Absolutely the best nail techs in the phx/mesa area! I drove an hour and a half from Globe to get my nails fixed because the place I went to in my hometown butchered them. First things first, I loved the welcoming and clean environment and it just felt like I've gone there for years! All the techs do beautiful work and make sure you walk out with what YOU WANT! You won't regret walking into this nail salon! I am now a customer for LIFE!! I walked out Beaming and giggling my coffin style nails were so precise and clean! I’m not ashamed to tell my age I’m 44 years old and I have been getting my nails done since I was 16 and I have never in my life found a better Salon than this salon here!!!! They TRULY made my LIFE!!! Most places that I go to they don’t even clip the lifting acrylic !!! I hate that!!! But this place did it on automatic I didn’t have to say anything !!! Also they did an amazing shape on my nails very precise and very sharp !!! When it came to the color I chose a color that ...I wanted and then I asked her to choose a couple other colors that went with it so that she could do a cute color combo and she did an amazing job!!! I wish I could remember her name because I definitely would recommend her all I know is it’s not the owner and it’s not the black girl she sits in the middle . I gave her a $10 tip I’ve never in my life giving it a nail tech a $10 tip she was really good !! This is truly the best place in Arizona! Cindy is the absolute Nail Queen! She always leaves my nails looking amazing and I always get compliments. Kia and Jasmine are also great! I’ve been going here for about 2 years now and I’m never disappointed; even when I challenge Cindy. I’ve been obsessed with Nail Art and follow just about every page, and stylist known so when I say she’s amazing I mean it. These ladies do great work! They are up to date with all the trends have talent and really listen to what you want! I have never had so many complements on my nails by men and women in the past year in all my life and I've had my nails done since I was 15. The atmosphere is nice and clean and I like how they play movies instead of the news or some basic channel, helps me keep from wanting to look at my phone. The girls really interact with their customers and get to know you as time goes on. The only con is they are super busy so I usually book my appointment a week in advanced so I can get the time and day that works for my schedule. Read Less

This place does a trash job. I walked in for a full set with a pedi. They said they could take me. I got my nails done they were dented, crooked and the gel wasn't fully on. And at the end said they couldn't do my pedi!!? Anyways, They said they would fix my nails the next day. So the next day happens. I get them fixed they looked okay my right hand nails were a lot thinner than the left. But whatever right? I go home barely grabbed something and 2 nails pop off. I call and tell them what happened they said they would charge me for a fix. On the 2nd day this place is trash with their trash service ant trash customer service. Would never recommend. Will write a review on yelp to let everyone know. They don't give refunds. But there are no signs whatsoever stating that. They should call it Trash Nails.Read Less

So, I have been to MANY nail salons through the years and then I stumbled upon VANITY NAIL BAR! Cindy is amazing, I like Jasmine too :) but I cannot see myself going to any other nail bar/nail salon again. Everything I want done Cindy can do it! Alright honest review. I have been to MANY nail salons. Hopped around trying to find a place that I truly am happy at that I can continue to go back to. Then I found this salon on Instagram. Truly one of the best acrylic sets I've had. Not to mention there techs are extremely creative and talented with designs. Very up to date with the trends going on. They do sculpted nails here! I am so happy because it's hard to find places that are versed in something other than plastic tip acrylic nails! Cori was fantastic even though she was new her work was checked by the owner who approved no awkwardness just a pure learning experience I loved getting my nails done here and I will again the next time I am in the state for work! My nail tech Cindy always does phenomenal on my nails. Does exactly what I want and does them clean and professional. Very clean and professional, comfortable shop. Never long waits to get your nails done. I would recommend going there to everybody. I drive 40 minutes just to go here because I've never had such good customer service. Read Less

The nail tech Cindy needs to learn more nail skills. She had my nails looking like boat paddles and they were thick then they started popping off the next week. She charge all that money for inferior service and products. Don't go here go to a real nail salon to have your nails done correctly.Read Less

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I went in to get mine and my 5 year old daughter's nails done for a wedding where she's a flower girl and they wouldn't allow her past the lobby. Sorry, I know kids aren't typically in nail salons but my daughter goes with me every 2 weeks and loves getting hers done. I just did her nails at home, next time I know better!*update: thank you for the reply, however I didn't have a chance to sit down and tell anyone what I wanted for me or my child, let alone her sitting on multiple different chairs, before an extremely rude technician said 'kids aren't allowed in here' while walking away and cleaning the countless empty tables. I will not be recommending you nor will my friend. Her nails were falling off and looking terrible within 5 days. Her nails are destroyed underneath due to the terrible job done. And that doesn't look like the first time. Worry about your technicians attitudes and quality of work over safety of children getting their nails done with their parents supervising. Read Less

I just got my nails done here for the first time. I've passed by and heard wonderful things. First of all, the salon is gorgeously decorated, clean, and organized. Televisions playing a movie while I was getting my nails done. Cindy did a wonderful job and exceeded all my expectations. There were a lot of polishes, glitter, and rhinestones to choose from. I really wanted to like this place.. I was willing to drive from Litchfield Park to Mesa to get my nails done here after seeing their work. I paid $76 (after tip) for a set of nails that within less than 24 hours 1 was broken.I was greeted by 3 nails techs and a completely empty salon, she started doing my nails and was nice and made some conversation but the whole time I was there I got this vibe that they wanted to leave and were a little upset that I actually showed up for my appointment lol maybe I'm exaggerating or overthinking it but hey they are the ones that said 6 pm was okay for an appointment.. I got sculpted nails with colored acrylic. I wanted my nails to look as natural as possible. She did an okay job the ring finger is oddly shorter than the rest and it's driving me crazy! My thumb broke the next day by 3 pm! (PLEASE SEE PICTURES) she did ask what I thought about them and I didn't really notice and plus I didn't want to make it more awkward by taking longer.Regardless I do not think I will be returning or recommending any friends here. I have been to vanity 2x now and L O V E them!!!! Always super nice and the quality of the nails and workmanship is fantastic!!! I just helped demo our tile floor and only 2 of my nails barely had any lift to them!!! This was my first time going to vanity nail bar because my mother in law had been taken there with some friends and I was not disappointed. Not only could they do every design I asked for but they were patient with my nitpicking. The salon is very clean relaxing and modern and the ladies that worked on my nails were english speaking so there was no miscommunication. Will definitely become a regular! Read Less

Really loved this place! My nails came out beautiful, I was relaxed the whole time, complementary water and watched a movie while Cindy did my nails. With a beautiful design. Very clean as far as I could see! The only thing was that I wanted to get mani / pedi's with my mom but there was only two people working in the shop at 4pm on a Saturday and they only had space for one of us. I live for the Vanity team!!So let's set some things straight:1. I have been going to Vanity for 2 years, since they opened, due to high demand every day is almost booked solid. With that being said YOU NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IT IS PREFERRED!  I have no problem waiting if I haven't made one because the team is amazing.2. No customer is better than the other or treated better than others. Also remember they have familes and need to eat as well. So if they have been working all day, no breaks or very tiny ones, and they need to make a phone call or take one let them. Yes, we live in a "I want it now culture" but you don't get everything how you want it. The world isn't Burger King.3. If you aren't satisfied with your service before you leave, tell them and be honest then. Don't hide behind a website and leave nasty comments, shade and/ or reading is NOT fundamental in this situation.As I stated I have been witg Vanity for a long time, I don't plan on changing. You become family and you stick to it no matter the error. If you don't have the patience to wait for good work, please go to a chop shop to get your nails done.Anyhoot all my nail designs are always hand painted perfection. Vanity nail bar is clean, and probably the mosttrendy Mesa, AZ has going. They were very nice, however my gel pedicure was not a good experience. I just Moved from Vegas, and was looking to find A place I could go regularly, but I won't be going back to Vanity. My pedicure took 2 hours AND not because it was a relaxing 2 hours. It's because I'm pretty sure my name tech had never done a pedicure. I've had $20 dollar pedicures better than this, and I paid $75. The massage and foot scrub was maybe a total of 1 min for both feet. The gel polish job was pretty terrible also because she didn't even clean up around the edges with nail polish remover so there is nail polish on my skin that was dried on with the UV light! They take pride in sanitizing and disinfecting tools, workstations, pedicure tubs, chairs. They have a large selection of regular and gel polishes, as well as colored acrylics, glitters, 3D charms. I had an appointment for my daughter and I to have pedicures done for her 12th birthday. She was so excited to have a pedi done by someone that speaks English and at at "bar". I was very excited to try this place out. I had heard about them on Instagram and they had been posting teaser pictures of the inside and all of their polishes. I was a walk-in on their opening day but I was helped right away. They offered me a water and were very friendly and welcoming. They even had two large TVs across from the bar that clients could watch while getting their nails done. They had "Mean Girls" playing, which was awesome. I wish I could give this place five stars because I love the idea of it and I think it has great potential. The owner (at least I think she was the owner) seemed really eager to please her customers and the inside was very chic.With all of that said, I expected my nails to come out much better than they actually did. I got a fill and polish change with a design and it barely looks like I even got a fill. I don't think the women who did my nails used enough acrylic. The polish does not even cover the whole surface of my nails (the edges near my cuticles have no polish at all) and the rhinestones that they used were kind of dull. I asked for a straight line of rhinestones down the middle of two of my nails and the line was crooked. On top of that, one of the rhinestones has already come off. After 1 day!I'm going to give them another chance because, like I said, I love the idea of the place. But I think they should hold their Nail Techs to a higher standard. I don't remember the name of the woman that did my nails but she was not very talkative or friendly and had extremely long nails herself which seemed like it made it difficult for her to work on mine.
