Walked in a 5:45 on a Thursday for 2 pedicures and they said they were too busy and told me to come back tomorrow. There was 1 person getting a manicure done at the time and they closed at 7.....not impressed. Will not go back. Read Less

I went in for a pedicure. I was greeted immediately and the staff was friendly. The young woman that did my pedicure was very thorough and paid attention to detail. She gave me a nice calf message with warm lotion and hot stones and removed all the rough spots from my heels. I highly recommend this nail salon as I will be returning. Read Less

I just got a gel manicure fill here and I am very happy! This is only my second gel experience (the first was not at this place) and it was WAY better than my first. My manicurist never told me her name, it she was very kind, listened to all my requests, asked me about my thanksgiving plans, and was very detailed. The place was busy when I arrived (around 6) but cleared quickly, but I suggest make an appointment if you're planning on going around that time. They were very accommodating even though I changed my appointment time twice and very nice when I got there. I've been on a very long mission trying to find my home nail salon.  It's so hard to find consistent, quality work. Based on the high reviews, I decided to give them a try.  I booked my appointment with Susa who was very nice but unfortunately, I won't be back.  She rushed through the process which takes away from the relaxing experience which is one one of the reasons why most people get their nails done.  My gel mani only lasted a little over a week which is not good.  A great gel application normally lasts 2-3 weeks.  I know this from many years of have gel mani's and I have quite a few friends who are nail technicians who have shared this information.My search continues.... Wow! This place was simply amazing! Had my first service one yesterday and I will definitely being going back. Everything was very clean and the customer service was unbeatable! Went to get a manicure at a different spa last night as a walk in kinda last minute and got turned away..called this place and they happily took us in! One of the biggest pains with getting a manicure is having to sit around and wait. This place was fast and efficient! Good service, the place is clean! I've also had issues with other places like pulling at my cuticles until they hurt and/or bleed, but not here!My boyfriend decided to get a manicure too while he waited for me, you could see such a difference in his nails afterwards haha. I stopped in here because I needed a pedicure and I couldn't get to my regular place on the other side of town before they closed.  I live right across the street from here and thought I'd try it out.  I got a great pedicure for a decent price. I would definitely come back! They even removed the gel polish on my fingers to hold me until I could get to my next regular appointment. It's clean, speedy, efficient,and friendly. I'll be back! My friends and I got three gel manicures on NYE. We called before to make sure they were open and they were really helpful on the phone. They had a great selection and a very clean space. My nail tech was quiet but relaxed and we chatted more as the session went on. I'm on day 10 and my polish still looks fabulous, no chips or scratches. Unfortunately some rude people came in right before they closed asking for a full set but they handled them as well as anyone could. I think I found a nail place home! I enjoy my monthly gel mani time. It really helps me relax and my nails look pretty.I was overdue for my mani and trying to schedule all week and finally was able to get away from my office yesterday. It truly helped me breeze from hectic week.I called from my office to see if they have any opening available, happened to have one available right away, came here during lunch hour. They are located next to the Vietnamese restaurant near the Herkins theater. Plenty of parking including one hour parking right in front of the store.My tech was super friendly and knowledgeable, she was able to tell brand and color of my previous polish by looking at them. She explained to me which brand polish is made to last longer and I should always request that.They just received new fall colors selection, I picked a few I liked and she picked what looks the best for my skin color. Love the design she did for my ring fingers too. I just said something pretty and the follower is what she did for me.Hand massage was so thorough, really enjoyed relaxing time here. Ok so I wasn't going to get my feet done but my girl was. So we decided since we were in the shopping center to try this nail shop. I looked at Yelp and it had an overall rating of four stars. It wasn't busy and we were taken right in. I went ahead and got my feet done too. So relaxing.  The people were so friendly.  My girl got the fancy paint your toes job and OMG, V did an amazing job. This nail salon is great! The new owners are present and ensure that you have a great experience. I found this nail salon by chance on Yelp and can honestly say it is now the only place in the valley I will go to. The parking was a bit tricky (I went on a Saturday right after a big movie release). There is ample parking, but you may have a short walk. Even though it may seem a tad inconvenient, it should not sway you from the salon. The customer service was top notch. The salon was clean and felt relaxing. I was very impressed with their selection of gel polish colors. It may have been my first visit but I am now a loyal customer! Read Less
