I came here for the first time about a week ago for a fill. I’ve been using the same lady at my old salon for 7 years and since we’ve moved I’ve needed a good salon. I’ve tried several and they’ve been ok, but I was SO happy to find this salon! Evelyn did my fill and I really loved the result. Definitely a wait but that was ok, I didn’t have an appointment and it was a busy weekend. I broke a nail yesterday and came in today to get it fixed. After reading all these bad reviews i was sceptical about if i should give it a try or not. And I'm glad i did. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and Cindy did an amazing job on my nails (full set) . I had Lynn the first time for the dip powder. She did great! Than I went back and Andy did them and they are all lumpy, uneven just overall terrible. It sucks to pay $35 for something your not happy with. No attention to detail at all. I will not be coming back. Read Less

Three times I have gone there to get a pedi, and each time I was assured they could take me right away. Not once was I seen in less than 15 minutes. I know this because each time, I walked out at the 15 minute mark and went to another storefront. I have asked clearly if they were available. I was once even assured that someone was imminent. But they lie to get you in the seat and hope you don't notice your day wasted. Read Less

I had an appointment at 2. The girl I was supposed to see was send to another client. Instead of letting me know what was going on or switching her, they had me sit there for 30 minutes. I would have probably sat there for 1 hour if I hadn't left. I made the appointment, because the girl I had before did a horrible job and never did the massage part at all. Tony gave an excellent pedicure! Very relaxing and well done! However, the manicure I got from Michelle was rushed and done poorly. I had to ask twice for her to cover my whole nail with polish and she still left part of my nail uncovered. I came here and this is place is clean and beautiful. But the manager is a b****. She treated my mother horribly. She kept telling her what is “in style” instead of simply giving my mother a simple French tip mani. My mom wanted acrylic nails. Yes we know gel is in. But my mom wanted acrylic. My mother ended up getting her real nails French tip. And the woman kept complaining on how my mothers natural nails are yellow. Read Less

Cute-icle Nails and Spa is the nicest nail salon I've ever been to in my life! AMAZINGGG! I only needed a manicure so they were able to take me in as quickly as I walked in without a prior appointment. Staffs were very friendly and fun. And the lady working on me did a super thorough job cutting my cuticles! They really take care of me. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! ! Based of helpful reviews I decided to tried Cute-icle Nails and Spa yesterday. So happy I found this place. I was even offered something to drink while I was waiting. They did a fantastic pedicure for me. They did it wonderful and were very creative. I think their prices are lower than the surrounding salons. We will definitely be coming here soon. While this was this was the fastest manicure I have ever had it was definitely not the best.  Fifteen minutes from start to finish. No cuticle oil used, nails way too short.  My technician scolded me for looking at the bottom of the polish bottle in attempts to get the shade name.  I guess it was taking up too much time for her.  She was not pleasant and made me feel like I was wasting her time.  Would you believe I still gave her a nice tip?  I am such a fool This was my first and LAST time here. I just moved to surprise in November and in that time I've visited this establishment probably 6 times. The pedicure or manicure itself is always good (that's why I'm giving any stars) but the owner is so mean to both her employees and customers (unless she's working directly with the customer which is appointment only for her). The entire time I'm having my nails done the owner screams from the front of the shop to the back at her employees. It ruins the relaxing environment and Cleary makes the employees uncomfortable as they begin whispering anytime she yells. Anyways, my sister and I waited 45 minutes a few days ago for a pedicure. We ended up leaving because the owner was so extremely rude to us. Our feet were put In water that was cold it was extremely busy so I tried to get someone's attention to warm it  and the owner heard and said "we don't soak until you're ready for the pedicure cause you'll wrinkle". I reply"Ok but I have water and it's cold" "yeah we have a method we know what we are doing" so I remove my feet as cold water isn't pleasant. She walks by and yells "seriously NOW you don't want to soak?!" I again explained that the water is cold that we've been in water for 20 minutes. She laughed and walked away. Finally 20 minutes later still no pedicure (which Normally is fine but we weren't told about the wait) we decide to leave to which she yells again "we just wasted water on you this is why we don't soak customers till they're ready for the service" for a THIRD TIME I tell her we didn't ask for water just for warmer water. This is the new nail place over by Sally Beauty Supply by the new Walmart on Waddell and the 303. The space is pleasing to look at but it is a little cramped inside. The layout is perfect if you had a group of friends that want to get pedicures or manicures together since 10 of the pedicure chairs are along a rounded wall and there are two large circular manicure stations in the middle so you can face each other a little better. The workers were not overly friendly or chatty and were pretty quick.  They did offer us water.  We had the $33 manicure that was supposed to take 40 to 45 minutes (as stated on the menu) and I believe that from start to finish, we were in and out of there in 40 minutes.  Overall, it was a good experience and I will definitely use this place for when a group of us wants to go together. They have a very elegant spa area offering anything with nails to waxing. They are fairly priced in comparison to their competitors. Whenever you go in they seat you right away. Even as a walk-in i have never waited more than 5 minutes to be helped. They work efficiently under pressure and get you out quickly. My nails look beautiful for weeks afterward without chipping or flaking off. Any and all techs there will do an amazing job. Read Less

I've been coming here since they've opened. They always do a great job. Some workers should be avoided, like Diana. She doesn't speak much she just yanks your hand or hits your foot. I guess it's a big problem if you ask them to grab you certain colors you've found on the ring of nail colors. They should really work on their presentation rather then being so snotty or looking like the customer is a huge inconvenience. If you don't like where you're working then leave! Find another occupation. Seriously. Other then that, the owners are always really nice. Only thing is the lady owner yells things out and she doesn't really have a filter. Read Less

I have been going here for a little over a month. My nails are great and strong. I have a very active job and I use my hands for a lot of physical work. I have never had a nail fall off or break. The staff is extremely nice, funny and friendly. Everyone in this place, including customers are happy chatting away and having a good time. The owners (husband and wife team) are down to earth, and happy to chat with you. Love it! Read Less

This is a BEAUTIFUL newer salon off the 303 and Waddell.I dropped my aged minivan off at BigO Tires for some life support and wandered over to this salon to pass the time.At first I was struck by how well laid out it is. No need to bump into people, there is space galore. Then I saw that some of the familiar faces from other local salons are now here. So I felt in very good hands.This salon is moderately priced. I appreciate the lack of TV screens and the addition of relaxing spa music. It is a very relaxed atmosphere and I look for that specifically. There are salons I will never go to again because of the music and/or TV blaring. I will be back! Read Less
