I have given this place many chances. My first visit was not great. I got a pedicure, that was rushed and was left to dry so quick I didn't even get the chance to tell the nail tech at the time that one of my nails was smudged and that it needed another coat... it dried before anyone came back to ask if there was anything else I needed. Finally someone approached me, not my original nail tech, I might add, to see if I was okay. I said no, that I needed a nail fixed... so I got it fixed but the lady that fixed it didn't feel the need to put a clear coat on... anyway, minor but annoying... when I left to pay I received a gift card for $10 off my next visit. As if I wanted to come back... Well I decided to get my nails done the next time. I asked for a full set... it was the most painful full set I may have ever received and my nails came out way more square/thick than I wanted, even after saying many times I didn't like the shape. I gave up, as each time the nail tech went to fix it, I was put in more pain.... stupid me came back for a third time, seeing someone else and asking for a dip set this time... I had bright red polish on when I came in... get this... instead of taking the time to take my polish off, my nail tech proceeded to dip my nails into the powder saying that the powder would cover the red powder. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! After this experience I told myself that I would never come back. I moved from Gilbert, so since that experience I make the 45 min. drive to LUX Nail Bar (where I used to get my nails done when I lived out that way) from San Tan Valley to get my nails done... then there's today: Today, I go in desperate because it's Sunday and I broke a nail and have work the whole week. I come in asking for a pedicure and a dip set. I decided on the pedi because I wanted to treat myself. The pedicure was alright. It seemed rushed again, the place was a madhouse so I understood. As I'm getting my pedicure I was given two baggies full of acetone to soak my previous dip powder in... my hands are soaking the whole time I'm getting my feet rubbed, SO UNHEALTHY! I didn't say anything, should have, but just went with it... the acetone ended up spilling down my leg... anyway, I'm finally taken to the nail bar to get my hands done and I'm told I didn't rub my powder off enough and that it was my fault the powder wasn't coming off! Whatever... at this point I'm tempted to get up and leave, but my hands looked disgusting. So the nail tech then starts to drill the powder off of my hands and three of my nails spilt and break off... probably from being soaked in acetone for the duration of my pedicure. Again, tempted to walk out... I came in with beautiful long nails that I now have to cut. After all of that, I asked for my hands to be dipped in clear powder and then painted with gel because the color I wanted they didn't have in powder... seemed like too much to ask apparently because my nails got dipped ONE TIME and then painted with gel... REALLY?!As I mentioned above, the place was a madhouse, they don't take appointments on the weekends so walk-ins were being served as they came in. A lady came in close to 5, (which is when they close on Sundays) and the nail tech next to me started to talk crap about the lady that walked in, saying that she only works 4 days a week and how she is going home right at 5, just being so unprofessional and complaining about doing her job... you don't sit there and complain about your job and how much you work in front of people that are paying you their hard earned money to receive a service from you. I regret not saying anything to her. Get this, now it's time for me to pay... I pay, leave a tip, sign my receipt and then NOTHING not a thank you, or an expression of gratitude as I have just spend 3 hours in their place of business, spending well over $60. I wanted to express my dissatisfaction but I didn't feel like it would have mattered.Long story short:Take your business elsewhere! Read Less
