Every time I walk in, no matter who does my nails, I leave happy. The location is safe, the store itself is clean, and all of the employees are kind and helpful. The owner clearly wants the best for his customers -- if someone has been waiting for more than 10 minutes, he'll step in and help them out until someone else is free. I am so addicted to their Scottsdale Spa that I can't go anywhere else. It use to be that depending on the area I was in, I would go to a salon for a pedicure. Now, after going to them several times, I am hooked. For just a few dollars more than an average pedicure, foot massage, and a hot wax treatment for your feet. Gotta love all of that for $45! We made 2 appointments for pedicures. We arrived on time only to have to wait. Then we were both given chairs and they started on my daughter. Half an hour later they still hadn’t started my pedicure. The service was absolutely amazing and they did such a great job! I usually got acrylic in the past, but they told me about the dip powder, and I got that. It's hard like gel, so it doesn't bend, but it's on the natural nail like no chip. I'm obsessed! They use all natural and organic products and make sure the place is super clean. I got acrylic nails done by Jackie, and they’re the best nails I’ve ever had! Tom who did my friend also did a really great job and free handed a neat cute line design on two of her nails. Everyone is very friendly with each other and to their customers and the shop itself is very cute and clean and well organized. Jackie and Tom didn’t rush one bit and worked really hard and diligently with our nails, it was really nice seeing them taking their time and not rushing to get it all done and over with. The price is also really good for the quality service and nails that they give you. Definiately will be coming back and boasting about it to my friends and anyone who asks! These guys really know what they're doing and are the only place I've found that don't destroy my nails! I get hot gel and only have to go every few weeks without worrying that they'll fall off or damage my actual nail too badly. The only critique I have would be is they are usually always busy (which isn't necessarily a bad thing) but there's been a couple times where even when I've called beforehand they couldn't fit me in that day... but hey, at least they're honest about it! Some places say oh yea we can take you in 5 min.... and 25 min later you're still standing there...  So the only thing I'd recommend is calling a day or two before, or even the day of (but in the morning) to make an appt. if you're on a time crunch!But overall this place does great work and also has the BEST selection of polishes, gels, beautiful glitter colors, etc.! Huong did my pedicure and it was lovely.  She is super gentle; I didn't experience any discomfort during the filing process like I normally do.  The massage chairs are nice and this spa has a nice clean, stylish vibe.  Classic pedicure was $26.  Ive gotten more for the same price elsewhere (hot stone + sugar scrub) but the gentleness of the pedicure has me second guessing going back there. Chi Le was so awesome. I came in to get a gel polish manicure fixed I had done somewhere else before my wedding. Chi Le convinced me I needed something special for my wedding and assured me she could do a full set I would love. I was apprehensive, as most full sets of acrylics I have gotten were chunky and thick. I trusted her, and she gave me a beautiful set for my wedding! She was so sweet and listened to what I was after. Prices were fair, shop was clean and they had a ton of choices for polish. If you are looking for a place that really takes their time and is fancy and clean, then this nail place is for you! I have gotten a pedicure and I also get SNS or the dip powder done on my nails here. They have soooo many colors to choose from in the dip powders unlike a lot of places and that's what I liked the most. They also sanitize their tools every time they see someone (you know this because it is packaged when they bring it out).
