If I could leave NO stars I would. I went here cause my regular nail place was closed (Sunday) I went for a full set and got coffin shape (extra $5) so after he was done and ready to paint my nails I realized the “coffin” shape was SO bad not to mention they didn’t even get the red color I picked from there sample colors so I told him and he got the right color just to set it aside and continue with the wrong color.. So I told the what seemed to be the lady in charge as well as how HORRIBLE the shape was and she did “fix” them up for me but they’re all still crooked and different shapes and sizes. I would NOT recommend them to anybody. My nails have never came out SOOOO bad before I’m very disappointed, almost to the point where I’d removing them and go somewhere else and getting them redone after paying $30. If you need to have your nails ir pedicure done, NEVER get in as soon as they open, very disorganized, spend half an hour walking around trying to get settled, seemed like they had no idea what they were doing or whom was doing what, finally they got to do my nails, even when I was the first one here, the job was fine, may come back again but not in the morning.  Also, if you go there plan on spending at least 3 hours do get your manicure and pedicure done. Was very disappointed with the service here. I felt like they really didn't want to be there. It was afternoon and no one was in the salon. I was there a total of 25 mins it that at all. This place was horrible. It has advertised under new management 20% off. I went in there was only one person there working. She sat me in the chair and put my feet in the water. And then she proceeded to clean up the meal that she had left  out for their Buddha. 15 minutes later I'm still sitting in the water..she then picks up something and walks out the door and mumbled something about her family. I have been to very nail place within a five miles radius of my home (happy Valley and lake pleasant) . I am so thrilled I have found this little hidden gem!!! My nails have been consistent each time and their deluxe pedicure is the BEST price and best service in the area. They say and hour and it is an hour, and the massage is phenomenal! I got my pedicure and gel manicure at 50% off (so instead of paying $63 dollars for both I paid $31) and let's just put it this way.... If I would've had to pay full price I would be giving zero stars. I saw Andy for my services- he was very nice and did a good job on my pedicure. My gel manicure was a mess-- uneven nails, gel polish on my cuticles and on the sides of my fingers.  I think they got some new gel colors in because none of them matched what I picked out from the nail wheels to what actually was put on my nails (I picked out a dark grey but I got a light purple? What the? Same with my nails- I wanted a light pink but got clear?!) which caused a lot of confusion- especially when there's a language barrier. Read Less

Am I the only one that has noticed that this shop is not as clean as it could be?  My pedicure was just ok, but the use of a really rough nail file on my thin toenails and hitting my skin was painful--altho I said nothing I hated it.Also, my nail job is new, and it already shows signs of breaking off from the cuticle.  Why?  Because they put so much thinner in their polishes trying to make it last longer that they did 3 coats--and it just does not work at all.I won't be going here again myself--and the reasonable prices people speak of are no different than what I have been paying at various shops in the NW Valley already. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!  This place was amazing!!  I went with my mom and grandma and we got manis and pedis; they were incredible!!  The best leg, foot, and hand massages I've had in a long time.  They were so very welcoming and sweet!  They are very reasonably priced and, considering the high quality of their service, an awesome value.  So sad I don't live closer - I'd go back here all the time!! My daughter and I went in for gel manicures and regular pedicures.  We used the valpak coupons. Two men took care of us and an older lady. They were very kind, spoke english and did an EXCELLENT JOB!  My cuticles have never looked better.  I also had a pleasant conversation with my nail tech about Asian food! :-)  We showed up after 6pm, they close at 7 but finished our nails and another lady too and stayed until almost 7:30 without rushing us out.  They took their time and did our nails right!!  It's not a fancy place, but since it's a bit South of Happy Valley, you don't run into the packed nails salons (where they rush and don't do as great of a job) like you would if you go to a salon at Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant.  Thanks for the great nails!  We will be back!
