I needed a fill for my acrylic nails. They were a little too thick and too wide. My nail tech was Sing. He was friendly and asked me what I wanted. He shortened and thinned my acrylic nails. Just had the worst experience in the 8 years I have been coming to this place. I got a full set and 3 of my fingers are crooked and they are all different sizes. And super thin. I enjoyed my nail tech Steven who did a great job on both full set and pedi. What I didn't enjoy was the owner trying to rush him and kept asking if he was done yet. I got the full extended pedi and had a soak off then new set. I was there about 2 hours as expected. Read Less

Great concept separating the arcylic nail area due to fumes but horrible customer service. If something goes wrong with your gel or dip nail they will talk Vietnamese behind your back, make comments about what other customers are wearing and laugh! I know a tad of Vietnamese and could tell they laughed making a comment when a customer ordered the basic pedicure. The male nail technician is fake and rude. Would give the Owner more stars as he's pretty nice but the staff is rude to Americans. Won't be back. There's a nail salon on every corner so work on the gossip between your staff. Read Less

Do NOT go here. It's way over priced. 1. They charge $6 to do your cuticles even though you're already paying for a $37 gel manicure. Seriously?! Tried to not pay for that but my cuticles looked terrible after she sanded my nails down (I think she did this on purpose) so I ended up paying for it..... 2. They were "out" of the first 3 gel colors I picked... it took 4 color tries for her to tell me they actually had a color I had picked 3. Also my nails chipped after 3.5 days. I was staying at resort so clearly not being rough on my nails during this time. 4. I think they chipped because they don't cure your nails with the light when they're done.. probably so your nails don't last as long and you come back sooner. Looks nice at first but don't be fooled, it's just a typical nail salon trying to nickle and dime you while providing subpar service. Read Less

My husband and I went here and got the deluxe pedicures. It was the best pedicure I've ever had. He said "if they were all like this I would go more often". We ended up going back the next day to get deluxe manicures which were just as amazing as the pedicures. Staff is super friendly. I definitely recommend this place! Read Less

I went here to have my eyebrows done. I walked in at 6:50. Ten minutes til closing and they cheerfully helped me.  The lady even took her time to massage my temples.  AMAZED at the customer service!!  You have earned a new customer!  I will definitely be back.  I was turned away at Estrella nails across the street a few minutes prior.  Thank you for being awesome!! I came in with a thick, misshapen, gel manicure (from a different salon in the area) that even my boss told me I had to get fixed, it was bad. And Quinn fixed everything! The shape, length, width, and the thickness are all perfect! After trial and error with other salons in the immediate area, I have finally found the one for me. Everyone who works their is super friendly and they all looked happy to be their. The salon is clean, and relaxing. And even better it's a natural salon, they use real fruit and aloe, it's so nice. This is now my go- to nail salon. It's large and inviting, staff is friendly and no matter how busy, they always seem to have plenty of people working.  I love the deluxe pedicures with the candle wax and real fruit (orange, lemon, lime, coconut, - also aloe, cucumber, and green tea!) used. It's so unique!  The manicure station is beautiful- pendant lights and all one counter instead of separate stations. Anyway, I won't go anywhere else in the area, but they do need better and more options for polish, especially Essie. Also, staff behind counter need to offer rewards cards, etc rather than me having to ask and rushing my payment transactions. Read Less

Again don't judge. So I don't have a lot cold experience with he whole manny pedi thing, but I love this place. All natural so NO CHEMICAL SMELL. My lady was great. They never get my toe designs right! Also when I went to pay I went to use my rewards card and use my points which I did. However my daughter moved out of state and gave me her card and they wouldn't merge the points or let me use her card instead.They made a big issue out of it! I do not feel they value my business!! I would not recommend this place or the one off happy valley and I17. Two times in a row we have made appointments, only to find out we will have to wait 30 mins to get in. They do not apologize and quite frankly, don't care about your time. Do not go here unless you feel like waiting a ridiculous amount of time. I enjoy this place and have since they opened. I don't get to spoil myself often with 3 little boys 4-1... But every time I come I'm pleased with my service and the place is clean, smells great in here and they keep well staffed as they are pretty busy. I've tried many nail salons in this lake pleasant area all the way over to 83rd & 67th Ave... But this is my favorite & today's my 30th birthday and I had no appt, as it was a last minute idea, no wait though! They are busy today too. Every pedi seat is full and they have a lot here and they have someone working on every person in here. If you have a few in your party I would suggest an appt so you're not waiting long. People love this place and they stay busy. :)They also have a 10 day warranty on their gel manicures. :) I'm known be to rough on my nails so I enjoy gel, and I've only needed them to redo a nail once. :) Overall, I enjoy this place and I think many others would too. Especially preggos who don't want to deal with the acrylic nail smell, trust me, I've been there!! I started going there back when they first opened I loved it loved the service the prices However this past year slowly I found myself leaving very unhappy my pedicures were rushed and not relaxing at all as well my manicures were rushed and they started saying oh we can't do that design we just do one nail Honestly I'm not a picky I try to do something for my self like this maybe once every three month and I loved going to herbal nail because how relaxed I felt how good my feet and legs felt when I left as well as my nails I've also heard many of my friends that over time I recommended they try herbal nail no longer are going either same complaints So I have found myself back at my old salon don't see myself to return Read Less
