WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Took my mom yesterday for a mani/pedi and her gel nails started peeling by THAT eveing. She went back today to see if they could just fix them since she spent almost $100 dollars there, and they refused. Not only that, they were ridiculously rude. The owner herself was rude and not willing to help her. She literally ignored her and walked away. Then as my mother was walking through she stopped to look at some finger nail polish and the owner said to another employee "take those away from her because she's going steal them." MY TINY LITTLE 67 YEAROLD MOTHER!?!? She came home crying because of how blatenly rude they were. I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon. I live on 35th ave and bell rd and I drive out of my way to go here, but NEVER AGAIN. Lost my business, and you better believe I will be sure to tell everyone how horribly they treat their customers. Thank you for ruining my moms mothers day Kelly D. Nails & Spa.

Had good service did a great job on gel manicure but a week later my nails started breaking because they were over filed too thin. I am horrified. I have always have good strong nails up until this manicure at Kelly D Nails & Spa. I would not recommend them. Very disappointed.

Only doing one star because there is no negative stars! I walked in with my girlfriend and we were already waiting for 20 min. They totally ignored her and when someone else walked in they helped her right away! Like what?????? Go look at yelp, the google reviews aren’t ish! This place doesn’t deserve anybody’s business! Customer service is freaking terrible! Do not recommend!

Absolutely ridiculous. I waited 20 minutes before seated. Understandable considering they were short staff and were busy. However, another lady who came in 5 minutes after me without an appointment sat down a few minutes after me and got helped IMMEDIATELY. Meanwhile, I’ve been sitting down for a while and nobody offered be the colors or spoke to me. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I truly like going here. There are so many places to go, but this nail place goes above in customer service and friendliness. I have never had a bad experience and they will make needed repairs to nails. Peter is my favorite but I've used their other technicians and they are good too! The pix I am showing is while my nails have grown out for 3 weeks, but that's also why I like this place...my nails last!

Absolutely loved my experience with Peter. He's friendly and detailed. I wanted to get acrylics for my Halloween costume and he kept making sure I was satisfied. He even took extra time to change it when I asked him to since I changed my mind halfway through.
Beautiful place and parking is easy. My two friends got pedicures and loved it! Totally recommend this place for all your nail needs.

Nothing beats getting treated like a princess when it comes to pampering yourself. The staff here will definitely make that happen. I've been coming to this salon for almost a year now and will never have to search again or hop around. They treat you like family. Best customer service.

I've been coming here since they opened in December 2016. Love the salon, but mostly my nails & pedi! I've brought my staff as a treat & they loved it too. Great service & attention to detail! Last week I got a new set and I accidentally broke one nail, so I came in to get it fixed, they compted it!!!! Totally wasn't expecting that, it was my accident nothing they did wrong! Highly recommend them!

I've been looking for a good nail salon near my place, and 3rd time was a charm! It's a new salon and everything inside is super nice and brand new. Peter did an amazing job on my nails with an assist from one of the girls for the design. I went into ulta right after and 3 girls there complemented my nails. I should have definitely tried here first, they deserve all 5 stars!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Took my mom yesterday for a mani/pedi and her gel nails started peeling by THAT eveing. She went back today to see if they could just fix them since she spent almost $100 dollars there, and they refused. Not only that, they were ridiculously rude. The owner herself was rude and not willing to help her. She literally ignored her and walked away. Had good service did a great job on gel manicure but a week later my nails started breaking because they were over filed too thin. I am horrified. I have always have good strong nails up until this manicure at Kelly D Nails & Spa. I would not recommend them. Very disappointed.

I have never had a bad experience and they will make needed repairs to nails. Peter is my favorite but I've used their other technicians and they are good too! Beautiful place and parking is easy. My two friends got pedicures and loved it! Totally recommend this place for all your nail needs.
