I've come back three times and had the same experience everytime!! They accept too many customer and leave you waiting for long periods of time. The first time I went for a Mani/pedi I was there for 4 hours! I tried this place because I wanted to try SNS nails for the first time. But only 2 employees do the SNS so you have to wait even longer to get the manicure. Also the second time I went 5 outta 10 nails clipped within 4 days! I came back to get them repaired and she blamed me for having thin nails for the cracked nails. Of the 3 times I've been I've had the same lady each time and the technique she has used has been different all 3 times!! This will be my last trip here. Read Less

Language barrier is an understatement! These ladies didn’t understand anything, nor were they able to convey prices, services, etc. I also received SHODDY work on my manicure! This was my second and my last time in here. No one understands what the hell you're saying they are so unorganized they're pedicure tubs are cracked and they do not use liners. They tell everyone 10 minute wait when it's an hour wait just horrible I should have never wasted my time coming back! Go to Angel Touch Nails on 75th Avenue and Glendale. My mom got her eyelashes done there a few months ago, HORRIBLE JOB, lashes came off as soon as we got home. Today, my mom decided to try it again but for a full set and pedi, she called me CRYING saying how rude they were too her and how much of horrible job they did and still made her pay 50$. Rosie painted them the wrong color, when my mom told her it wasn't the color Rosie proceeded to paint OVER the wrong color with the right color. My mom then asked her to take it all off and to please re-do it. Rosie took off the nail polish aggressively! When my mom pulled her hand back and said not to do it aggressively Rosie said " done, you can go now! " so, I go in and speak to David and politely ask him to keep the money for the pedi, but to refund me for the nails & showed him a picture. He then stated that's what she wanted, so we started arguing after he refused to refund me, the two customers who were in there also agreed that they messed up my moms nails up !! So then I said either you refund me, or I'm staying here till you call the Police. He said go ahead and went to sit down on his computer. A customer comes in , and I show her a picture of my moms nail and inform her of what was going on. And she thanked me, and left! David immediately gets mad and starts going crazy on me and my younger cousin is recording the whole time, and he tried snatching her phone demandig we delete it, and that we needed his permission. I started laughing and said no. He then said what did I want, I AGAIN explained, keep the money for the pedi, but I want a refund for the nails he said no and that I needed to leave, I said no he could call the cops. He did. They came, and I explained what happened and they told him I didn't have to delete the pictures and could do whatever I wanted. He trenspassed me from the property which idc well never go back anyway! When I said I would cancel the card he said " you can't do that, you got services " the cop then agreed with me and said just dispute the charge do a review and post whatever evidence you have. So that's what I'm doing, HORRIBLE SERVICE, IS IT YOUR JOB TO FIX YOUR ERRORS!!!!
