By far the best experience I’ve had when getting my nails done. Heather & Andy worked as a team to get me taken care of close to closing time. They did not rush me out because they’d closed. Came here last Friday with my mom for the first time. We called ahead and made an appointment for 2 pedicures and a manicure. We were the only ones in the salon which was really nice. Heather and Andy did a fantastic job and made us feel really comfortable and right at home. There are so many salons all over Scottsdale that just don't do a very good job. Hands down this was one of the best pedicures I have ever had. Heather has been my nail girl for years. She just relocated to Sachi Nails (right by Costco). If you are looking for a regular manicurist, try Heather. She is the only manicurist who has ever been able to get gel to stay on my nails...for two weeks at least, sometimes they last as long as three weeks! Read Less

Best salon in Arizona.. one of the reasons being Heather! I am extremely picky when it comes to people doing my nails and she is hands down the best tech I have ever had. She is kind, takes her time, gets rid of every piece of dry skin, cuts the cuticles, and gives the best massage.This place is brand new and I followed her here from another very popular salon in scottsdale. I love this salon, what a find! I was so pampered by Amy! I had a deluxe pedicure that was out of this world, complete with callous removal, sea salt scrub and the greatest foot & leg massage I have ever had. The massage chairs are over the top with numerous settings, I could have stayed there for hours. As if this wasn't enough, I followed with a gel manicure that is sheer perfection. This is such a relaxing environment, soothing music, pleasing decor and the best part, I never felt rushed, she took so much time with me and my nails look beautiful. Let me start by saying I have been having my nails done in the 85260 zip for at least 10 years. Today I spent the morning with the ladies at Sachi Nails who had the challenge of fixing my gel fill that a competitor had completely botched on Thursday.  Ivy was my nail tech and let me tell you she just blew every service that I have ever had away.  I got a full set of acrylic nails in hombre with 3D art added and although I didn't plan on it, a lash fill. The results on both just blew me away!  This salon is just 4 months old and houses some of the most talented nail artists that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting!  If you are looking for a super experience where you will get your money's worth, you have just found!I can not wait for my next appointment in 3 weeks! I wasn't happy with the way my nails or my pedicure turned out so I messaged the owner on Facebook. Three days later I have not received a response so I have decided to write a review. The customer service was pretty good, I had a nice conversation with Ivy and the guy who did my pedicure  (Tony) brought me a water without me asking. Tony did an ok job on my pedicure but at the end he smeared the polish on my big toe and decided to go over the smudge with more polish which ultimately is what made me smear it again a couple hours later. It was so thick it couldnt dry the right way. Ivy rushed doing my sns/gel polish manicure and when I got home I realized what a bad job she had done. Woohoo! I finally went to this place. I work right around the corner and walk by this Shoppe every time I go to Habanero's (the awesome Mexican joint next door). Since I got today off work, a friend and I decided to meet up for pedicures. Unfortunately, she did not get the day off. Anyway, the place seems very clean and the people there are friendly. We had Lily and Tony work on us and Lily was such a joy to chat with! I'll have to start coming here on my lunch breaks! Maybe I can convince my boss that getting pedicures would be a nice team building activity I got the Green Tea pedi and it was basically the classic pedi but with callous remover, a green tea sugar scrub, and maybe one more item - massage? I went over to another salon near Walmart and they had a 40 min wait. I was not waiting that long so my daughters knew about Sachi nails. I went across the street and walked right in! So I used to get cluster lashes done at my old nail salon but I stopped going there after a couple of bad acrylic nail fills and have been looking for a new salon since. Popped in here after work and got the works - full set of acrylics, pedi and full set of lashes. Pedicure was on point and cuticles are super clean. Eyelashes were even better and are very reasonably priced, will NOT be getting clusters again. They are so light, but natural and glamorous. Looks like me but better instead of globs of sticky glue weighing my lids down. I am over the moon about my nails. Ivy really went above and beyond making sure my cuticles were clean and took extra time so that I was happy with the shape. She is a perfectionist and you can tell in the quality of her work.
