Made an appointment a couple days in advance for 10:00. The store wasn't too busy when we got there. Everything started great, we were greeted right away and they got started. It was the execution that really needed help. As people came in, the owner or what seemed to be be boss at the time was the one doing my nails, she started to rush and start the design on my nails while I was sitting in the pedi chair getting my heels scrubbed. I tried my very best to keep my hand as still as possible but I was a little confused why she couldn't wait till I was at least done with the massage part of the pedi. $140 later and now I have to pay someone else to start all over. This was my go-to place for nails, typically go twice a month. The past 3 experiences have been terrible. I've had the same technician even though I requested someone different the last 2 times (with making an appointment) still seem to get stuck with him. He always cuts my fingers, and today he cut practically cut my toenail off. He does a terrible job at painting and his designs are a joke. Sad to say I will be looking elsewhere and will not be returning. I actually had to go home and remove the polish it was so bad this time. Best nail salon! Been going here for years, and since moving I have tried other salons closer to me but always continue to drive back to this one. Great service and always do a great job on any service that I get. Techs take their time and make sure you are completely satisfied. Will never go else where! Read Less

Just went here for the first time yesterday! I did a walk in gel manicure. Everyone was so nice there, they seemed to enjoy their job and workplace.  Everything was clean and the decor was nice. I LOVE my nails and Amy was great! I can't wait to go back! Read Less

Stopped in here as a walk-in yesterday and was helped right away. I had my gel polish removed and a classic manicure. Great service and I loved the manicure, but it was kind of odd being helped by five different people (to be fair it got a lot busier after I arrived). Went here for the first time last week and my gel manicure peeled off on all 10 fingers after 3 days. When I went back on the third day they told me it would be free since they're fixing their mistake and when my nail tech was putting oil on the manicure at the very end she told me it would "only be $10". I was livid and told her that I was already told it would be free and if they were going to charge me they should have told me that up front. I refused to pay and they acted like they were doing me a favor by waiving the $10 fee. Now after 3 more days two of my nails are chipping and peeling up again. I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years and never had an experience like this. Poor customer service and awful manicure. I'll never go back there again. Read Less

This place always does a great job. I usually do the mani/pedi combo.  They are fast, reasonably priced and the owner is a sweetie. Even during busy times they work you in quickly. Helen gives the best leg massages ever! Read Less
