Great selection of colors and awesome staff! The man up front was kind, quick, efficient, and funny. There were three of us and they made sure to get us three seats all next to each other so we could talk still. My nail technician talked to me quite a bit and we were laughing and having a grand time. She also really knew what she was doing. This place quickly got us on an instant’s notice. Everybody here is very friendly and it looks that locals are regular here. I was somewhat disappointed with the colour options so opted for French Pedicure instead. If you wish for a quick nail salon, then this place would be the best. I took my two daughters with me, ages 10 and 5. The technicians were fantastic. The technician who worked on my 5-year-old was patient and worked with her occasional wiggles. A mani with a free flower design is only $10 for 12 and under. I only did a regular mani also just because I was in a hurry with my two girls with me, but I've had gel done there before. I went here today as a walk in for a fill. I waited like maybe 5 min or less. The gentlemen that did my nails was Chris. He was soooo nice and did a terrific job!!!!! I showed him a picture of how i wanted the holographic powder done and he did it just how i wanted it. He was so nice and i liked that he didn't just quietly do my nails not uttering a word , he talked to me which i really liked. Great customer service!!!!!! He made me feel super comfortable and gave my nails his complete attention. I have been looking for a nail spot to give my loyalty too and i think I've found it!! For my first experience here Chris is wonderful and left a great impression on me. I will be setting my 2 week appt with him shortly with a follow up review . One of the worst pedicures I have ever had. The tech "Holly" was in too much of a hurry, left old nail polish on my feet, trimming left my nails crooked, not properly filed, barely touched my cuticles, didn't clean under the nails, no massage whatsoever (unless you count slathering lotion on my legs), left spots of new polish on my toes, never asked if I wanted anything else. Got my nails done with Mia. I got gel nails done and paid $25. I went home and really looked at my nails and noticed that they were poorly filed and the gel polish was thickly applied. I called and asked to come back and they said yes. When I arrived I asked for a refund and for them to remove the gel polish since I did not like it at all. As they were doing that I decided to get acrylic nails they said they would do it for me and I thought they would reduce the price by $25 or give me a refund. I did not receive any discount and was denied the refund for the gel nails. I was a long term customer but since this visit I will be going elsewhere. The daughter of the owner is extremely tough and unfair compared to her parents. I will not be bringing my wedding party to the salon due to this experiencing and will find somewhere else to go. I wish I could post a photo of my nails... I had a pedicure and full set white tip done by one of my favorite technicians this past Saturday and 4 days later they were so brown ew! This place is excellent! Clean and staff is efficient! I did make appointments for my son and myself for pedicures and a nail fill. Went today and was told it would be a certain amount well went to check out and it was $10 more when I asked why he said they did something special on one of us but first off we were never asked or informed it was an extra $10. When we told him he said nothing but just laughed it off. Also my sister was getting her nails done and some of it got messed up while they were doing it and when she asked to have it redone they told her no very rudely but they were still working on her other hand it wasn't like they couldn't have fixed it super fast. Not a great experience, staff was nice and friendly however the workmanship was poor, one nail is crooked, had pink and black tips done, asked for flat black and got sparkles in it, which looks terrible and the black is smudgy in the pink giving it a gray color. I have been going to Queen Creek Nails & Spa since they opened 7 years ago. Even though I no longer live in Queen Creek I make the trip to get my nail/waxing needs met. The staff is so friendly and remember everyone. The owners are always there, they remember you by name and take care of you. It is always clean and they have the best products.
