This is Bupe ( Raquel Alvarado) Tracy is awsome. She does beautiful art work on my nails perfect. Shes very courteous ask wud wud u like and want. The prices r great for the designs that she creates on my nails and toes. All the workers there r wonderful and nice always asking if ur ok or if we want a drink or need anything. Ive been cold in there several times where they have came over and put towels on my legs and arms just to keep warm. People need to learn to be more patient even when they do have appointments they cant always start you at that exavt time alot of people do come in so they need to learn to be patient and not get so angry because they really r great with there service. I shouldn't give them any stars, one little short man there was so rude to my daughter because she's a heavy girl, but could fit in the chairs and he told her no she can't sit in his chairs. He was very rude and made her cry. I let him have it. I told him know she's a big girl but at least be kind about it, there's away u talk to people, be kind. I took my business to Chase nails on University and Greenfield, they do a much better job and people are pleasant. I told that jerk he'll never get my business. How would he feel if he was discriminated against because he is short with slanted eyes. Read Less
