To start off, the music almost puts you to sleep. Both the foot & rock massage had about as much pressure as a light breeze, as did the heel exfoliation. My favorite part of pedicures is the foot and leg massages. I always get the higher prices pedis to get the extra massages. The nail tech lighty massaged my legs and never massaged my feet. And the hot rock massage lasted less than 10 seconds per leg. And then the little shoulder massage at the end was so light, my 5 year old does a better job. I was really disappointed. They still get 3 stars because it was clean, nice, and my toe polish came out nice. But the massages sucked. Read Less

I used to recommend this place to everyone... My mom treated me to this place on Mother's Day. We both got a manicure and pedicure. Spent about $80 each... within a week my moms GEL acrylics fells off. Mine chipped within days, the nail polish didn't last. We did not get anything fancy... she got purple, I got a nude color. Again, gel acrylics. Just feel like we wasted money. And it took about 2 1/2 hours for both of us.... she's wanted to go to Happy Feet nails and I convinced her to go to this place because they used to be great. April 13, 2017 I now have been a regular client of #1Elite Nails since last July and I highly recommend the shop. It is clean and the technicians there have been stable. I've seen Kathy, TJ and Michael's work and they all really care about the end results. Kathy and Michael own the shop and they certainly 'put in' the hours of a small business owner. THIS IS THE SPOT, don't bother shopping around. They are as good as what I was used to in a high end commercial market in Southern CA. I have been to this nail salon multiple times, and after each time, I wish I hadn't. I've been going there because I live close by and I know the family, but those reasons are not enough​ to outweigh the bad experiences I've had the last four times I've been there. The owners always cut my nails WAY too short, and my gels always come out bumpy. When I leave, I feel like, "Well, it's like a bad haircut: just got to wait until it grows back." But I shouldn't have to feel like that every time I leave a salon. This past time, I got a French manicure and I had to go back into the salon and ask them to fix one of the nails they messed up on. They were NOT happy to do so, and the nail turned out even worse than when I left the first time. I'm bummed, too, because I went to get my nails done for my wedding, and they look horrible. This is not my normal place I go for my nails but it was close to my boyfriends hair place so decided to get my nails done. I did have gel acrylic that had grown out but I didn't want a fill. They removed the acrylic and kept my nail underneath long like I'd asked for. Very kind staff, quick service and very clean. Definitely recommend. Read Less

I love this place! I used to go to Michael and Kathy when they were at Angel Touch by Brian. I went there for years and was always totally happy! I moved to Prescott 3 yrs ago and did come down a couple of times for my nails but when I moved back here they were gone. You have no idea how many phone calls and visits to nail salon's looking for Michael. Today was my lucky day because I found both Michael and Kathy, got my nails done and a pedicure! I went to this place for the first time recently and have only wonderful things to report. I walked in with no appointment and was seated immediately. The establishment was clean and the service spectacular. My pedicure was extremely well done. Upon completion, the technician encouraged me to stay in the massage chair as long as I wanted while my toes dried. My toes look great. Read Less
