I really wanted a manicure for our mini trip so I took a chance here and booked an appointment. This place is great! The ladies were super nice and made my daughters feel at ease. The place was pretty busy but they handle the flow of customers pretty well. We had a 2:30pm appointment and we all got seated at different times and finished before 4pm. The ladies here was very friendly and helpful with answering our questions and picking out the colors for us. She did our nails did a very good job. Katy is amazing !!! She's a sweetheart and her work is incredible !!! She's an absolute artist with nails !!! She did such a wonderful job using hard gel on my nails , that they lasted me 4 weeks . I’ve been going to Ocean Spa & Nails for 3 years since I moved here from New York. Friendly staff, clean salon, and great prices. My pedicure lasts for a month with no chips. Great local discounts via the VIP club. I never have an appointment but have rarely waited more than a few minutes. I have salons closer to my home but choose this one. Read Less

I’ve been coming to see Tasha at Ocean Nails for over 4 years now. She is a perfectionist and takes her time and makes sure my nails look PERFECT. The salon itself is clean and welcoming. I Have been visiting this salon for about a year now.  Everyone is always pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Daisy who is fantastic, I am very particular when it comes to my nails and she does a  great job every single time. My gel manicure always lasts, no issues ever. Compare to my previous experiences at other salons this is by far the best overall service. My most recent visit was couple of days ago, Daisy was out of town, the manager ( she is always very helpful) recommended two young ladies and again, everything went exceptionally well .. I am new to the area and in the search of a go to salon. I was really looking forward to going this Friday as this place has wonderful reviews. I called ahead to make sure I could be seen. Got there, had no issue getting in to see someone. Also the salon is very clean, which is why I choose to give two stars. My pedicure was alright not the most even application of polish, my manicure... a different story. After the three coats of polish were quickly and sloppily applied, the worker abruptly left and another worker came to put on a top coat, I had asked if she could touch up the edges that were a disaster, she touched up some however I am very, very disappointed with the outcome. My manicure was very rushed. The super nice woman in front was concerned that I was upset and said she would get the manager, however there was no reconciliation with the issue and I left. I will continue my search for a salon that does a more detailed and thorough job. Read Less

Run away from this place, every time I've ever been here and had a full set they break, and then they blame the customer for having thin nails haha what a joke.  The quality of the product is not good that's why they don't last long, 3 days and a nail cracked right in half ! Talk about painful! It's not like I hit it on anything, I literally was drying off after the shower and it happened.  Very disappointing and this is why I will Never be back.  You get what you pay for, I regret coming here for my birthday nails.  I usually go to Polish Me Nail Boutique in old town scottsdale but couldn't get in, I don't appreciate the level of customer service here at ocean nail, they talk smack about customers in English & in Vietnamese. I always go here to get my pedicures after work on Saturdays - the entire staff is great and really pay attention to detail - they give GREAT massages and have an extensive line of polish colors! I got my nails done here and the result is great! They are friendly, accommodating, and very funny. It's a very inviting and laid back atmosphere. If you're looking for a nice, affordable place to get manicures and pedicures, I highly recommend this salon! Just let them know what you want and they can do it for you beautifully! My cousin & I got mani-pedis here and it was absolutely the best we ever had!! The salon is very nice, the technicians very thorough (great foot and leg massage too), the massage chairs are awsome, and the mani-pedi lasted over 3 weeks. The pedi is still going strong, and this was their basic mani-pedi. The thing that also sold me on the pedi was that they use a disposable liner in the footbath that is replaced between customers, so no risk of toenail fungus. I won't go anywhere else from now on.
