Amazing and beautiful place to get your nails done and relax. They have essential oils diffusing, calm light music playing, someone is always walking around to check on everyone and offering water. I got a pedicure done yesterday by a tech named Tom, his attention to detail is incredible! Not only did he make a beautiful design on my toes, but he took his time during the massage and paid attention to what he was doing! Seriously the best pedicure I ever had! Have you ever gone to a business and stated exactly what you were looking for and actually got what you asked for? Well I, like the rest of you, am rarely satisfied with the end resort and I I’ve been sorely disappointed... I have to say this experience was a five star experience! I came here looking for convenience because the shop was so close to my home. I asked for straight Mani pedi... my technician, Leanne, worked with me when I told her how much my cuticles bothered me and how I was letting my nails summer and have some relief from having Gels all winter. I was embarrassed to show her my true nails and how pathetic they looked... she spent so much time with me making sure I was happy with the shape of my nails and most of all... the cuticles. From the time I walked in the door to the extremely inviting employees to the brand new aesthetically pleasing salon I’m telling you it was the best experience! What a nice surprise! The first time I went to VIP was the best gel manicure I had ever gotten. That’s why it was so disappointing when I went back for a fill and the owner and technician spent the entire time speaking a language I don’t know. It made me uncomfortable enough to not come back. UPDATE 5/5/18: the manager called me when I made the first review. He refunded me the cost of my fill, offered to fix it, and asked me to update my review. I went for a pedicure today. The staff are all amazingly friendly and the prices are are crazy good for the quality of service. I was in with my daughter months ago for the first time; when we arrived for the second time recently, they remembered us - even asking my daughter about the outfit she wore the last time we were there. I have to say that I have had Facials all over the country and went to VIP yesterday for the first time. I was a beyond impressed. The facility it incredibly clean, the staff is very kind and very thorough and I had what was without a doubt the best facial that I have ever had in my life there! I actually lost my Diamond earring and did not realize it until I got home, when I called this morning they had found it and had it waiting for me when I arrived. I went with my mother for the first time. Went here with a few girlfriends. We made reservations in advance and they were ready for us on time.  Very clean space and friendly staff. Everyone was kind and professional. Legit operation. Been there twice now and had a decently good experience both times. You can tell the staff here is working as fast as they can, typically putting multiple nail techs on someone if they are getting both a mani/pedi. I think it would help if the staff was more patient and came across with more warmth. You can see some of the communication barrier is a challenge for both the tech and the customer especially if someone is in a hurry. Last trip I got a solid color change, this one I asked for something a little special. I'm so pleased with this hand painted, Spanish inspired design. My friends and I got to fly in from Utah and tried VIP nails because of the high reviews it had. It did not disappoint! We loved the massage chairs and really loved the massages we received on our feet, calves and hands and arms! They did a fantastic job and they were all very warm and friendly! I have been here twice. The first experience with was 3 lady friends and every girls nails ended up being a disaster besides mine but this was after almost 2 hours. I should have known not to return then. I told them how to do an ombré with SNS and they don't listen so I end up leaving with a half-hearted ombré that is already flaking off after 5 days and a trash pedicure.The place looks nice but the nail ladies have no respect for customer's time or money. This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to! I have been to ones in D.C., all over Scottsdale and many cities that I have traveled to. The staff is friendly and are experts at their craft. They are so accommodating and want to make sure you leave happy- I have seen them change colors 4-5 times for a customer just to get it right.
