King Nails went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I was desparate for a manicure (my nails were driving me crazy) and it was easter Sunday after 4pm when virtually all salons were closed. Even the ones that were still open were closing soon, and wouldn't accept my offer to pay extra. I called sao salon and they waited for me to drive 15 minutes to get there and stayed open late just to help me. I have never experienced kinder service. She was the sweetest nail artist I have ever interacted with. The atmosphere was relaxing. And the music overhead was fantastic. I will likely never go anywhere else again. The people who work in this shop DO NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE!!! From the time you walk in til you leave they make you feel as if your inconveniencing them. not happy wait was long with multiple workers walking around seemed to not be doing anything nails did not look good I have an overlay on my natural nails. they turned them slightly round when they were clearly square before they left a lot of residue from previous nail polish. did not even file or cut a broken nail before putting a tip on it . they weren't the most pleasant to deal with. I've consistently had my nails serviced here. I have always tipped and ensured that I was pleasant. Nevertheless, I'm greeted with an unfriendly tone. Contrary, I'v noticed each time other customers that are not of color are greeted with a pleasant smile, greeting and eagerness to service and people of color were not. Poor job all around. Went in for a basic manicure/pedicure and they did a rush job on everything. They left me with nail polish all over my cuticles and fingers, missed several spots and did a terrible job shaping, and filing the nails on both my feet and hands. They did such a terrible job on my cuticles that I had to go home and redo them myself. I also did the paraffin treatment and I was left with wax everywhere. Not coming back. Read Less

Not a bad place, it was one of the only ones open on Columbus Day so I was very excited about it. The chair felt wonderful, the girl only said a few words total to me during the pedicure, but that's ok. Most of the time she was flirting with the gentleman that worked there. Nothing wrong with that.My feet constantly hurt from wearing boots at work, and she was able to dig out the ingrown toenails that like to show up sometimes. The massage was light, but felt great. Had the hot towel treatment and exfoliating scrub. I don't feel the design on my big toes was worth the extra $10 though. I'd probably check out a different nail place next time, though this location wasn't bad. I was the only one in the chair when I came in, by the time I left, the other 8 seats were filled! Read Less

I always go here to get my nails done. I prefer working with Ann or Alex (#1 or #2) but most of the nail techs are pretty good at what they do. I've gotten gel, acrylic, white/pink, French, American and most of the cheaper pedicures. I've gotten my eyebrows waxed here too. They always do a good job of remembering me and asking about how my day is going and if I had a good day at work. They always have the Travel channel on too, so watching Guy Fieri take a tour through Flavortown town while you get your nails done is pretty sweet.The only con I have is a couple of the techs can get rough with the grinder and if they are busy can rush through your nails. But that's why I prefer Ann or Alex, as it's their business and they always do a good job.Avoid on the weekends unless you have an appointment or risk waiting around for awhile. Read Less
