I went in to have my nails done in the salon yesterday and asked for SNS. Not only did it take the girl over 2 hours to get my nails done and I've never had it take that long, but she kept messing them up and trying to start over and then telling me that it was my fault that she was having such a difficult time. They looked so horrible at one point I actually cried knowing how bad they were going to look for my holiday party tonight. When she saw that I got emotional and I told her that she basically said it was my fault that she was having such a hard time and doing such a poor job, she's like oh I didn't see that it's okay it's okay it'll look good it'll look good but they don't look good they are so thick and they look horrible you can still see the bear now on the side of several of my nails where she didn't even get the SNS powder and they are so thick I've never had SNS be this thick I've never had artificial nails be this thick. Then I have my pedicure the girl that did my pedicure was so sweet and I know she was trying to make me feel better and she did such a wonderful job and I appreciate her but I just could not get back to the fact that my nails look horrible I have a company Christmas party tonight and no time to go and get them redone. What really shocked me is after they knew how unhappy I was and how bad the experience was for me they didn't hesitate not only to charge me full price but it was more than I usually pay for SNS and I have never had my nails look at this bad from SNS. The whole point of doing this type of nail Services because it's very thin and natural-looking and my nails are so thick I just can't even tell you how horrible they look. I will not be returning to this salon, nor would I recommend it to anybody which is really hard for me to say because the girl who did my toes was so sweet but I simply cannot ignore the horrible experience I had with my nails. Walked in for a mani/pedi and was taken care of right away. One person did my pedicure and another did my manicure. Both of the ladies were very nice and did a great job. I'm from out of town and we had a great conversation about the area. Whenever I'm in Mesa I'll for sure come back. Read Less

My husband & I were walk-ins.  The salon looked very clean, and the chairs looked new & were ultra comfortable. Hubby needed a pedicure, & I was looking for a quality nail tech as my nails were a mess, & my current tech went on a 3-week vacation without warning me on my last appt.  I lucked out & got Amiee who was very professional.  I wear my nails longer than most & had 3 broken ones.  It had been forever since I had a new set.  She suggested it, but I was scared with someone new as they would probably not make my nails look like what I wanted...but I trusted her, got the new set & also got a very pleasant surprise!  She listened to me & did EXACTLY what I asked!!  That's a rarity...for me anyway!!  My hubby was also very happy with his pedicure.  The experience was fun...a lot of laughter.  This was a unique experience that we would highly recommend!!  (Guess we're lucky the prior tech was so unprofessional, or we might never have found Voila!!) :-) Read Less

I went in for a manicure last Thuraday and as soon as the nail tech began, I wanted to leave and I should have. My nail polish is peeling off already. I am very disappointed. I would not recommend this salon to my friends and family. I can't wait to go to another salon to have a better service. Read Less

I love this place. I just can't say enough. It's always welcoming. They make me feel special every time I come in. They remember my name and it's like they know who I am even when I call to schedule an appointment. They are always so friendly. They do an awesome job at both manicures and pedicures. Oh yes. This salon is so clean and their chairs, etc. are nice and updated. The staff is welcoming and cheerful and they have the largest variety of colors (both regular polish and gel) that I've ever seen in any salon! You will find exactly what you're looking for here! I've used them for the last year since moving to Chandler. It's peaceful, friendly (they remember your name) and they let you sit in the chair to dry  I always loved going except when I got one woman who pressures me to get "gels". (her name is hard to pronounce and spell). She keeps asking and raising her voice each time. Once she shouted, "Why not gels? You cannot afford?"  By my 3rd fill I was fed up with being harassed and shouted back, "do not ever ask me again to get gels!"  The management did not apologize. Read Less

The salon is intimate and the staff are all attentive and nice.  Only thing to point out, is the gentleman who does pedis (he's unsure of how to do one!).  He kept looking at the other tech beside him to see the order she would do things and he didn't massage my legs nearly as long as I expected and read about here on Yelp!  Also, I had to repeatedly ask him to file my toes moreso than what he had done (he acted as though he was afraid to file them as the female techs do). I absolutely love this nail salon! The staff is all so friendly here, which is such a nice change from all the other nail salons. Another reason I love this salon, other than their superior customer service is that they don't shave your gel manicure off. Instead, they use foils to get your nails off. My nails used to be so flimsy because of gel manis, but not anymore! Every Mani and pedi that I have gotten here has lasted a solid three weeks to a month, so they do a fantastic job. Their pricing is another great aspect of their business. I got a gel mani and their basic pedi for just $45.
