The first time I went here the service was great and the lady was kind. This last time I went, I brought in 2 well behaved little girls to get their nails and toes painted for their very first time. The lady kept telling me "no" when the older of the 2 (11 years old) wanted gel polish. I told her that it was okay a few times before she decided to finally paint her nails then she was rough with her. Then after she finished her nails she started on mine and was really rough pulling on my fingers, cut the cuticle and my fingertips were burning.Not happy. Wont be back Read Less

My experience at this place was not the best, it wasn't busy when I went but they were rushing and did a poor job on my mani and pedi. And to top it off, the lady was very rude and really didn't seem to care about new customers. I do not recommend going here . Read Less

Took my daughter to get her nails done for my mother's funeral and from the moment we walked in we felt rushed. While my daughter was getting her nails done, a regular walked in and the lady basically rushed the remaining nails in order to get us out of the chair. We're from San Diego and do not frequent this location, but I'd highly recommend you find a more professional and courteous establishment to get your nails done. Read Less

Cathy is the nicest little girl and makes my nails look like a thousand bucks. I love the way Fong does the pedicure, He sure has helped a bad  toe nail I have look so much better. Close to home and will continue to go there. Prices are average to anywhere else. Read Less

My daughter and I went there today to have manicures done.  What we experienced was less than quality.  What my daughter received was a twenty minute, TOTAL TIME, gel manicure with cuticles nicked and bleeding on the sides of the nails, and her cuticles were not pushed back and trimmed which made her nails look short and stubby when in fact she has long nail beds.  I guess when they let you soak your fingers for less than 30 seconds then start going to town on the cuticle nothing is softened up to trim so hey, why bother.  When we got home, she (my daughter) pushed her cuticles back and trimmed them herself so now it looks like she has one to two weeks of a grown out gel polish.  This entire manicure needs to be redone properly to look nice for the holiday.  We were walk ins with no appointments, but the rushing with us to fit us in was less than desirable.    We will not be returning there.  I wished they would have told us it would have been a little bit of a wait as we would have waited till they  had the appropriate amount of time to do this properly.  My gel manicure took a total of 30 minutes and was "Ok".  Nothing spectacular.  Mine was done by Anne.  My daughter had hers done by another girl there.  All salons I've been to give you shoulder massages as part of their manicure services.......nope, not here.  Too bad, we will be looking for a different nail salon. I went in to get my acrylics filled and painted. I was yelled at for not knowing the name of the shape I wanted them, and then I was burned a few times when they were filing the polish off. The polish didn't completely cover my nails and it looked streaky. I talked to a older woman and she said she had been going there for years and loved the owner, because she was so nice.... was not impressed. Never have I been disrespected in such a way. Never going back there. And I highly recommend going the extra mile to any other place. Read Less

I wish I would have read these reviews before going in and having the ignorant service that I did. They were nice enough and talked me into getting my nails done even though they did not have the chrome gel nail polish but I thought I would compensate as they were friendly... that is until I realized that I was not getting the pedicure that I was wanting altogether. The guy (not sure his name or if there is more than one). He was nice enough but he was hurting my toes when filing and as soon as I started speaking up in saying that I was not getting what I wanted the three nail techs started speaking to each other in their language and were being rude. They insisted I paid half even though all I got was my nail polish removed which he said after I was going to be charged extra for that too, my nails cut and the filing that was hurting my toes... It's a shame because they could of had me as a repeat customer Read Less

My wife and grandma got work done here. My wife got acrylics and asked for a style she found online. They did a half ass paint job and didn't cut any of the nails the same shape. My grandma got a pedicure and they SOMEHOW managed to cut her foot while doing it. They felt like unless you are a regular there, they don't care about your nails. How are you supposed to get regulars if you mess up the first experience?! Not going here again. Sticking to galaxy nails on baseline. Best place we have dealt with so far. Read Less
