Terrible, to say the most about this salon. My daughter had a horrible experience. I'm a licensed aesthetician, and never would never treat a young woman with less appreciation than a wealthy woman. She felt treated as if "she couldn't afford it" In the beauty biz you make sure everyone is happy. My young adult had good money earned to spend. Got a botched nail job, and she always knows to tip... she didn't bc she felt your poor service as well of lack of caring didn't deserve it. Came back in concerned about it and told She had to wait an hour and 15 mins to resolve the situation. Crying 13 yr old bc of her bad nails which should have been relaxing for her and felt super terrible not tipping. Will only be back with pictures of her bad nails and to get a refund. Save yourself the grief of this salon and visit Brittney or Michelle at Hair Duz It salon on the opposite side of the complex. Read Less

I got a regular polish manicure done by Lani and they look beautiful and at a decent price. Will be back to try a pedicure next time. Why does the price of a regular pedicure have to cost so much more than a regular manicure? Seems weird. The main thing that bothers me is places always try to convince me to get gel. Stopped in for a pedicure and fill. Haven't been here in a while. The place is nice with newer pedi chairs. Very comfy! I made an appointment and Lani was ready for me when I got there. My mom went here today after being referred by her friends. Kevin was one of the rudest nail techs she had ever come in contact with. My mom has had acrylics for years- when she went into the salon Kevin mentioned that it would be the same price if he removed them and placed a new set on. Well once he took them off he began doing just a basic gel manicure- which is not what she wanted. When she corrected him, he got really short with her and said "you said you had gel, we don't do powder here."  Well sir, you obviously took her acrylics off- so no she didn't have gel. He then decides to tell her that she shouldn't do acrylics anymore and instead do gel. Maybe he was having a bad day- but his attitude was definitely inappropriate and unprofessional. Read Less

Christina did a full set of gels with gel polish on 9/2 and they are still perfect! She did coffin shape and I was in a rush... they are by far some of the best nails I've had done and I lived in LA for 7 years. First time at this place and came because my mom recommended it to me. Made an appointment and even got there early. Asked for a full set gel and the guy that did my nails asked what I wanted. I showed him a picture of what I wanted TWICE and didn't even do them close to what I wanted. I was so mad and disappointed in the work he did that I didn't want to say anything and cause a scene since the place was full. When my mom saw my nails she stated that I say something since this place is not cheap for what they charge. When my mom asked him if he could fix my nails he said no because it would ruin the color and next when I go in for fill he could fix them. So my mom said not to pay them since I wasn't happy with my nails after he seen a pic of what I wanted 2 times. When I was about to get my pedi done he came back out and started fixing my nails and saying that next time tell him with time what I want and I was like really! I showed him twice a pic of what I wanted. So when it was time to pay the lady that sit in the front charged me and to make matters worse instead of giving me my change that was $10 she kept it and said it was tip for the guy that did a crapy job on my nails and the one that did my pedi when he as well didn't even give me a menu to choose what pedi I wanted. I was so pissed of my experience there that I didn't want to be disrespectful so I just walked out. I will never go back nor recommend anyone to go there. They have horrible customer service and people like that don't deserve to have a business in an area that they have it. If I could rate it a 0/5 I would - Didn't even get seen, sat and waited 40 minutes, just left after asking how much longer - Being told 20 more minutes.  Waiting an hour in a shop that has non-working AC and what looks like unclean conditions.  Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Today, that didn't happen, my husband's was done before I even began.  Decided just have my toe nails cut, you would think they would offer to do it for free, I sat there for over 45minutes,. Walked in and was greeted. That's a plus staff was friendly and not as pushy as some nail salons that what to get you in and out. The manager I assume applied my acrylic and was fast but very neat, and then was switched to another artist who finished my nails and polish. Which he also did good job, all the small things I look at and normally have to tell them to fix he was already ahead of me fixing them, I liked that. Overall a nice place noticed that a lot of older women came here so that just lets me know they've been coming for years so it's a good place. Since her pedicure took much longer than mine (she got all kinds of great massages, scrubs, and lotions) the staff had no problem with me staying in the massage chair as I waited for her. They know how to make you relax while your getting your pedicure which is awesome. However, they don't know how to paint your toenails or fingernails. The woman (Kathy) who worked on my manicure didn't make sure that all my nails were the same length and didn't seem to care that she would have broken two of my fingers if I hadn't adjusted my arms to keep them intact. We were being pushed into spending more money than we wanted to the entire time.  The woman doing my nails was rude and seemed like she wanted nothing to do with me after I didn't want to get the deluxe pedicure. This place was amazing. Took me as a walk-in. Pedi was so relaxing and soothing. I have a broken big toe nail and he took every care not to hurt me. Then over to my fill. Wow!!! Amazing.  Vinnie was so great! They are a very little shop in the corner. It was so busy w regulars on a sat so maybe weekdays would be a little less. The first woman that did my toes was rude and she picked out the wrong color nail polish than the one I originally showed her, then she blamed me for her mistake and told me that I had told her a different color earlier. She was clearly annoyed that she had to take off the nail polish and re-do them and was not being very gentle. (My poor toes stung so bad!) The second girl I had was much more friendly and did an amazing job on my manicure, her name was Christina and I highly recommend her! Overall I am happy with the way my nails turned out and if it wasn't for the first girl being rude and not being able to put the tip on my debit card I would have gladly given a 5 star review. Best manicure I've ever had! Kevin was very professional and patient when I couldn't decide what color I wanted. Everyone in the salon is friendly, and I didn't feel like an intruder or like I was interrupting like I do in some places I've had my nails done. The quality of the manicure and the time Kevin took to ensure there were no missed details like stray polish or missed edges.HUGE variety of colors and quality brands: Color Club, ORLY, OPI, and Essie to name a few!
