You know, I really wanted to like this place. Used them over a year ago and had this wonderful stylist. Went to make another appointment with her--and she had left. You know how hard it is to get a stylist you like! So I tried someone else there. Interesting--my hair came out looking just like hers the next 2 times I went there. Not a bad hairstyle, but not what I wanted...meaning to have her hairstyle. About a year later, went back. The end result on my hairstyle was ok...the experience was uncomfortable. I moved to the area from CA. I had a 10 min. consultation with Taylor Suhuy and immediately felt confident in his talent. I am very picky with my hair! Naturally I have almost black hair and it took a few hair stylist's and a long time to get me at the level I am now which is a medium ash blonde and I adore it so I have no room for error!! This was a huge step for me to find someone new. Taylor did an amazing job at providing me with a beautiful color while keeping my hair in the best condition using olaplex in my color to keep this mane in tip top condition. I had my best haircut ever by Heather Bee! It's 5 weeks out and I still love it. I have fine hair and she cut it so well, I feel like I have thick beautiful hair. She also showed me how to dry and style it in an easy and doable way. As a bonus, she is super sweet. To give context, I am 51 years old (so I've had a lot of haircuts in my life) and from Seattle where I've been paying double.Great salon with friendly people and top quality work at a reasonable price! He took his time to make sure my hair ended up being perfect and stayed way past hours to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was so particular and careful with my hair, and literally made sure every strand was colored perfectly. Arrived 5 minutes early and ended up waiting 30 minutes before they realized they never told my stylist I was there. No one really cared I waited either. My stylist was nice enough but my cut was subpar and due to the indifferent attitude they showed I didn't want them to fix it. Going else where to get what I wanted. I didn't get my hair done, but I brought my sister, brother, neice and daughter all for hair cuts and color. Taylor did my daughter and my brother. My brother was thrilled with the cut and trim of his beard. My daughter had four different shades of pink and purple and even a pop of orange - it was truly art work. Taylor did an amazing job. Mike was fantastic. He cut and did highlights for my neice one day and I was so impressed, I took my sister the next day. The highlights ...were very subtle, making them look like they'd been just kissed by the sun. And both haircuts suited mother and daughter. My niece's cut is fun and flirty while my sister's is professional and frames her face. He did a masterful job. I recommend both Mike and Taylor. Great job! We'll be back! I've been coming to Norterra Salon to get my hair cut and colored for over a year and I've always walked out happy.  Danielle Labatt is fantastic!  She listens really well and I love the way she cuts my hair.  She recently used a shine-treatment and I could really tell a difference in my hair.  I usually only get my roots colored and she matches the color perfectly.  Danielle and the front desk staff are really friendly and welcoming.  The salon is gorgeous and very clean.
