First time I went here, walk in, don't know who did my nails but she did awesome, this was about three years ago. A month ago, I went to the mall and had them done, not friendly, and charge way to much. Took my mom here about three weeks ago and they did a cat eye and a pedicure. The new girl cut my mom during the pedi but the cat eye nails done by Vee was amazing. She was fast and efficient and she was very friendly. Exceptional service. Went back today to get my nails redone and just wow. No wait, because previous lady had just got done. Had Cathy do them and she was fast and efficient. BEST mani/pedi I have ever had. Hands down. Mimi is so detailed and consistently does an excellent job. I have been to nail places all over the place and have not found a nail tech with better cuticle and polish skills! My manicures last SO much longer when I come here versus when I go to most other places. The owner is also really great, although I never had her do a full mani/pedi on me. I saw her work, though and she's really detailed too. She seems to have really great relationships with her customers, so I bet they have been coming to her for a long time. I just moved here from Hawaii. I needed to find a good nail place. They have more than a few choices. Thanks you yelp and their reviews helps. Finally had my few picks to try out. Tams I decided to be the first one. I called it was last minute. It was pretty late evening on a Friday. But she took me and my daughter in for a pedi and mani. As soon as we walk in they greeted us with smiles. Had our chairs ready for us. Vee was super sweet and patience with me in what I wanted. Cathy was wonderful with my daughter. The rest of them later that night Kim,Jenny,Danny,Jery. Had me laughing at their jokes. Love the energy in this place. If you like small chat this is good place while you get your nails & stuff done. I love Kim at this place!! You can tell she is so skilled and knows of new nails trends unlike others in town that seem really outdated all around. My first time here was a delight.  Employees were cheerful and customer service was a priority.  I began with a pedicure.  There was no rush and my toes are pretty as can be. Next was a manicure without polish.  It was enjoyable, no doubt.  They were getting busy and was a bit rushed.    Considering the cost is the same as with polish we should receive a longer massage or charge less.My pampering ended with an eyebrow wax.  She was meticulous and did an awesome job.  We all want that on our brows!Thank you Nikki! I always go to Tam's for my mani/pedi needs. Kim is my go to tech, but I always have a good experience no matter who I see. Kim doesn't rush for time, she always makes sure it's done right and to my satisfaction. I get bad calluses on my heels and I always walk out smooth and happy! The best! Normally, I don't go to nail salons because I'm just more of the clip'em and go guy, but I had a painful issue with my toe and I went to Yelp to find the best. Yes, Tam's is the best and is #1 rated for a very good reason! Tam doesn't do a rush job. She makes sure you're prepped prior to directing her attention towards you. I'm all about quality and she made sure my toe (OK, it was an ingrown toenail) was taken care of. She provides outstanding service at every reasonable rates. Very good customer service. I came here with my friend's daughter both of us for pedicures. I am healing/recovering from a severe sunburn on my legs. They worked around that. They also saw us immediately without an appointment and the customer service was amazing. Very nice group of ladies here. I will be back. The nails look amazing as well. First mani-pedi, after much debate with myself about just what I wanted to do with the hot mess that were my nails, I had a great mani-pedi.  Everyone is so very nice, I'm sure this will become my go-to place.  FYI - you can you use a credit card for your services but not a tip so bring cash and they don't take Amex. They all do good mani's and pedi's but the way Kim treats her customers is ridiculous. I usually just ignore it and continue to go back but after this last time I'm done. I told Kim that I had a cut on my foot before she began scrubbing my feet and she ignored me and scrubbed the specific spot I told her not to scrub anyway. She does whatever the hell she wants. And afterwards she realized how red that area was and said "oh I didn't see how big it was". Now the top of my foot is redder and more tender than it was before I went in there. Read Less

I went into Tam's last weekend, arriving right when the doors opened hoping I could squeeze in for a mani for the day, Kim was quick to set me up with an appointment about an hour and a half later and I'm so glad she was able to fit me in! Kim gave me a splendid Gel Mani in a bright pink and was very sweet and efficient in her work, the price was very reasonable and it's safe to say I'll be calling ahead for appointments in the future! Best nail salon in Sierra Vista. I've gone here 5 or 6 times now (and have brought friends along too) and the salon is always clean, there's always repeat customers, and everyone is so friendly. What really got me compared to the other salon in town is the customer service - Kim at Tam's Nails is the sweetest lady ever, and remembers all of her customers! Not only that but she takes the time to get to know them, which I feel I almost never get at discount salons (which is why I chose to continue going to Tam's Nails and not the other one in town). They have a huge selection of gel polishes too, and she's always getting more! I've heard they give incredible pedicures too, which I'll have to try sometime soon. What I absolutely love about Kim too is that she'll actually give me her opinion about what colors look best on me - which I love! A lot of salons will just do what you ask regardless if it might look bad or not, and I love Kim for voicing her opinion about that. I'm so happy to have found Tam's Nails - especially because of Kim! - and will be a loyal customer until we leave Sierra Vista. Read Less

First time in town and only here for one night. Tam's was the number one rated in my yelp search for pedicures and now I know why. Cathy assisted me as soon as I walked through the door. My poor feet weren't in the best condition (excess callous/overgrown cuticles) however she managed to pull off the impossible. My callous are gone and my toes look perfect!
