Phoenician Nails is my favorite nail place in Phoenix. The owners are amazing, really go out of their way to take care of you, and are true nail artists. They work hard to stay ahead of trends, and will recommend new and fun nail art ideas based on what you're looking for. Tricia, the owner, took the time to get to know my nails and my preferences, and recommended products that work best for me. My nails are growing for the first time in years, and they look great. Spoil-me pedicure. If you haven't tried it, I suggest you do. I had a plain manicure and then the "Spoil-me" pedicure. Tina did a superb job on both my manicure and then the oh, so wonderful pedicure. She filed my nails exactly the way I wanted them filed. My feet are now soft as a baby's. This was my first time at their salon and I loved it! The two ladies who worked on my mani and pedi were great and talkative. (I suck at remembering names🙈) They didn't rush or do a horrible job but took their time to make sure I was satisfied with their work. And I was. Really, I hardy ever post. I feel like it's difficult to find a good nail place for a reasonable (less than $50) but I'm totally glad I took a chance.My pictures don't do them justice (I have a horrible camera phone). I also have deep cuticles and natural grown finger nails for days that were always breaking. The owner talked to me about what would work best, color and shape, for my nails and my life. I mean, I would trust this lady with all major decisions in my life based on the great job she did on my nails. Here's how it went down:1. She asked me questions about the color I typically used, the state of my nails now and how they got that way (I mean, whaa? you care!?)2. She slowly engaged me in conversation and said "you may way to try this for these good reasons x, y and z).3. When I said I wanted a darker color than what was recommended, she happily did it.4. She fixed a half tore off nail and it feels so strongGel manicure with design and fixed broken nail was $44. What I think this nail salon has over other places are reasonable prices PLUS they know what's hot and trending AND they execute it perfectly. Can't wait try the hologram nails.These are good people who have the best of intentions with everything they do. If you don't like it or you have problems, they welcome you back for a resolution. I love this salon and recommend them to everyone. Every time I come in they are kind and gracious. I've had to come back for repairs and they are very nice about it. It's the best pedicure I've had and I have had three people do my toes so as far as I can tell they are all amazingly talented.I originally was a little negative with my review because I had to come back but the owner reached out right away and was very kind. This place is amazing! After a long and hard search I've found my regular nail salon! Trish and Mong are so friendly and talented. Loved this place! Very friendly environment, Trish and Monk were very welcoming. They tended to us wonderfully. I got my nails done exactly the way I wanted them. I've gone to so many nail shops to see if they know how to do powdered sea shell and they actually were able to do it right. It took a couple months to find a nail shop that would do them right and I finally did. I'm so satisfied with my nails.
