On Saturday afternoon waiting about 10 minutes and was told it would be another 5 minutes. Than came back and said another 15 minutes wait. I left but called back to see if they would put me down on their list for 15 minutes and I won’t have to wait. They said yes come back in 15 minutes and I won’t have to wait. I came in on Thursday april 19 roughly around 3pm. I asked for just a basic color change for nails and toes as I don’t like getting all the extra stuff done. The girl who started doing my nails was doing a very good job on my toes. Then some guy comes over doesn’t say anything to me and starts to do my nails. He spent not even 5 minutes on them I have never left any nail salon with my nails looking so bad. He also charged me 20$ for nails and toes which I think is ridiculous especially with how bad they look I left a tip for the girl as she was very nice and did a great job but that guy did horrible. I got acrylics put my thumbs (because they are the only nails I bite and the rest gel polished. My 12 yeR old daughter got gel(even though the 𝐊𝐢𝐝𝐬 pricing says 12 and under I was charged for her at adult prices. Then my youngest got a kids paint that advertises polish and a flower design. My youngest did not het her flower design. My 12 year olds gel 3 days later now has ALL peeled off ... my acrylic broke on one thumb and one of my fingers lost the gel paint. I have gotten a pedicure from several salons in the area and this is hands-down my favorite. The technicians are friendly and do a very careful, thorough job. A hot stone massage is included in the most basic pedi package. The atmosphere is also beautiful and very clean. We'll be back! Read Less

My first visit there and it will be my last he didn't give me what I wanted they're rough the pink bled through into the white they overcharged me I believe this is probably my worst service I've ever had anywhere I will never go back or recommend these people to anyone and I'm leaving for vacation and I cannot go somewhere else to get them fixed Read Less

I went here to get my nails done for a special event, I needed them to last at least a week or two so I got gels which typically last for at least three weeks. Got my nails done here on the 11th and the day after my gels were already chipped and cracked in mere hours an all I did was drive home. the day after I went back, they fixed it only for my nails to crack again two days later and this stuff is supposed to last at least 27 days(from the bottle). Really upset as I didn't want messy nails for my event and for the price I paid It should have been much better as I have had gels done at other places that have lasted me three weeks or more and looked perfect. After she was "done" I asked her if she can please remove the nailpolish off my hands and while she packed her belongings she kinda tried to get rid of it. It failed. She left me sitting there and said goodbye to her co workers so I ended up getting up to pay. The guy was then doubting my statement that I onl...y had nailpolish done and nothing else. When I woke up this morning the polish already chipped off. All in all a horrible experience. I'm sorry but she could have at least say goodbye to me or do what I nicely asked for. So I am doing a review for 3 people (me and my two daughters).  The place was clean and pretty. There is gentle spa type music playing. It was not busy so we got seated immediately. The people were nice.My gel manicure:  The lady who did my nails was very nice.  I got a gel manicure. It turned out pretty (I will post pics).  I noticed all around the outside of my nails was paint, but I got a clear pinkish gel so you can't tell unless you look close. Overall I was not blown away but the lady was sweet and it turned out pretty.My first daughter's manicure and pedicure ( white polish with gold dots):  My daughters nails were not good.  The gentleman did a messy job.  Nail polish all on the edges of her fingers...just sloppy.  Sometimes I think they don't take the time with kids as they do with grown ups which is terrible...especially when I have to go home with a disappointed child :(. I wanted to like this place because it's different from the rest. The chairs are amazing and it's decor is very pretty. The guy I got was nice but only did a so-so job and while talking he admitted that he didn't like going nails lol. He also did my mom's nails and hurt her a lot, also they came out horrible, some were crooked and the paint was not well done. I had asked for a heart on one finger and he added some flowers which isn't a big deal but the whole design wasn't that great. The worst ever. First time there and it took 2.5 hours just for a fill. Why you ask? Well let me tell You.  I asked to be placed with one of their best because as we all know there are new people that come into the salon some have more experience than others. I was placed with a middle-aged woman, that was not only slower than slow but she cut all my cuticles with the sander , sanded my nail beds down so far that there are three layers of my own nail removed. I know why did I let her continue?  To be honest really don't know I told her it was hurting she eased up I just figured okay let's see how this goes new place. After she was done I had several hangnails Jagged edges crooked nails and she polished them and got polish all over my cuticles and skin. When I was asked if I like I said no I need someone to redo this. They placed me with an older gentleman who redid my polish and straightened out my nails the best he could but remember she had removed so much of my nail. I will not be back I should have paid attention to the Stars that Yelp had but instead I thought I would make my own judgment. What a mess I do not recommend this place to anyone and they are now closing on Sundays you have to wonder if it's because they are losing business also they are not kid-friendly. Whenever my mom comes into town, we come to Creativ Touch for pedicures because the massage chairs are out of this world!! HOWEVER, the pedicures have gotten increasingly worse. Somehow I've gotten the same younger guy twice in a row that doesn't know how to scrub the bottoms of my feet or properly massage my legs and feet with lotion...he seemed way to distracted by the television, which he had to turn around to watch. After he was "finished", a lady who seemed to be the owner sensed my discontent and said she would fix the horrible paint job he did...she ended up re-scrubbing my feet though too.Read Less

If I could give NO stars, I would. This place is over priced and they're is no sense of creativity. The lady that's did my nails sucked. She used almost no amount of acrylic. I really like this place, I go in often and usually get the gentleman that works there, I think he is the manager or owner.  He is very good, relaxing and attentive.  The chairs are awesome, and so relaxing.  This place is always clean and never really busy, sometimes steady but they always work you in.I was disappointed today, I had an older lady do my pedicure, she was NOT good at all.  She shredded my foot with the callous remover tool, it was bleeding and had 3-4 open sores are she got callous remover and alcohol in the cuts and it hurt so bad I almost jumped out of the chair.  It's about 8 hours later and it still hurts.  She never apologized or even acknowledged that she nicked me, she just kept on going.  She knew she'd done it though because she didn't put lotion on that side of my foot, and she kept looking at it.I may still go back but I will wait for the guy, if I get her again I will decline their service, she was awful. Very disappointed, I went in at 6 and was rushed through my manicure and pedicure then when I got home I looked closer at my toes and the lady only put one coat of polish so it looks super sloppy. The lady was nice but I paid 48 dollars for a service and got a half done polish job and felt very rushed when it should have been a relaxing experience. Kinda upset I gave her a 20 percent tip.... Went with my daughter yesterday Sunday about 3:45 we wanted a classic spa pedi and gel manicure. They were in such a hurry my daughter didn't even get the hot stones and my 10lotion massage was maybe 5 min tops and stone treatment was ridiculous. I would love to show you a pic of my pedi it looks like I put socks on right after they painted the nails. My daughters toes were even bleeding. She complained about our treatment and showed them her nails and they said too bad we w...ill take it off at no charge. Mind you we don't mind paying $28 for a classic spa pedi and $30 for gel nails but really terrible terrible job.
