It's been years she I've been here, but due to the poor treatment I was able to find a salon owner that loves to see me and take care of me! I tried Premier a number of times and always waited at least 30 minutes even when I had an appointment. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, but after being laughed at because I was so upset at them for being so disrespectful of my time, I left and never went back. It's really bad business too, because many years later I still remember that horrible experience. I've told many people about the wonderful techs I go to now, and have also shared the bad experience I had at Premier. Keep in mind, my visits were weekday mornings or afternoons, never during very busy hours. If you have all the time in the world to wait and waste time, then maybe you'll enjoy this place. Read Less

I absolutely love Lilly and team especially Don who does my nails and toes. He is very creative and I love my apts with him he makes me laugh. Kim is really great also so stop by kick your feet into. Happy with 1st service! New full set, 30% off special. Gels, beautiful, held up GREAT! Then I went 4 fills, now 20% off = 30 + TIP. Next day gel polish peeled off, several nails broke. I would give half a star if I could! Yesterday I went to premier nail salon and NEVER will I go back WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have been to a couple nail places and this is probably the worst! We walked in and hour and 45 minutes before closing and they were so freaking rude telling us that they would need to hurry. My chair didn't work while getting my message the lady/manager person lost my moms color and was super rude about it and my mom is the sweetest person another women swatted my sisters hand trying to hurry her and my nail person kept telling me to hurry when switching my hands they were so rude I usually tip VERY GENEROUSLY and we didn't out experience was disgraceful and unacceptable! I understand trying to get off on time but we were done and there was still people there getting there nails done with time to spare till closing time and they were told how rude they were and then they tried to be all nice never again! This is the best nail place ever. I went yesterday happened to be very busy and I had previously done gel dip which I love but I recently had my third baby and I know it’s going to be hard to keep them up now. So Lilly did a gel and knowing how much I love sparkles she did a really simple but beautiful ombré sparkles that will grow out so nicely. Only 50% of the pedicure chairs work 50% of the time. Considering the nail tech spends 2 minutes per foot massage, the chair massage helps to justify the price. Good luck getting a working chair with a working remote that does more than just countdown the 30 minute service. The owner needs to invest in some general maintenance overall. I love this place so much. I am addicted to having fake nails and this place always does an amazing job for a very reasonable price. I can come in and ask the nail techs for any design and they always do a fantastic job and I trust them to make sure I look and feel good when I walk out of that salon. I have been to plenty of other places and I'm now driving 30-45 mins away from my house just to come get my nails done here. I highly recommend this to anyone who loves getting their nails done. Second visit. Didn't even sit because of how rude the front desk was. I remember thinking she was rude in my first visit but they did a decent job even though they were a bit overpriced, I thought I'd give them another shot. Didn't even sit down after 20 minutes, I am not giving another cent to this business. It is not an inconvenience to you for the customer to ask about pricing. It is not good customer service to roll your eyes or be exasperated. Not sure if your issue with me was that I was heavy, not wearing makeup or what but regardless your job is not to discriminate, it is to get people sat and be an asset to the business. If I am asking questions or looking at the "wrong polish" and I've already said I am not entirely familiar with gel nails and with what can go on the actual nail vs what needs acrylic nail base, how about instead of getting frustrated and rude, UPSELL. I've been going here over a year. They are professional. There is a family feel. I've had multiple techs and all of them seem very talented. They get me in quickly even when I don't have an appointment. I have 2 bad toes and they have built the nail out to look beautiful. I am happy to wear sandals with confidence. Read Less

I love this place and so do my daughters. Every time they come to visit from out of state the first thing they do is go to Premier Nails. My fav is Tommy, he's very artistic and it shows in his nail art techniques. The manager Lilly does great permanent makeup. Read Less

I bring my kids here, their friends, my friends.... you get the idea. Lily is super professional and friendly to everyone that comes in. Of course, with any place, you'll have to try different nail techs to find one that you really like but even if you go in for a walk in, Lily will make sure any concerns are addressed right away. Made an appointment for Tuesday morning. I received an amazing fill/pedi! Danny was my nail tech and I had described I wanted an almond shape with a fall grey color. He kept asking me if the shape was right and it came out perfect! I got the luxury pedicure and it was so calming. My feet were massaged thoroughly and I felt ten times lighter afterwards.
