I have gone to this nail salon several times. It is inevitable every time with an appointment I have to wait at least 20 or more minutes. When I book an appointment with a specific person often they want to put me with someone else because that person is not available because another client is with him/her. They need a new manager in my opinion. One that cares and understands the importance of an appointment. Read Less

I never write reviews, especially for nail places, but I had to make an exception for Happy nails! The place is very nice but the service was exceptional. When I walked in on a Sunday at noon I was quickly seated and promptly offered water. While waiting for my nails to soak the old dip manicure off, my manicurist gave me a relaxing shoulder massage. That seriously set it over the top for me, as most places don’t even give you a hand massage anymore. The manicurist spent a lot of time on my nails and they were beautiful! This place is great if you have someone other than Michelle. She did my nails last week was very rough and my skin around 5 of my finger nails was cut up from the electric file. They bled and still have scabs a week later. When I let her know that it was hurting, she got even more rough. Ask for the owner or her sister. They are much nicer! Very nice, clean place. No wait time although I did call ahead to check to see if they could take me. This was my first time here and I had James who gave a great calf and foot massage. Been going to Happy Feet for last 12 months. Conveniently located near AJ's. Excellent manicure and pedicure in very clean environment. Ruby, Ann and Angel all do great manicures. The shop can get very busy at the usual times ( Saturday morning) but you can almost always get in. Simple manicure and pedicure is average price. Be aware of the upgraded services. Love this nail salon! Ann is my favorite nail tech although all the ladies are great! This shop can get very busy so if you have a tech you want call ahead but there are a lot of techs so you don't have to wait long. I popped in here for a manicure. It's a busy place. I'm surprised all the reviews talk about how clean this salon is. My technician didn't use sterilized tools on my nails. What's the use of liners if the tools don't come out of the sterilizer? All the salons I have gone to have sterilized packets of tools that get switched out for each appointment and are actually opened in front of each client for their services.Also-my technician was on a phone call while doing my nails (???). The technician sitting next to her was still trying to wake up and then started playing on her own phone while sitting at her station. Isn't that what the break room is for?$16 for a manicure?? I've been to fancier/cleaner salons who charge $12 for a mani. Even in Scottsdale.Ps: does no one else think this place needs a huge ventilator for the chemical smell? This place is awful. We started coming to this location just after they opened and the service was great at first but ever since they started getting business and decided that they didn't need to be nice anymore to keep people coming back, there behavior has been disgusting. They will openly laugh and make fun of customers, and the gel and regular nail polish is so cheap and poorly applied that it started to chip in one day. I got gel on my fingers and regular on my toes. This place use to be amazing but now I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else. Read Less

Because  I had a busy day planned and needed a liquid gel fill badly, I took my neighbor's recommendation to try Happy Nails as it is much closer to my home than the salon I normally go to. I took a chance and went as a walk in. I was pleased to find a pretty, clean salon. I was assigned to Michelle. I showed her a few pictures of nails I'd seen on Pinterest--- OH State football theme-- for a party that evening. I don't know if Michelle had done something like this before, but I can say she did not hesitate at all.  The end result was really cool-- just what I was hoping for, and very well done.I especially love the little pigskins on 2 nails and 2 nails with the red/gray/white of OSU. I like this new spot.  My girlfriend and I went to get pedicures.  The place looks very clean and the chairs are comfortable, with the typical massage controls for the chair.  The guy who did my pedicure was awesome, I even got a neck massage.  I will definitely come back. Read Less

Happy feet nails and spa is a very friendly, relaxing, and comfortable place to go! I would recommend making an appointment with Sandy or Sovanna they are absolutely wonderful! They do take walk-ins but I would recommend making a reservation if you are going to come in the afternoon. Read Less

This salon is located in a very nice shopping plaza anchored by AJs. Since I had been to the Happy Feet in Mesa, I decided to give it a try.  It was a  pleasant surprise when I realized the owner of the Mesa salon had moved to here! She is very professional yet friendly and it is clear she wants to please every customer. All technicians speak English well which is important to me. They are also friendly and welcoming to every client. The other manager is there if owner is not. Premises are clean with large selection of services and moderate prices. There are a only a few nail salons of this type in the area. I would make this my first choice. Read Less

I've been going here for years, but after yesterday's visit, I won't EVER go back. They have become so busy that the service is rushed, impersonal, and VERY overpriced! On top of the overpriced gel manicure, by friend and I were charged differently for the EXACT same service. I went in to happy feet today because a friend of mine has highly recommended the place. I walk in and get helped immediately. I sit down to have a full set done. I had a man do my nails and he was very nice but seemed rushed. My nails look awful for 40 bucks and I'm not happy with his work. He was in such a hurry that he forgot to put top coat on my 2 ring fingers, then proceeded to use the acetone after I cured in the light, he asked me why he didn't put top coat on when my polish started to wipe off. My response was I dunno, thought you were finished. I asked him after that if it was a busy day for him, the salon had quite a few people in it. He said no no no this is not busy at all. My nails look so bad that I won't be back and I won't tell my friends about it. Also the acrylic is so thick and uneven. I'm a NOT a happy customer. Read Less
