Worst experience ever... I asked to have nails removed and she ripped my nail off I had to tell her to soak them. She proceeded to have a very bad attitude and her employee then filed my nail bed down and has permanently damaged my nail. She was also mean to my children and took it upon herself to touch my daughter's face without asking. As well as racist tword anyone who looked latino.

I came in for an overlay and the lady immediately tells me how she doesn't like doing overlays. And by me wanting an overlay, I wanted the acrylic to be put on a little bit thicker and she's going to tell me that she's not doing it any thicker. This was my first time in Arizona, first time going to a nail shop here and she left a nasty taste in my mouth.

I'm so angry. The owner cut my finger where it bled for several minutes. I asked her for a discount, and she asks "for what?" So, I said "for cutting my finger." She says "it's only a small cut; it'll stop bleeding. I cut people all the time." Wow! I will never go back there.

I went there twice to get ny nails done. First time, a woman had done them, didnt really ask specifically what i wantes but just did them as if she knew me, second time a man had done them and the polish i picked, he used, chipped(and this is Gel). Also how he filed my nails were way too off for the shape I had wanted. They work too fast that they're not paying attention to detail. It was the same when i had my feet done. Not enough work, but i can say that they're cheap.

I went there twice to get ny nails done. First time, a woman had done them, didnt really ask specifically what i wantes but just did them as if she knew me, second time a man had done them and the polish i picked, he used, chipped(and this is Gel). Also how he filed my nails were way too off for the shape I had wanted. They work too fast that they're not paying attention to detail. It was the same when i had my feet done. Not enough work, but i can say that they're cheap.
