I've tried 4 nail places and this is my favorite. It's clean, they're all friendly and they each can do speciality designs by hand. My daughter and I typically get some new design each time. It's a great place. Upgrade to the paraffin wax option. Amazing! Read Less

I was out here visiting my family and had to get my nails done before going back to LA for work. So I chose to go here because of ratings on Yelp but their first impression was NOT their best! I showed him a photo of how I wanted my nails to be shaped and he said okay. So he starts to shape them and they look okay I just tell him I want the sides to be a little more defined and he says okay. I should have been paying attention the second time around because I looked down and my nails were soo narrow. He then asks me if that is okay and I tell him no I didn't want it to be that narrow. After this he backs up from the table, throws his stuff down and yells "I'm done!". I asked him why he had such an attitude with me telling him it was too narrow when he asks me if that's how I wanted it? He said first I told him more defined so that's what he did and now it's too much. I said yes I said more defined not more narrow. I start to leave and the owner tells me not to leave and that someone else will take care of me. She did the best she could so I tipped her for that and she was very nice.... In all my life I have NEVER seen a nail tech just walk away from a customer like this. It's also the next day and my nail beds are sore from him filling them down so much. If I ever have to visit Arizona again I will make sure my nails are done before hand! This is completely unacceptable service. DO NOT go here for a full set! Read Less

The worst! We waited an hour for my 2 daughters to get pedicures and manicures and when they finally got to one of my girls after starting 2 other ladies who walked in AFTER us... she did a quick clip and file and painted them all within 10 minutes. It was ridiculous! I've been here once before with my husband and KIM did my nails, she was great,  but after this experience I will not come back. Read Less

I just started coming here about a month ago and I love it! They have liners for the pedicure chairs and the store is very clean. They do a great job with acrylics and /or gel polish. I have gotten both done. I have made appointments and done drop ins. They are very accommodating with either scenario. I will continue to come here due to their prompt, clean and friendly service. I always am a little apprehensive when trying out new nail salons because I am so particular about how I like my nails, but have extremely impressed with Lindsey and Angel time and time again. I usually see Lindsey, but if she isn't available I see Angel who is just as great. They always get the nail shape just right and my gel polish never lifts. My mom sees April. Make an appointment beforehand and request one of these three!Another thing I absolutely love is when I have a crack or low break in my nail, instead of cutting all of my nails short, they help maintain the length and integrity of my nails by glueing or adding the smallest amount of powder so you don't even notice the break!  On top of the great nail technicians Krazy Nails is clean, you never feel as if your service is rushed, the final product is above par, and the massage chairs are great quality and well maintained.
