Last time I went there I had made an appointment for 2:00 for a Manicure and a Pedicure, I didn’t get finished until 4:45. I love the girls there, I always have so much fun. Do not ever go here. I walked in and immediately was asked what I needed done. I statedFull set.. lady responded with an attitude and said "That's it?!" I said yes and she proceeded to tell me I needed to leave because it just couldn't be done today. Keep in mind this is at 12pm in the middle ofThe afternoon. Then she has the nerve to ask me when I want to come back. How about never lady?! I can't believe your business is even open (I guess it's because of the snow birds) other than that I will be contacting board of cosmetology because off bat I noticed several violations. Quaint little nail salon in East Mesa. The staff here are super friendly, and can always make us laugh! I get my eyebrows done there (because if I don't... Wow) and my wife gets her nails done. She says this is one of the only salons that do it exactly the way she likes. They can be pretty busy on the weekends (especially during snow bird season) so appointments are recommended. Read Less

I have been coming to Holly's Nails for over two years. I was ready to quit coming and then the Lisa and hers crew took over. It is an amazing place. I go regularly every two weeks for my manicure and once a month for my pedicure. My husband also goes with me and gets a pedicure when I get mine. Jean does my husbands pedicure every time and he will not go to anyone else. Lisa does my nails because she and Phong are the only ones that know how to do the hard gel nails. Either Kara or Miley does my pedicure and both are fantastic. If I get a design on my nails either Kara or Miley does my design. I love my nails but more than that I love the girls (and Phong). They are a great group of people, very professional and fun to be around. I recommend Holly's Nails to anyone looking for a great pedicure and a beautiful set of nails. Read Less

Absolutely love this place! Mai Ly and Kara are awesome nail techs and even better people. HUGE plus that Mai Ly speaks both English and Vietnamese perfectly (so she can and will translate for you) and Kara speaks English. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable. Love how the shop has turned around for the better. I give them 5 stars because the new ownership has upgraded everything. This place is so clean now you can eat off the floor. I love the new pictures on the walls because it makes me feel like I am on vacation. The nail polish is all new now. They are all family so it's fun and funny when we are there. Been really needing to get my nails done. I called and they nicely set me up for an appointment the same day. I got there at 6:30 and they happily accomodated me. I was so surprised since they closed at 7pm. I got a gel mani for $30 with design and classic pedi for $20. I did use a groupon so it made it more affordable. Mani is pretty reasonably priced since it was abiut the same as most places. Pedi was a lil steep but it was worth it.The salon looks a lil outdated but still pretty nice. Looks like a regular salon but nothing luxurious, which is fine. At least it looks pretty clean. I was the only customer when I got there and they had two nail techs working at the same time. Thanks for that :)They were very accomodating and they even stayed late after closing, super appreciate it!! I was watching the techs to see if they would try to hurry my appointment but no...they definitely took their time. They very carefully cleaned and painted my nails. I love how my mani turned out I know the guy that did it tried his best to copy the picture I showed him (yes, I said a guy dis my nails ). And I loved how the girl that did my toes were very meticulous about my pedicure. She was very careful and I felt very much pampered.I know next time I'll try not to come in when they are closing so they might be more accomodating because I know they were ready to go home.
