I'm only giving one star because you have to give something. I have never had my nails or anything done here, but I went yesterday to get a gift card for my grandmother. I find out the next day they ran my credit card twice, I call them to find out why. Two hours later the man who sold me the gift card still has not called me back. When I finally call back he can't explain how he ran the payment twice, he stated I have to wait 24 hours and it will go away. Wow!!! I first came here three months ago when the other salon I normally go to was very busy and I couldn't get in for an appt . Super Relax Nails  is in a quiet little corner of an otherwise very busy shopping center and I've passed by it a thousand times when going to the dry cleaners, Home Depot or pet store, but never really thought to go there myself since I have a place and a girl just down the road.  After my first visit and having my gel manicure stay pretty for twice as long as it normally does, I came back a second time, then a third and a fourth, now this is my nail salon of choice. Emily does my nails and (one) pedicure and I absolutely love her.  I love that the location is quiet and more private than the other salon that I went to. It's very intimate , it's not hectic with 30 people running all around trying to squeeze in that next person.   I feel very relaxed when I am there. My nails went from being very short and brittle in three months to now being long, very strong and pretty.  I don't know if it's the technique Emily uses, or the UV light she uses with the gel manicure polish, or what it is exactly, but my gel polish stays on twice as long since I've had Emily do them versus the other salon. Maybe because she is not so hurried to finish and she does a more complete job, not to mention a gel manicure is $5 less here than at my other salon.   I've only had one pedicure  here and it was the "SUPER RELAX SPECIAL" for  $75.   They do offer $25 and up pedicure options, but I wanted to see what the $75 option was like so that's the one I picked. It was worth every penny. I think the pedicure lasted an hour and a half. Obviously you have to have the time to have this one done but if you have the time it is definitely worth it and it is so "SUPER relaxing".  Emily and her husband own this place and bought it just a year or two ago, so if you've had a bad experience here in the past (before they bought it) I would recommend giving it another try. Or if you've had a bad experience with them, I truly believe if you say something to them right then, they will fix it for you. They are a very sweet couple, and from what I've observed from my visits here so far, they genuinely want you to be happy with your nails.  They are closed on Tuesdays. Read Less

The gentleman was very nice, but his massage and pedicure was too rough and not thorough at all. Besides, he was sniffling the whole time! The music was a bit loud and annoying and this is nothing like a "spa." So I went down to Misa Nails to get a color change, and Lisa said I would need to get it re-done, so that's what I did, and she did a great job. Mostly okay... But I don't really appreciate it when the person doing my nails keeps looking over his shoulder anxiously and, as a result, doesn't pay full attention to my nails. Now that I'm home, I can see he didn't fully or properly apply the chrome powder I asked for, he left sharp corners and edges, and they're slightly uneven in length and in the acrylic thickness. Emily the owner is so sweet.  The place is super clean and the pedicure chairs are so wonderful.  The best part?  There is a new girl there, Jackie.  She is awesome and so so so friendly.  I will definitely book my future appts with her.Just a word of caution...The husband/owner also does nails.  He is pretty rough, super quick (resulting in not such a great job) and doesn't do a very long massage.  I would suggestion you book with a "Girl". This nail spa is definitely one of the best ones ive gone to in the east valley. My girlfriend and i like to get our pedicures done, so we usually call in for an appointment since the place gets pretty busy at certain times. When we walk in, the staff is so accomadating and friendly! They offer us water bottles while we wait for our pedicure chairs to be ready. Then we're in for a nice, relaxing treat by the staff and the options for the pedicures were amazing. We got the essential pedicure w/ callus remover, sugar scrub, paraffin wax, hot rocks, long massage, and the works! Keep in mind this place does have its peak times, so best to make appointments but totally worth the wait! The interior is so nice, and the tools they use are steralized and its the best feeling knowing you're trusting highly professional technicians to work on your nails. Definitely worth checking out!! I have left 2 different reviews about this place. Ome was an awful review (old owners) then i had an amazing experience with the mew owners and they became my new nail place. I just had the worst customer experience ive ever had. I got my nails done and by the next day one had chipped. So I went back they fixed it. Next day came back and because another one broke. They fixed it. Came back in the third day, and they fixed another nail... So this is three times that I came back in. My nails were good for a couple of days, and then they start breaking again they broke a total of six times in one set. Wasn't an old set of nails either. I came back in to get my nail fixed again... And he without asking me took all my nail polish off change the nail polish gave me a fill I thought the experience was going to be free so I let him. Then when I was getting ready to leave he charged me $27. I will not be back and I will not refer anybody to this place. My nails look good so if you're going one time I would recommend this place, but if you're going to continue to go back I would find somewhere else. They don't know what customer service is. Wow! Loved the massage I got during my pedicure. This is the third time I get a pedicure in my life and I was not disappointed. Great chairs, great staff, great service, good price (although men get charged $28 for the basic pedicure and women get charged $25) and did I mention how good they are at foot massages!? Was super pleased with my experience here. My normal nail salon was over booked with and 1 1/2 hour wait time, that I just did not have. So I looked this place up and decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was amazing. Right away they offered me water? I can't think of the last place that has offered that small gesture in a long time. I was already happy and relaxed before I even made it to the HUGE massage chairs that are incredible. The chairs were definitely the highlight of my experience. But my services were also outstanding. Hands down the most relaxing pedicure I have ever had. I got the Deluxe which ran about $50 and had callous remover, paraffin wax, massage, hot towel, hot stone, and a scrub. I'm embarrassed that I don't know the name of the lady that did my nails, but she was magic. I fell asleep 3 times. Between the calf/foot massage and the amazing chair, I was as relaxed as can be. She took her time and I never felt rushed. She knew exactly which pressure points to hit. When she painted and designed my nails I was still half asleep and didn't really notice what she was putting for the design until after. It is beautiful and my feet are baby soft! This has become my new place for Pedicures and manicures along with pure relaxation!  The chairs they have are incredible!!! Everyone there is top notch and trained well in the art of Reflexology. I indulge myself with luxury spa pedi w/hot stones and manicure.  Between the pedicure and the chairs that massage you, I find myself falling into a deep state of relaxation which isn't easy for me. The whole family that runs this new spa are wonderful. One of the hardest working family I know. Give this new spa under new management and you won't walk away disappointed. Love this place! I came out to Mesa for vacation and needed my nails done ASAP !! Was a little hesitant on getting them done out here because I'm just so used to how they do them in boston, where I'm from. Decided I couldn't wait anymore and went to super relax nails. Thank God I did, Tim did a superb job on my nails !! And he was very nice and accommodating!! It can be a little challenging getting a last minute appointment here, but it's because of how great their services are and because of how reasonably priced they are as well. I just visited the Super Relax nails and spa earlier today, and I must say that I truly enjoyed my visit. I had, what many would call, a bad day since I had awoken on the wrong side of the bed; however, when I had walked through the front doors, I was immediately greeted with bright and cheerful faces, who had welcomed my presence almost instantaneously. I had asked for my a mani and pedi to be done, and I ABSOLUTELY loved everything about my experience here. The chairs and t...op notch from its industry and I had such a hard to staying awake to enjoy my experience. The woman who did my nails and provided extra service, which was mesmerizing to say the least, made my experience ten times better.
