Jessie did my pedicure and she was great! Service was great, staff was friendly. Shop was clean, GREAT color selection. They do acrylic and liquid gel, gel polish, SNS dip. They are very accommodating. They even do lash extensions. Pleased and will be going back! Read Less

Ive been here a few different times and all together I'd say a 3 is fair. The first time I went they were above and beyond but the last time I asked for a deluxe, the lady missed the sugar scrub and the hot stone plus forgot the snowflake I asked her for and still tried to charge me $55. Um no I don't think so. She tried to argue that she did the sugar scrub until another patron spoke up for me and called her out. I got the price reduced but they have lost a customer now. Read Less

Upon arriving, my friend and I were ask what we wanted. A pedicure, they told us to go pick out a color- as per usual with any nail salon. We get seated and pick which type we wanted, we chose the basic and told them about three times. So we get started and the man starts going to town on my nails, literally made me bleed and clench in pain- not what I had expected.. We're assuming it's almost over, when they pull out stones and what not and start doing extra services we didn't ask for and it certainly didn't say that was apart of it in the basic pedicure. We carry on, they add nail polish and walk away. Mind you- not even a clear coat on top, just the nail polish. Once finished we get charged for some other type of pedicure because apparently getting your nails painted doesn't come with the basic one, even though it says it does. Sorry but paying $35 to have my nails painted and shaped was not what I had wanted and blatantly told them multiple times... I will most likely not go back there, they were extremely rude..  though, their acrylic nail bar set up is pretty cool.. the service and attitude wasn't. Read Less

Was in desperate need of a pedicure and relied on Yelp to help me find a spot near our new home.  Nail enV was a great choice. I was automatically greeted when I walked in, the staff was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed.  I got right in and had the best pedicure I have had in months.  The salon was clean, staff friendly, and in a good location.  What more could I ask for?  I will definitely be back. I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon before. When getting my calluses removed, the technician scrubbed so hard that I started to hurt and then bled. Even though I said that it hurt, the technician kept working on my calluses without examining the area that I said hurt. Then when I saw the instrument that was being used and I saw blood on it. I am not sure why or how the technician wasn't aware that I was bleeding even though it very obvious. I had to tell them that there was blood on the instrument and that I was bleeding. Then they had no clue how to handle a situation where a client was bleeding. Two other staff members had to help them with how to disinfectant and bandage a wound. They only didn't charge me for the callus removal when they probably should have discounted everything more. I bled a lot and I felt that my overall pedicure was very mediocre. Heres the thing im very picky about who i ket do my nails after contracting an fungus infection once from a salon it was horrible so i tried this place once i moved to this side of town and my natural nail bed was E-filed down so thin that the acrylic burned my finger tips for days after like itching red swollen painful. I had to soak in ice water for relief. I went back to my original salon i used to go to on the North side of town 2wks after and she was horrified at how bad they were. Now i had been going to my place for 7yrs religiously except for a few times like the one that gave me the infection. So shes quite familiar with my nails and explained how dangerous it is to file natural nails with an efile which i didnt know. So besides all that they dnt have prices posted and it seems like they charge whatever they feel like which was 55 for my new set. I normally can keep a set at my old place for 3wks before they start lifting and i only pay 35 including my flair tips and gel top coat they charge 5 extra for everything and they were lifting after 2wks. I have some positive feedback for this salon but the experience was mostly negative and I will not choose to return. Positives: They had availability and the technicians were friendly and pleasant. Jessica is very nice. Negative: 1) I was quoted one price on the phone, made an appointment and came in. I got the exact service done that I called to ask about pricing on and scheduled the appointment for, only to be charged more than what they told me. I did not get anything extra or other than what I called about. 2) this place is not clean. The floors and working spaces were dirty and there were nail clippings and cotton on the floor. 3) The nail polish selection is not great and all the sample nails in the back by the nail polish are mostlyall cracked in half, damaged, or very old. They definitely need to update that.4) all the gel nail polish bottles at the nail bar appear very old and have globs of nail polish on the outside of the bottles. 5) their basic pedicure is the mini pedicure that does not include a massage and costs the same as a basic pedicure including a massage in most other places in the area. My gel color came out nothing like on the sample nail - it came out straight black and it was supposed to be dark red. This is not the technicians fault however it is bad product the salon carries. Finally, the technician doing my full set messed up one of the nails after the color and top coat was put on. For some reason he went back in for a touch up after he put oil on my nails and painted another layer of clear on that one nail. It turned out matte. The rest of the nails are shiny and the one nails is completely flat/ matte. Overall not happy with the quality of the service and being quoted one price for a specific service, and they asked to pay more for nothing additional. No one likes that. I'll try one of the other 50+ nail salons in the Tempe Mesa area next. Read Less
