire salon about her husband's commute, overstuffed garage, kid, 50K equity in their home, health issues, etc). I will come back, but only during the middle of the week, early afternoon when there is maybe one or two customers. The massages are totally worth it if you can tune out the unnecessarily loud side conversations!! Read Less

Thee best nail salon I've ever been to!! Their quality is amazing no matter which tech you get. I've been there when my services had to run past closing hours and they STILL offer to take care of everything you need to get done. They've even accepted new customers 15/20 minutes passed closing time. To me those are prime examples of what customer service should be!! Read Less

Sean has been doing my acrylics for 4 years and he's great! 3D flowers and bows, he does it all and they always look amazing :-) oh and he never pries or soaks off my old nails (I hate that about other places) Audry gives a great pedicure which includes the rocks and massage and she does awesome eyebrow wax too. Conveniently next to a Walmart... I love that I can get my mani/pedi then get some groceries.  Win/win...I've had the best foot massage by a nail tech here (I like it rough).  Shhh don't tell ;). I've had my gel manicures done here and they were very thorough in their work to make sure it looked great!  So worth the money.  It lasted the full two weeks w/ no chipping.  Kevin and Wendy do great gel manicures.  If I got a name wrong I apologize-  my memory is not that good looking lolThe staff here always welcome you when you come in and are always friendly.  I'm a returning customer and would recommend this place for your pampering needs!
