I was able to make an appt the night before I needed it and fit my sister in an hour before hand. That was great, but this was the worst pedicure I have had. Massage was quick and basic. I did gel and the polish looks horrible. They didn’t even finish trimming my nails until after they were painted. Also, didn’t even push back my cuticles. Not happy at all for the $51 spent. I love this place. Great talent and atmosphere. Most of their team has been here since I started coming here 10 years ago. They're always updating they're equipment and furniture unlike other places that run their place into a hole. They've always got new products on the market and offer the new trends. I highly recommend this salon. All of the staff is friendly and good. I have a hard time making appointments with my hectic schedule both professionally and personally. So I've have sat with all of them. There's not a single person there that isn't good at what they do. And they all get to know you and share info between them. My daughter and I have been trying out various nail salons in the area for pedicures and we were very pleased with the friendly service and attention here. The pricing is competitive and there are different options offered. The people are very friendly, the massage chairs are great, it is clean and they even have current magazines! Highly recommend. I've been going here for 3+ years and I have never had an issue. Lee is such a sweet lady and is definitely good at multitasking! They always take care of you even when they are super busy. This is my go to!! Lee is the best! She has great style on how to do my nails! I always get compliments on how nice my nails look! The pedicures are also amazing! I've been here a total of 3 times now and loved every single time I have been!! It's clean, no crazy frills place, but quality is good and that's by far what matters! I could care less about how pretty a business is, if they suck at nails. HahaI even called last minute (night before) and was able to make a reservation for the ladies in my family(4) for Mother's Day pampering. :)My Sis, SIL & mom all loved their pedi's! I got a gel mani since I was headed on vacation in a few days. I just got back from vacation and my gel is still intact. I've been to many nail shops in the valley and especially up in this north area and the gel is not up to par. So I've been pleasantly surprised! Had a wonderful experience here this morning!  I have been trying to find a permanent nail salon for months now and it wasn't until I ran across reviews for Tuyet Royal Nails here on Yelp, that I made the happy decision that this would be my forever nail place!The salon is open, clean, and comfortable. I had no wait time upon arrival and I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked through the door. My nail tech (I wish I would have gotten her name ) was super nice and did an absolutely awesome job on my fill!I will definitely be back for all of my manicuring and pedicuring needs! Thank you! Got a regular manicure and bad paint job, bad service.- old nail file and nail buffer which had been used on other customers used on me- cutting cuticles hurt- gave me a horrible nail shape which was basically a trapezoid- ugly paint job and I had to ask her to clean up the polish on my skin- rushed on my nails so she can do her kid's nails right next to me- so loud and hectic in here. I called ahead to see what time they opened on Saturday and if I could schedule an appointment for mani/pedi. She didn't take my name down and just told me to show up when the doors opened (9am). I get there at 8:55am and there are already 10 people being worked on. I sit down in a pedicure chair and they fill the tub up with lukewarm water. I sit there for 20 minutes until someone acknowledges me. By then, I had taken my feet out of the (now cold) water and they yell at me for doing so. She sits down and I explain my situation to her. I don't have a nail on my left big toe. She starts speaking her language and everyone who works there is looking at my foot. As if I'm not self conscious about it already. I explain that I dont want anything done to that toe and that I put a fake nail on it and only ask that the other big toe nail matches the fake nail (i brought in the example). She CONTINUES to tell me that she will build a nail for me. NO. I do not want that. So embarrassing while other people look on and stare at my foot. I move over to get my manicure and the girl was very sweet. I liked her until she started cutting my cuticles and pushing them so far down they were about to bleed. She kept showing me how much of the cuticle she had to cut. Ew. I don't get this done every week and I play sports and use my hands a lot with work. I'll be honest, they looked great when she was done and I was very pleased. They hurt a little because she pushed the cuticles down so far. That week, I had so many hang nails and redness around my nails because she cut them too much (I had to google what was going on). I felt so uncomfortable there and will not be returning. To say I'm happy is an understatement, the entire staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous. Not to mention some of the design they can do are out of this world! Definitely will keep coming back!The store is clean and well kept as well.My personal favorite is Nancy but to be honest; I've had 3 other people work on my nails and was satisfied each time.
