Best pedi I've had. However most pedicures I pay for are 20 dollars. Paid 26 dollars not including tip. The spa tech was awesome with the massage. I'm 7 months pregnant and needed it! Definitely go here again for a treat! Read Less

Five of us came in for a family nail time and it was ok. The guys who help us 2 of us were great but the woman were in a rush. One of the girls didn't even file the nail straight on her toes. Everyone does a great job!  Sarah is amazing with acrylic. Jenny and Tony do great gel manicures. Tina also does great mani/pedis!  I've been going here for 3 years...ever since we moved here.  I tried one other place one time when kiwi was closed for a holiday. Regretted it. I'm a kiwi girl!!!Edit: Completely forgot about what a good job Brian does too!  Yesterday Tina started my gel soak, Leon did the manicure and Sarah did the paint!  . My wife made an appointment, as a regular client. While performing nail work on my hand the nail person advised me she had a "client" and turned me over to the manager/owner. I asked her why I wasn't considered a "client" and got no response. Further within a couple days one of the nails she worked on began to peal. The atmosphere is not friendly; generally the whole staff communicates among themselves using Vietnamese rather than English. This is probably more of a 2.5 star review as I don't get my nails done often enough to have much to compare it to. In fact, I was just telling the nail tech Sara the last time I had my nails done in a full set (what I got today) was for my wedding five years ago. Anyway, the experience today... It was...odd? I walked in and asked for a full set. I was taken back quickly. The whole process went by really fast. I wasn't going to complain since I got there before 11:30 and had somewhere to be at 12:30pm. Another woman was in the room where they do acrylic having her nails done by a man who works there. They were about midway through when I sat down.  I wound up leaving before she did... My nail tech Sara seemed antsy to get me out of there. She kept looking out the window. At one point, another couple ladies walked in and the man up front motioned at her. This kicked her into gear even faster. I suspect they may have had an appointment and I was "just" a walk-in, but still I was a paying customer!She even waited to do the topcoat until I was sitting by the front door at the drying station-- with nothing to dry, almost as if she was so rushed she had forgotten a step or two. It was just strange, nice as she was. As others have mentioned they like cash tips and not on the card. Wasn't a fan of that option. Plse stay away from this salon, at least for pedicure.  They use extremely harsh chemicals which burned my feet (the bottoms of my feet are still sensitive) and in addition, the guy cut me really deep on the side of the heel after using this enormous scraper; it is, as of today, not healed after 10 days (I am not subject at all to infections); I went back and complained to the manager.  He gave me my money back, but that does not take care of the problem today. I was in town for a couple days and desperately needed fills in my pink and whites. The lady who did my nails insisted on doing gel and painting my white tips vs doing pink and white gel like I asked. She basically told me I could not have what I asked for. So she painted the tips. They look terrible and chipped that night on 2 nails. I am very annoyed that I didn't walk out when she told me she would only paint the tips. Now I have to go get them redone somewhere else. Kiwi Nails is a great place for pedicures! Reasonable prices and even though they were super busy I didn't have to wait long (5 min). They didn't make me feel rushed even though they had other people waiting after me. Lots of color choices and clean environment. Highly recommend! Read Less

Not very good service. Nice and friendly but they don't do a very good job actually painting nails. I paid 30$ for shellac that is not covering the entire nail and on my skin in some parts. Way too much money for a bad manicure. Read Less

I've been here a handful of times and it's always because I don't have time to go to VN Nails near Costco where I prefer to go (they get 5 stars from me).  Kiwi Nail has always done a cheap job trying to take shortcuts wherever possible.  But today I've had it and will never go back!  After getting the typical shabby job on a fill with French tips,  I accidentally smudged two nails really badly.  They needed to be repainted and I asked her to do so... I even offered to pay extra.  The nail tech came over to look and she pressed the clumps back down and painted right back over the mess (didn't even keep the paint in the lines) then slathered so much varnish over the train wreck that it was literally dripping down my finger. After my nails were dry enough to leave,  another tech rang me up and the receipt had no place for a tip.  When I asked,  he told me I had to pay tips in cash... Well it's lucky for me I didn't have any cash.  He said I will have to tip her next time.  NEXT TIME??!!  yeah right!  There will be no next time!
