I absoloutely love this nail salon and spa. Every time I go, the staff is so welcoming and they always get me in without an appointment. Richard is beyond talented and is so knowledgeable about nail care. You can tell that the staff isn't in a rush doing nails and it is refreshing to have someone who wants quality over quantity. Me and my best friend went here today because we were unhappy with our previous nail salon and we were very pleased with the quality and service we received. The shop is neat and organized, the staff was nice and we LOVED how our nails turned out. Huge variety of colors to choose from. I believe we have found our new nail place! 10/10! Read Less

I have been here three of four different times for manicures and everytime has been great! It's a very relaxing atmosphere and Jen is the best in my experience. I would definitely make an appointment at least a day in advance as I'm not the only one that knows this is the best place to get a manicure. Read Less

We definitely found our new spot for pedicures! So many different options, first time in I had the coconut treatment. I fell in love! I was really let down this evening after leaving here. I was there at 5 (I even left work early because I knew I had a decent list I wanted done!) and asked to come back at 6. I told her before I left I wanted a full set, pedicure and a eyebrow wax, but she said to come back at 6. The pedicurist may have been having a bad day, but I wasn't offered anything as she started my pedicure. I had to ask for gel polish, she did maybe 3 swipes of the pumice sponge on each foot, and dug her nails into the bottom of my feet.  The stones weren't hot, and I felt like I was a bother to her. When they did my nails, she did what she wanted not what I asked for. They turned out ok, but my toes look terrible my feet are still sandpaper and I wasn't able to relax. I will not be going back, especially after what I was charged for. Read Less

Finally found my go-to girl for gel mani's. Jennifer is delightful and does perfect work every time. Her lines are smooth, no nicks, & no peeling after 3 weeks! Mark's always good for a laugh and the salon is kept clean. They also use a sanitized packet of tools for each session. I've been recommending Jen and the salon to my friends in the Northeast valley. I contacted salon owner Jennifer to schedule a pedicure. I informed Jennifer that I'd like to schedule my service with her. However, Jennifer refused to schedule my appointment with her since I had received 2 prior pedicures from another nail tech in the salon. Additionally, Jennifer insisted that I continue my services with the prior nail technician. Apparently, Jennifer fails to recognize that her business is a "walk-in" basis one and that customers likely don't receive the same nail technician each service. Moreover, it is certainly a customer's right to request the services of any (available) technician. Jennifer's response and actions were highly inappropriate and unacceptable and certainly fall short of quality business practices.
