Saw a woman's nails in a store and was so impressed that I asked where her nails were done. Plush is it! The nail bar responded to my inquiry within a day and they easily set my appointment. The day of, I was happy to pull in and have ample parking. The shop was clean and I was instantly greeted. Niki did a beautiful pedicure & manicure. She paid careful attention to every little detail and the pedicure was truly relaxing. My gel manicure is a work of art. I showed Niki some photos and she was so incredible and surpassed my hopes! Scheduled my appointment 2 weeks prior, to have my nails done for my birthday, so yes, I was late, it took me 45 min to drive to them, because I did like the girls and their services, spoke on the phone the day before confirming my appointment, so because I can’t control the traffic and was late, they took somebody else, not even calling me. Just frustrating when they told me we did not have your phone number when they called me the day before. The next day is my birthday and I work from early morning and did not have the opportunity to do my nails during the day. So disappointing when people don’t care at all. Someone just walked in and they took them when I book it two weeks ahead and they did not even try to call me when I was on my way. Omg, bad bad bad service. Thanks for wasting my time. You should be ashemed of yourself for treating your clients like this. And actually I’m glad you turned me down like this, because after you told me to leave, I found a different place that treated me with respect and worked a little bit after their hours so I’ll look clean for my birthday. I've been a customer of Plush Nails since it opened. It's simply one of the best nail salons in Scottsdale. The environment is warm, friendly, and classy. The staff is competent and attentive to their customer. I never feel rushed and it's most relaxing. The owner has been in the business a long time, and it's evident. Convenient location near the Quarters. There was only two people working in the salon when I went in, so I was unable to get my nails done. I'm very picky about my pedis, it was pretty mediocre and unfortunately my toe nail polish chipped in less than a week. May have just been the brand of polish. Nice staff. Read Less

So I have been a regular customer at Plush for about 6 months. I have been getting my nails done at a salon fairly regularly for over 12 years in several states. I have NEVER EVER found a nail tech like Linda. She is truly a once in a lifetime find. Not only is she extremely talented, but she really cares about her clients. She gets to know you so she can offer you the best service. For example I get bored with colors but I love to experiment so she will put a clear gel top coat then regular polish on top so I can change my color as often as I want without ruining my nails. She is constantly purchasing and testing new products to offer her clients the best possible products for them like non-lifting powders. I have been getting acrylics ever since going to her and they have NEVER lifted or broke on me and I have gone 3-4 weeks before getting a fill. Other techs would tell me I had oily nail beds because they always would lift on me in a week. Now I know it wasn't my nail beds but my nail tech!Now I will mention that all this greatness does come at a price. Don't expect convenience. Walk ins are rare since she is almost always booked. At least until she is able to find quality help. She also has to divide her attention to running the office on the days she doesn't have someone at the front desk. So if you need all her attention all the time then this isn't the right salon for you. But the fact that she is almost always booked tells you more than I ever could. Linda is amazing!! She is very accommodating and super sweet to talk to! I love doing designs on my nails and she was super helpful with the most updated and classy look to spice up those puppies! The manicure was $30 and 4 nails with designs was $10. The nail salon has beautiful interior decor, and the chairs were comfortable. If I lived in Scottsdale I would be back here more often!! I have been to 12 different nail salons in the past year.  Most times my daughter accompanies me and gets a mani, pedi as well.  Unfortunately, we have never both been truly satisfied with all aspects of the service that we receive.  That all changed today.  From the moment that we arrived at Plush Nail Bar, we were impressed.  From its cute decor, the level of cleanliness at the salon, and friendly smiling faces that greeted us, Plush is spot on!Linda did my acrylics.  I had a hard time figuring out what I wanted so I left it in her very capable hands.  I'm so glad that I did, because it's the best my nails have ever looked!  They are perfect, which is a feat in itself because they were really messed up when I got there.  Linda fixed all that.Meanwhile, my daughter was busily chatting away with Lizbeth who was giving her a pedicure.  I could tell she was enjoying herself because she had a big smile on her face.  Lizbeth also gave her a gel manicure and my daughter's fingers and toes look amazing!  Lizbeth then gave me a pedicure.  She totally transformed my feet!  They look beautiful!This is not just another random nail salon stuck in a strip mall.  Instead, its like hanging out with your friends, knowing that your secrets are safe with them and they got your back.  I am positively gushing.  I feel like I am finally home, and I can't wait to go back for my next appointment. Visiting from St. Louis and simply wanting nail polish changed, my mom a mani and pedi, and my friend a pedi.....VERY selective on who they chose to service and let's just say the mani and pedi my mom received was a total wast of money! This nail salon is in a convenient location for those of us who live in the area. It shares the same mini strip mall area with Sushi Brokers, Nothing Bundt Cakes, and Fed Ex. DD had tried several times to get walk-in service to no avail.  She was told that they take walk-ins but not for acrylic, so when I wanted nails I made sure to make an appointment. The salon is very clean, neat, and modern. When I arrived, my nail tech was ready for me, which was great. I initially wanted gel nails with chrome polish, but after looking through some pictures we decided on hologram polish instead.The nail tech was nice and offered friendly conversation. Unfortunately, because she was also the owner, she spent a lot of time looking at her phone and texting.  Then a business vendor came in showing her wallpaper samples (she's planning to do some more remodeling), so she spent a good 10 minutes trying to multi-task between my nails and color palettes. This annoyed me terribly. I can appreciate you playing the "I'm every woman" role, but you need to set up office hours and make them separate from your other scheduled appointments. Despite her distractions, the finished product was very lovely and my nails were very pretty.  She said that there was no way the nails would break and that they could last for up to 4-6 weeks. Exactly one week later, while putting on my Toms (shoes) slip-on, a nail bounced off the edge of a Tom and broke right off.  I honestly had no problems with the nail breaking, but I had a big problem with what followed.I returned to the salon (sans appointment) to see if I could get the one nail fixed.  She was working on someone else but asked how she could help.  I inquired if she could fix the nail that broke and she proceed to ask me where I got my nails done. I just looked at her... Like, really? I understand that you see many faces every day. But in this area, there aren't a whole lot of people who look like me, so I highly doubt that you forgot me and my nails in a week's time.She couldn't fix it then; she asked me to come back later that evening.  The more I thought about it, the more ticked I became so I did not return. I wonder if she would've fixed the nail for free or charged me? I do not know and being that I won't return, I guess I'll never find out. Read Less

Love this super friendly nail salon! In my 2 week Scottsdale stay I came in for a pedi and liked it so much I came back for a gel mani and brought a friend with me. They seem to have a lot of regulars which is a good sign. The shop is clean and I didn't wait long even though I walked in without an appt both times. I want to say that I have been getting my nails done for over 25 years and have been to a ton of nail salons. I am from out of state and I tried Plush just from driving by. I have been very pleased with their service, cleanliness, and professionalism. They are very much into personal customer service. In response to one customers opinion about the owner not caring when she left, etc. that is the one point that I am impressed with is that Linda and employees are focused on the individual and is present with them when they are receiving their service. So when I say this is the best effing nail salon, I truly mean, this is the best effing nail salon! Today was my first time actually coming to Plush Nail Bar and I had THE greatest experience. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Linda, not only did I meet her, but she is the one responsible for my beautiful gel mani. Though she was also running her business,(answering the phones, offering water not only to me but to everyone else as well, checking on her employees etc) she took her time with my nails. Even suggested the wine bar next door(highly recommend btw), gave me their menu, even ordered it for me! Bella did my pedicure and she did an amazing job! Mind you I have Toes that look like thumbs. However not anymore thanks to Bella! Both Linda and Bella were delightful, I throughly enjoyed our conversations.
