3.5 stars is what I'd actually rate them, but I don't know how to do the halfβ. Here's why. Happenstance brought Β me in while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. The business is beautifully decorated and pretty much clean aside from the waiting table filled with nail color samples. When I came in I went to front desk to get a pricing list and there wasn't one available. Another lady and I were quickly greeted by someone from the back and she asked what I wanted done. I said "I'm not sure do you have a pricing list?" Her response, "Yeah I do but what you want manicure/pedicure?" I could go on, BUT BOTTOM LINE IS, I didn't like that. As a consumer, I'd like to be able to "see what's on the menu" before I order. I wanted to know my options. Anyhow, I was talked into getting some sort of dipping powder done on my nails bc I was told it's better for my nails. My nail tech was courteous and professional. I liked her a lot. But I don't believe I had the manicure experience that I was looking for. When I consider a manicure, I'm looking to have my nails soaked and cleaned under the nail and in addition to the cuticles cleaned and filing, I enjoy my hand, wrist, and arm massage. That's what makes it a manicure to me. So while my nails were filed and shaped, she also buffed them and used machine for cuticle, l didn't get that manicure experience. Β I felt more as if I came and got my nails painted with expensive powder and that was the extent of it. The cost was to cover use of the product and quality of the "manicure" experience suffered for it. In the future I think it's something they need to consider. I'd rather pay $15 for the basic manicure to get the quality of service that'd come with it.FOLLOW UP: For Business Owner Chung T. I appreciate your response to my review; however please be advised it is unprofessional to preface a response with the phrase "first of all." As you can see from the attached pics, yes, I did visit your establishment over the weekend. Β My review of your business was not in fact a negative review as you have apparently taken offense to it. I merely stated the facts (your reception desk had no pricing list and nor was I given one when I asked). In addition, I gave my opinions about my manicure and the service I received. As you can see by the pics provided, my nail tech did an amazing job on my nails. However, I feel that a manicure encompasses more than the painting of a pretty nail and in that regard my manicure lacked what I was used to receiving. Β As a business owner, you should appreciate honest feedback and constructive criticism as it only serves to aide in helping you to make your business better. My sincere apologies as adding to this post is the only way that I was able to address your response. I hope it helps and have a great day Read Less
