I hate to give bad reviews but this place was terrible!! I usually go to another salon but I decided to try this one. Oh man it was a bad choice!! First off the pedicure was just fine nothing wrong with that! What was the issue was my gel manicure first off the lady rushed to do my manicure part while I was in the pedicure chair so she missed a few spots. When I sat down after the pedi she saw one area she missed said she'd get back to it and never did. After the gel polish was put on I had tons of little speaks of color on my skin and it felt hard and like glueded to my skin cause the polish had cured on my skin she didn't clean it off after she saw me struggling to get it off. She put oil on my nails saying it would come off on its own yeah no I kept rubbing it off and my skin got very irritated. The polish it's self is terrible and lumpy and some of it is coming up cause of the poor job done. I won't be returning to this place ever again plus they charge to take old gel polish off but the other two places don't also the color selection for gel is lacking big time the other two places have much better color selection. I feel like every time I come I have an unpleasant experience. It's unfortunate, because it is next to my work and so convenient for me to get there. The last two times my manicures and pedicures have been awful, I am picking up my nails the next day because the cuticles have barely been touched. The paint chips after a day. I'm not overly rough on my nails I've had my nails done several several several times. My worst experience there was when I went to get a manicure with my mom. The girl who started working on me was in high school, had no license (she offered up this information saying she hopes her mom who owns the business). That is a huge no-no. During this time when she was working on me she made me bleed and started tapping my blood with her finger and then wiping it on a hand towel. Didn't sanitize or anything. Then she sees a dog walking by the outside window, she gets up and goes and pets the dog outside. She didn't come back and sanitize then either.  she was working on my nails, one finger that had an open cut because of her, and didn't feel the need to clean her hands before touching me. Sanitation is one of the biggest most important factors to state board, so I'm pretty disgusted that that even occurred. Read Less

I moved and was looking for a new nail salon when I found Top Notch Nails & Spa. I was not only able to make an appointment THAT DAY, but they had enough nail techs on staff that I didn't have to wait once I arrived. From the moment I sat down, I was shown nothing but kindness and delicacy with my hands and nails. I was instantly relaxed! She did a wonderful job in giving me exactly what I asked for. I have never had my nails professionally done Before  with a gel type nail polish... I had been doing my own clipping, filing and painting of my nails --both fingers and toes for almost 55 plus something years. However, I thought I would give it a try and treat myself. Top-notch was recommended to me by a friend so I thought I would try it. Anna was my manicurist and she was excellent....my appointment was nice and early -- which fit my busy schedule. --Anna was a delightful Lady & knows the nail business well. -She helped find the perfect color for me. She took her time with filing and preparation work. My cuticles look wonderful. !!! I went in for a pedicure and SNS manicure. My pedicure was very basic and poorly polish. The SNS nails were not true SNS nails. they used non-SNS products (bedsides the powder) and put a gel top coat on, which had to be cured under the light. I liked the salon itself and the employees are very nice. Cleanliness was 7/10. The the gel pedicure I got was awesome. But the SNS nail set I got is quite possibly the WORST set I've ever paid for. I'm so disappointed in the quality of this set. All was great when I left but 3 days after I got my set done my index finger nail broke and then literally every finger after that has chipped, cracked, or broke. This may be unfair of me to say but I do not believe they are doing authentic SNS sets because I've gotten this type of nail done several times before and they have all lasted me more than a month. I am here on vacation and wanted a new set so I decided to go here based off of reviews. Usually I come here and it's very good service, happy workers, they take their time and always do an amazing job! THIS TIME, everything was a mess. My friend and I showed up at the same time, started together at the same time, and I ended 20 minutes before her, we both were getting the same thing done. My massage was not even 2 minutes long....very very disappointed. I am not returning to this location here out..My friend wanted a certain design which was VERY easy to do, it took three people and 2 mess ups before she said to no longer do a design..Not happy. Possibly the worst pedicure experience I've ever had-the place is hot and stuffy, I wasn't offered anything to drink, the woman that did my toenails cut the big toe corner which is going to be painful in a couple weeks, I'm a runner so my 3rd toenail is a little damaged and she clipped part of the nail and literally pulled off the other half with her hand, then threw it on the floor. She left some of the polish on my skin around the toenails, the big toenails are streaked, not smooth at all, and the top part-the ridges I guess-are still white. But the best part had to be when she rolled her eyes at me when I said I didn't have cash for a tip, that it would have to go on the credit slip. DO NOT waste your money! Read Less

This is my go-to spot for perfect nails and to destress. It's in a great location and all of the employees are just so talented at making art out of your nails. They're super sweet too and always remember that I like my nails square but they can't be sharp because of my puppies. I've been coming here for months and no longer try any other place. I visited this location due to its proximity to my workplace and I needed a french mani-pedi before I left for my flight for a wedding. The first lady, who I think is the owner of the place, did my pedicure. She did an OK job, but she criticized my lack of Vietnamese-speaking skills, which is not very good customer service. I'm glad that even though your daughter was born here that she can speak it well, but not everyone is like that. I'd expect that kind of critique from my relatives, but not from a business owner who wants repeat customers.The second lady who did my manicure was very nice and she did a good job as well. I had my first eyebrow wax there today and never again. I honestly should have done my research, but I have driven by the salon for our three years, so I assumed they had a clue about what they were doing. Not so. I was immediately whisked into the back room to get my brows waxed, the woman said two words to me (if that), and I knew it went quick but at the end she didn't even hand me a mirror to look into. I ended up fixing my brows at home, since she just slapped cream into my brows at the end without rubbing it in, and I got home with clumps of lotion all over my eyebrows. I tweezed a few strays as soon as i got home. If they really do good nails, stick to that. A wax was a BAD IDEA and I won't be returning. Ever. Read Less

I have been going to Top Notch for about six months and been loving it. Tiffany, is my favorite girl ever! She is super creative, talented, hard working and kind :) If you want a crazy design Tiffany is the girl to see. She is an artist! Promise you won't regret it!
