Everything was fine until I was forced to take off one of the acrylics due to a fungal infection that was caused by their instruments. My nail is now half gone and has been in pain since the day I took off the acrylic and it has been almost 2 1/2 months....Never going here again! Read Less

One of my friends is getting married this weekend and Boutique nails got us all in for manis and pedis and they also set up the cutest little setup for us! They had drinks and little snacks! I have been coming here for about 6 months and had been loving it until my experience yesterday. I went in to get a fill on my acrylics with gel polish on top. I was also getting a pedi so one of the male techs was doing my hands while a very nice lady who did an AMAZING job on my pedi. The whole time the guy said nothing to me, didn't ask what color didn't ask what shape, nothing. Previously I had a longer between coffin and square shape. Like a coffin but not an intense one, and that's even what the women nail tech who had done it previously called it. I realized he was about done shaping and I said "can I get them a tad shorter?" Because it is a fill meaning my nails have grown out some. He then proceeded to cut it all the way down the my finger tip almost to the natural nail. He just held the tool onto my nail and it was very painful and then made them square. I then said I would like to have white gel polish and the job was horrific. After my boyfriend looked and them and asked "why are they all lumpy looking?". After leaving the store I called and got told how if I wanted coffin shape I had to speak up and that it was extra money for that. I have been going to this place for a while because my sister recommended them. She stopped going months ago because of the way she was treated and the quality the work went downhill drastically. I continued to go because I had not yet had that experience. There have been numerous occasions when I have gone in and Rocky was late for his appointment with me. I'm a hairstylist and I understand that sometimes you run behind but not every time. When I went in today I was told buy Rocky that I didn't know what I was talking about and that he knew more than I did. I won't go into the details because this post is going to be long enough. He also sat and argued with me about how he had done my nails in the past and in the order that the steps were done. For instance I normally have my cuticles cut and pushed back before I get my fill so I can extend the longevity of my fill. This particular day he decided that he was going to cut my cuticles after he applied the acrylic. I told him to just forget about it and I would just get it done next time, and I said this multiple times. He then leaves the table and comes back with a dish of warm water as if he's going to do my cuticles after I had already told him no. I said it once again to just forget it and that I would get it done next time and then he told me it was too late he had already started the process. I have been a cosmetologist for 12 years and for six years I did Nails as well as hair. I know how things are supposed to be done. I kept my mouth shut and sat and let him do his work even though I knew he was going to charge me for something that I didn't want. I was so beyond frustrated at this point! After my nails I got a pedicure and I won't even go into detail but it was not good. I was the only person in the nail salon at the time and everything was sped through as if there were twelve people waiting. The last couple of times I have been in I have come home disappointed but gone back to keep giving them chances. I told myself that today was going to be the last chance they would get and then all of this happened. Like I said before I am a hairstylist and I would never in a million years treat one of my clients this way. It was beyond disrespectful and insulting. Needless to say I will never be going back and will tell all of my clients that I referred there this story. I'm not writing this review to be bitter but I definitely think that it needs to be said. This place is amazing I love the employees and the amazing work they do and the perfection of the nail work done my pedi was amazing and I tried a new way of dipping the nails in to the color of your choice for a healthy and stronger nail bed. The recent remodel is very nice, but that doesn't make up for how badly they screwed up my nails. They took off my gel polish and put normal polish on. When they used a drill in my bare nails I was a little worried, but I figured they knew what they were doing. I loved how my nails looked while the polish was on, but when I took my polish off, I found that my nails were deeply scratched! They look awful! Two weeks later, I can clearly see the new growth in my nails vs. where they scratched up my nails. I will not be returning. Read Less

I first tried this nail salon as a matter of convenience - it's super close to my house. I've been many times now for pedicures, gel manicures, and regular polish manicures. I've never had a bad experience. All the techs are talented and friendly. Love it here. Read Less

Since I recently moved to the area I figured I needed to find a new Nail place. These guys are awesome! They are very sweet and professional, great at recommending a nail color if you are unsure. My gel manicure has lasted over 3 weeks, no chipping at all! Prices are very reasonable. Needless to say I will be coming back again and again. Read Less
