I have been coming to this location for over three years now. I bring my mom with me every time. We both love the service, and pedicure every time. My mom gets Crystal for pedicure and manicure. I get Stephen for pedicure and he does a fantastic job. He makes my feet feel great, and he takes his time. I never feel rushed. If there was a ZERO rating to choose from, I would've. As a matter of fact, I got a YELP account just so I could review this place. It is AWFUL! Technician Ben did my nails with gel polish 9 days ago. I've been back 3 times since then to fix chipped nails!!! Today It happened again!  I'd had enough and just wanted the polish OFF. I was burned and scraped by their rotary filer, received horribly shaped and uneven nails. And RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, so unprofessional. There is one man who works there that should be fired and arrested for sexual harassment...seriously! I have NEVER had a problem with gel polish at any other salon. Ben did NOT remove my old polish the FIRST time I stopped with the usual acetone, cotton balls and foil treatment. Maybe it was skipping this step that caused the problem with the new polish chipping. I don't know and I don't care. He should've known better and I shouldn't have to tell someone how to do their job.How does this place stay in business?!?!? DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!  The nail tech was rude, I am ticklish and told me he was never going to get me again. So I told him if it was an issue I could leave.  He told me to go. I went in to get my nails done today. The nail tech I got was extremely rude and crude and loud. He hit the light and my arm with his brush. Also sprayed my arm with alcohol. Extremely unprofessional. I looked over to the manager she said that he was that way to everyone and laughed about it. I will never go back. Pedicures I would recommend Lori only. The guys suck at French tips and keeping the nails even. I either go home and refill or repaint my nails which I shouldn't have too since im paying $40 to get my feet done. The service has gone down hill in the 4yrs of me going here, I will no longer spend my money here again until the get more experience people! Read Less

First time I have been in this place since it became Pampers. Had a fill done by an older man. Fill was OK, but as I looked around the place, it is extremely filthy. I was only customer and there were 3 other employees just sitting and talking. They should be cleaning! Not going back. Read Less

Was recently in for all services (Nails/Wax/Etc.) and Tiffany and the young man that work there were very rude (as always). I have been a customer for 4 years and am really unimpressed.  Tiffany is not a smart business owner and doesn't greet her customers. This same man that works at Pamper Nails and Spa (and also at another location) has been very inappropriate with my daughters as well. He makes sexual innuendos which makes them super uncomfortable. Worst pedicure and manicure ever. Came in on Sunday waited 15 minutes to recieve mediocre service at best. I need to learn not to tip so they know what bad service is. 10 minute manicure at best, no cuticle care at all. The worst!! No trimming on my granddaughter as well. I had to go to a pool party to go to on Sunday and I called Saturday morning when they first opened and main appointment at 4 o'clock the lady who was supposed to do my waxing tells me at 5 o'clock when I was 30 minutes late and I'd stop by at 4 o'clock to tell her that and grab my wallet I came back and she decides that she's going to cancel my entire appointment and cannot do any waxing for me I got upset and left thankfully there was a salon down the street. Embarrassed  by their unprofessionalism . I have a large family on one income so I cannot afford to get my nails done regularly. I took my daughter to get her very first pedicure at age two the other day . I sat down in the chair for a pedicure and try to hold a conversation with the nail tech he was not able to speak English too well so I just smiled at him and told them it has been a while since I had had a pedicure. I might not speak their language but I do know when somebody is making fun of me, he called to other nail technicians over to the station and they seem to be having some kind of discussion about how disgusting the calluses on the back of my heels were. It became painfully obvious when I noticed the other nail techs looking up from their tables to see what he was talking about. I confronted him and told him that it was embarrassing to know that all the nail techs in there were laughing at my feet. His response was "oh sorry". I asked him if he could please remove the callus remover from my feet and that I no longer wanted the pedicure. I got out of the chair in tears walked up to the register and they still charge me for the service. I have never been so embarrassed and ashamed. Read Less

I got a "luxury"pedicure with my mom, and it was less than impressive. My mom was set up with a man who did a wonderful job, and gave her an awesome massage. Mine however was not, we both told them we wanted the same treatment and got completely different things. The woman doing my nails clearly hates her job and was very lazy in everything she did. I could have given myself a better spa service than I got here. This is the worst pedicure I have paid for. I will not be coming back, not only because I did not have a good experience but also because they were not consistent. If you have two paying customers ask for the same treatment it should be the same. I was looking forward to a relaxing pedicure and instead I feel like I paid for someone to be annoyed at doing their job. Read Less

I LOVED IT HERE!! best pedicure ever!! And my gel nails, perfect!!!  The service is great. I showed up at 6:10pm and I asked if they had time for a full set and pedi and they said yes.  I had been to other nail shops here in STV and they said NO they were closing in a few minutes and they were really busy.  But not this shop.  I recommend it!! :) I will be back!! Not pleased. I went I'm a few weeks ago on a Saturday to get my nails done. Full set, no white tips, nothing special. I was charged $32!!!! Seriously! I have never paid more than $25 for a set of plain acrylic nails. The tech was nice-ish but sort of rude at the same time. I almost felt like an outsider. Very cliquish. She actually excused herself during my set to go wax eyebrows. My nails came out like crap and I didn't really felt like my wishes weren't even addressed. They were big, bubbly and ugly.
