I’m giving one star because they charged me $55 for my set that started to fall off in a span of two days. It is now the 3rd day and I’m missing 4. I called to see if there is anyway I could get a refund but they said they couldn’t give me one. I’m not gonna lie these are nice people and the nails were beautiful I just wish they weren’t cheaply put on and offered refunds. $55 was way too much to pay for these to fall off so soon. I am so grateful for the staff at Hollygood Nails and Spa. They fit me in for an awesome pedicure and nail dip overdue fill and reshape. To add to my tall order with just an hour from closing, they were able to fit my 7 year old daughter in for a mani/pedi. I went there on a Saturday and they took me in right away. My lady was so nice! I got a pedicure and she really put herself into it. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable. The place is extremely clean! I wish they accepted tips from a card transaction but tax was taking too much of their tips away and so I had to stop by the gas station to get some cash back so I could tip her. She told me not to worry about it, but I couldn’t cut her tip out. This place is for sure my new nail salon! Read Less

I'm new to this salon but have followed Tammy here from another salon. She does fantastic work! This salon is clean and neat so things seem pretty sanitary. I've not had any problems getting an appointment with Tammy and I've not tried a walk in appointment. Lots of colors and options so I would think you'd find what you are looking for. Read Less

I came in on a Saturday evening and nail tech KiKi greeted me at door and took me back. Nail tech's were extremely friendly. Very modern salon, clean, fresh salon. I went for a gel manicure and pedicure. Kiki was very detailed and took her time to ensure I was comfortable and communicated well with me. My nails and toes look amazing and clean. I will definitely go back and say goodbye to my previous nail salon. All techs new most customers by first name which is a very good sign to me. Also, the massage chairs are amazingly comfortable. I loved everything about this place!! I went in today to get the express pedicure, the least expensive and it was quite a bit of treatment! Gell polish is most certainly the way to go because it will stay longer, do not be surprised or think that they are overcharging because they are not. Gell polish costs more because it is better quality, anywhere you go. Everyone treated me as if I were there daughter! They are so friendly and make you feel comfortable. My experience was great up until it was time to pay. The person who did my pedicure checked me out. I don't carry cash so I was planning on tipping with my card. I always tip a generous amount when tipping on my card, because I know the tax implications, etc. I was specifically asked by my nail tech if I plan to tip, and if so that cash is better. Even though I planned to tip her because she did an excellent job, I was taken aback when asked to tip in cash. This is a fairly new salon (maybe about a year old) so the place is neat, tidy and clean. The staff and owner are friendly.  I followed Tammy here from another salon and have enjoyed this salon much more. They seem to have good relations with their returning customers and new customers are treated well.  I have only had gel manicures and regular pedicures here but would definitely recommend this salon for those services. This is definitely one of the best nail salons I've been to. I followed the owner, Leo, from another salon that is actually much closer to my house. I drive a half hour each way to get my nails done at Hollygood. The pedicures are also top notch. I recommend the Deluxe. You get a fantastic pedicure with all the extras. They really take their time and make sure to go the extra mile. My husband also started coming with me for pedicures and the occasional manicure. It's a totally relaxing experience. Excellent customer service. Was able to schedule a manicure and pedicure on short notice and also my friend was able to get a pedicure as a walk in. They were even kind enough to stay late, a half hour past closing time to provide such quality service. I had a phenomenal experience at this nail salon. The nail technician was very careful and honestly was seeking perfection when doing my nails. Also, a great conversationalist! They have a stunning chandelier that changes colors and I just couldn't help but admire the beauty! Honestly, I was scheduled to go to Scottsdale to get my nails done but I wanted something closer to home and it was the best decision! I received quality service and was treated great! They also made sure my friend's first time getting a pedicure was comfortable as possible. It was great because he mentioned over dinner next time we go.. That means he was also interested in coming back too! This is a great west side secret and I will be sure to refer the many people I encounter with in my position and let them know where I got my nails and toes done! I do highly recommended to others!
