So, I have been here in the past and always loved them. Today I decided to go I have not had my toenails painted or my nails doen in over a year. I had foot surgery recently so only wanted polish my my toes, no problems there. I decided to take my 2 daughters , and my granddaughter for a girls day of pedicures and polish on the little girls nails. I spent well over $100 bucks. I wanted to try the SnS everyone has been talking about so I did, and chose to go with a deep red , my nail tech stained my entire hand down to the second knuckles. He just laughed and laughed with the test of the staff!! No one apologized only laughed and laughed, and continued to talk among themselves. He got most of it off, my daughter had ties out on and a pedicure and he was not done with my nails yet! It took over 2 hours to get the stuff off of my skin, after rubbing acetone on me numerous times. I left went outside and noticed my nails looked horrible in the sunlight, he then filed them down 2 more times and trying 2 different top coats to fix them . No discount nothing 2 and half hours and I did not get to relax! Went to get an eyebrow wax, just a clean up. The lady who did them was in a huge hurry to get them done, it made me feel like a nuisance. She handed me the mirror to look and quickly took it away within a second, I didn’t realize until I got back in the car how bad she had done. I’ve always had full eyebrows and she waxed them extremely thin and ripped off most of the inside of the brows. One was still longer than the other. We had a bridal party reservation at this nail salon. 5 of us walked in at our scheduled time and only 3 seats were open. When we all finally sat, I sat down with my color. My nail technician changed my nail color without asking me. When I was done, they allowed me to wait for about a minute before slipping on my shoes and handing me my purse and sunglasses and asking me to get out of the chair. There was no line and we had scheduled in advance, so I'm not sure what the rush was. I was wearing a long dress, and despite my best attempts to not let my dress hit my toes, my nail polish was smeared by the time I got home. Our group had more issues, including a mistake in a nail that was pointed out but not changed, clumpy nail polish (the other technician actually pointed out it was clumpy and instead of offering to change it, she gave her the nail polish to do touch ups at home), scraping the feet of a girl who had blisters on her heels, a technician pressuring a teenager to get a more expensive pedicure, and rushed service. So I've come to this place a few times and every time they like demand you to pay cash and if you don't they are jerks about it and roll their eyes. For the most part the work has been good except today......the dude with the half sleeve on his right arm was a jerk the whole time looking at his phone, and kept tapping my fingers because I wasn't holding them "right ". Then he argued with me because I told him the color he was using wasn't the one that matched my toes . He said oh it always looks darker in the light. So he finished top coat and all and sees the actual color he was supposed to use and says oh no this is the color.....i was like I have been telling you it wasn't right..so he puts 2 more coats of the right color and a top coat on top of the wrong color ......so now I have like 6 layers of color because he didn't want to start over.....need a new nail salon won't be coming back....BS! Owner refused to take credit card payment, then says to come back & pay cash. He admits that he wants to "get paid under the table". This place needs to be reported for fraudulent activity! I agree with everyone else about the rude, pushiness of the staff. I witnessed the owner constantly harass a woman to add a design on her toes for $5 more. She stuck to her original answer and kept saying NO. I finally stepped in and politely said, "When someone says NO, you need to stop asking." Oh yeah, the overall work done on my nails was bad. I've been going there for sometime now but lately its been going down hill. The women at the front desk is so rude! I've never seen her smile! The man is always trying to up sale me on services I don't want to the point of annoyance. They're prices are inconsistent and I'm constantly being harassed at check out to pay cash even though they accept debit/credit! Here's a tip! Keep your prices the same so I'll know just how much cash to bring each time!?? I'm done with that place! They're lack of customer services and desperate begging ways have completely turned me off! I see why this place has only 2 stars! Went here to get eyebrows done and I should have known they were bad by how fast she did them literally two min she legit plucked three hairs. I go to my car and look in the mirror because she was rushing me . I mean when she came into the room there was no hello or nothing just "lay down". So I obliged: she put wax on, plucks me and says I'm done . I didn't really get a good look at them in the mirror she handed me and thought well damn that was fast. I go to my car to get a better look and I'm immediately like WTF did she wax? Little hairs every where no clean up .. nothing! I sit in my car debating to go back in and decide I'm going in because this is ridiculous. I show her and she says my eyebrows are uneven one is thicker and she thought I wanted it like that ? Went in on Sunday because my normal salon was closed.  Went back the next day because when I got home on Sunday and got a closer look at the gel polish I had done looked like it was done a week to 10 days before.  On Monday the girl did a quick patch job top fill in the spaces and now the polish is too thick and lumpy.  I won't be going back.  I'll stick with Obebe on Gantzel and Combs. I absolutely love going to this salon. The only problem I have is I'm not allowed to make an appointment in advance. I am a steady customer who comes every two weeks and would like to get on the schedule that way. Whenever I try to make my next appointment when I'm there they don't have the book filled out two weeks in advance so I can't. So I called in one week in advance and they told me they can't take my appointment I need to call back two days before I want the appointment! It is absolutely ridiculous. Who turns down guaranteed money?!!! And then when I call back I won't be able to get the appointment time I want. This management style is unheard of in business. I will start off by saying I've only been to this salon one time. It was close to where I was shopping and I really wanted a pedicure. The place looks clean and the prices were okay. The water for my pedicure was lukewarm on the cold side. my technician was extremely rough on my nails and made me bleed twice. I understand mistakes happen and I didn't want to make a big deal of it. Then the entire pedicure only took about 25 minutes. I'm used to them taking 30 to 45 minutes. If you get a guy helping you, they're perverts! I've had one "jokingly" ask me to sit on the lap of another female patron. It was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. The girl nail techs are rude. I showed a picture of what I wanted for engagement photos, she wouldn't help me pick out the right color and instead said "all our colors are on the wall." She was mad I wasn't getting gel and rushed through my manicure. My polish started to bubble because she caked it on and had to redo it twice. Just got my nails done and there was zero customer service, they were all laughing and joking in another language and not one tried engaging in conversation with me. I've been coming here for two years and the quality has been on a constant decline. Every time I leave, I convince myself it was just a fluke, but I will not be returning after today's visit. Not only did I drop $90 for mani/pedi (as usual), but it was likely one of the worst I've ever received and I am not a prima-donna by any means. They did absolutely zero cuticle trim on my hands or feet and to top it all off, the woman applying gel to my toes Cuts my nails AFTER the gel was applied. This is a $20 additional charge for gel on toes and I sat in disbelief as she further ruined, the horrible job that was done in the first place. $90 down the drain. Aweful! I cried once I got in the car. They are uneven, sideways and about a half inch shorter than what I asked for. I was HUMILIATED with the thought that I would have to walk around with them on my fingers. When I was checking out, there was this super grumpy lady (tiffany?) she asked if I liked them and I said "no, I really don't" and she completely ignored me and asked how much I want to tip him. I paid and left... I walked back in about 10 minutes late (decideing to stand up for myself) and kindly said I would like a refund. They asked why and I quietly said, look at them, not one was the right side or heading in the same direction. He said "you got what you wanted" I said not once did I ever ask for that. He said "you don't have pretty nails so that's why they are that way"   I am a nail technician! I just didn't have the time to go to my salon that was an hr away to put on a full set before my dinner party. The reason why people come to me is so that I can beautify their hands and feet. Never have I ever let anyone walk out feeling worse about themselves.    He then told me that I can only get my money back if I sat down and he removed my nails! The price never seemed to be consistent either...kept going up and up even though they said there was no price increase. Nails look shitty, polish was coming off within an hour of leaving. ..gave my kids a bath and it completely came off. My mother in law brought me here, as it was her salon she frequented. The first time we went in, our nail tech was VERY flirtatious. He started my pedi and was telling me how beautiful I was and he liked my eyebrows and whatnot. OK thats not bad I know. BUT then he started making remarks to my mother in law that were not so nice. He was so busy talking he cut my toe!! NEVER get a pedicure if you have a cut because it can lead to a nasty infection! Anyway, we returned for some reason and had the same thing happen. Run from here, don't walk!  Been here twice.   First of all, Tony is too touchy feely with the ladies.  Walks around, caresses their arms and shoulders and plays with women's hair...mine, too.  Hmmm, excuse me, but I don't know you.  The other lady, (Tiffany?) never smiles and very grumpy.  She makes you feel as if you are bothering them by coming in.   Really?!    They don't stay on one client until they are finished.  They start you, then walk away, then come back, then move you, then walk away, then start again, then walk away, then come back...then they switch, one gets up and another sits down.  Not relaxing.  Not professional.  If you want to feel cheap and not important - by all means go and give them 5 stars for giving you the cheap experience you wanted.  haha Read Less

AWFUL! THE WORST PEDICURE I HAVE EVER HAD. It took three people to do it. One cut and filed my nails, the other scrubed my feet for less than a minute each and massaged my legs and the other painted my nails.
