It's been pretty hit and miss every time I come here but they have my favorite color and I can only find it here. The tech put the wrong acrylic on so I couldn't the color I wanted because it's only available in dip powder. I only go here because I want this specific color. So she put on a different color which was blue glitter and only did 2 coats so it was patchy as hell and when I asked for more coats so it looked better she globbed on one coat that leaked over the edges so now my nails weren't even. Just got my nails done yesterday and my nails look amazing just got a basic acrylic set French manicure and they look amazing! The girl Ann who did my nails was very intuitive with how I liked my nails and seemed to care to ask my opinion on what I needed fixed to my liking I absolutely will be coming back to get my fills so happy I took a chance with this place!!! I have come here a handful of times over the last 6 mos. Usually get a pedicure and eyebrow wax but I have had fingers done at least once. I always end up with one of the gentlemen, never caught any names. Feet and leg massage is great and my toenails always come out nice and manicured. Read Less

Nails ok-pedi was excellent-wax services great but..DO NOT get your eyelash extensions done here!! First off she did them with eyes open vs closed so all the glue drips directly into your eye I specifically requested 10-11's but she put on 12's. Lastly the 40 minute rush job shows in every way. Eyelashes clumped, not each lash done, criss crossed etcShe of course asks if there ok when your eyes are still on fire and your vision is blurry, so you say yes just to end the experience. Thank goodness they started to fall off the very next day. This was the worst eyelash job I've had done in 5 years and although I recommend the other services at this shop...beware of the eyelash 90$ full set as it's s complete waste of money. Read Less

When I originally found this place I was quoted one price for the design that I requested to only return and be told something completely different from what I was originally quoted when I clearly explained to the woman I assume to be the owner with pictures and all of what I wanted. I am now leaving here with a cut finger that I did not have when I came in here and unpolished nails that are all different leangths and shapes that they claim that they could achieve, but failed. The technician skill quality is poor and they provide extremely poor customer service oh and let's not Forget the piece of lent that he encapsulated inside of my nail. And to top it all off I was told that I could only pick one nail polish color as if it were impossible to polish a nail more then one color. Read Less

So I went here again because it's close to my house... they are okay but not great. Today I sat in a pedi chair with no water or anything for like 15 min. Then she comes over turns the water on it's freezing cold. Then she walks away and all the sudden I look down and the water is over flowing EVERY WHERE! Gets my purse and shoes wet. Then she like DUG in my nails and made my toe bleed (they did that twice b4). Then my heels are still rough. Then my polish doesn't even cover back on the whole toe. I have been going to Alice nail and Spa the last four years....loved Kathy and Tracy. Since Kathy sold the salon this place has really went down hill. The quality of nail service you get is ridiculous.  We got a pedicure two weeks ago and we already need to get another.  That's how Terrible they did. When I get pedicures they never chip.. I have been going to this place for 8 yrs, and sine they have changed over, to a whole new staff, it is the worst place on earth.. the past 3 times, i swore to myself, one more chance and if they can't get it right, I am Done! Today I took my daughter and we both got Pedi's and I had a fullset and she got her nail color changed. It was the rudest, and longest appt of my life and they were not busy., The gal kept checking her phone, then kept pulling on my wrist, acting as if the past 20yrs of getting my nails done, suddenly there was some new technique on how to place your wrist on the table... Then I told her that the new set was to be Medium short.... um they barely come over the tip of my finger, she cut in to my skin several times. As I complained, suddenly no one could speak English. Then I realized that they did flowers all over my daughters nails with out asking and did a horrible job, she had polish all over her fingers. So you can guess what they tried to charge me, for all the flowers that they did not ask to do? (While I was getting a pedi) worst service, rude as hell, and I am DONE! I will never go back.... ever.... they treated me like I was stupid.... every time the gal pulled on my wrist, I wanted to yank her ass over the table, I asked for some one else, and they looked at me, it complete shock, and lack of understanding... First timer. Feeling blah, my back is hurting I thought a pedi would be nice. The price is okay so that's neat but I'd pay more to get a better pedi. Super rushed, not what I asked for...nor could I communicate that to him do to language barrier, and this is what makes me sad. I'm home. It is a couple hours later and my blanket peeled off the french part of the tips. So that's nice. Now I need to do it my self basically they put the top coat on way to quickly to the point that hours later it's still wet under. The GOOD. NO APPT AND ONLY WAITED LIKE 10 MINUTES. THE PRICE IS RIGHT. THE BAD...AS ABOVE. I WASTED MY MONEY. AND I'M KIND OF SAD. P.S. kind of really sad about that. Read Less

Been going here for years. Sometimes is excellent sometimes not the greatest but today my pedicure tech (male) gave the fastest and weakest pedicure I ever had at any nail salon. He painted toes well but I get upgraded pedicure in the hopes the time spent is worth the cost. Well basic is what I got for VIP price. Also massage was uncomfortable he spent more time on my knee thigh area hardly touched my feet or calves ( no my feet are not grotesque that's not the reason for avoiding them). Just weird. I had overheard that there was a new owner so I took the time out of my day to try it out since I figured that there would be a new way of doing things. I have been to this salon twice. The first visit they asked if I have ever been to their salon before and I told them that this was my first visit and they were sweet as pie. This next visit they complained that I wanted a similar design that I brought into the shop from online. As I was getting ready to leave the man said he would start my nails now and painted my French tip like a kid! It was sloppy! I've never seen anything like it! When I informed Kathy that my nails needed to be reprinted and asked for a design she and the staff started talking about me in their language, she slammed her tools on the desk, and proceeded to yanking my hand as of I were the problem! I have never been to a salon so bad in my life. I have been getting my nails done for years. My salon was closed do I decided to try this salon out. I told them I wanted hot pink and then I changed my mind to a silver. The guy doing my nails said I should just get hot pink and that he could blend the colors together. I thought that meant the silver and pink. Well when he was done it looked like a 5 year old painted my nails. My nails were so thin and sharp!! I am one that doesn't complain I work in customer service so I know how it is. I held back my frustration and paid the 50 dollars. After getting home I was so upset so I finally decided to go back and tell them. They told me they would fix them. He filed them for one minute, painted them with silver nail polish again looking like a 5 year old painted them and told me it doesn't matter how thick they are. I left still frustrated but just decided to deal with them until I went to my regular salon. Not even 3 hours later I look down and my nail is broke in half!
