This was my first time there for a pedicure. I found the place dirty, cluttered and dingy. The instruments did not come out of sealed packages so no way to know if they were sterile or not. They did not use liners in the tubs. One technician was eating her lunch in a pedicure chair, another was sleeping, very soundly . The only reason I even gave 1 star is because the technician that did my pedicure did a good job. However I won't go back. Read Less

I have been to this salon several times and am never fully satisfied. Tony is so kind and welcoming, however he will not turn anyone away. We have scheduled appointments and still waited over 30 minuets. With people constantly walking in, they seem to rush to get everyone taken care of and the quality is not on point. Excellent technicians, wonderful serviceWhat attention to detail!  Both technicians were so careful and did such a flawless job on both the pedicure and gel manicure.  It's also just a really friendly atmosphere.  I don't live in Green Valley, only visiting, but it's obvious that Tony and his team are well liked by their customers, too, which makes for a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.  My pedicure and manicure were of much higher quality than what I've had done at the place I usually go at home...time to find a new place that meets the standards set by Saigon Nails. I went to the spa today for a pedicure and a manicure with Tony. He was amazing. Very friendly and did a wonderful massage on my legs and feet. Removing all the rough skin and smoothing my nail surface. It was a lovely experience and I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and I will go back again.Then I had a great manicure and Tony suggested that I should use gel nail polish which lasts so much longer than regular nail polish. He did a great job and appreciated the fact that my polish would last longer. When I need them doing again. I won't hesitate to go back and see him again. Read Less

No individual sterilized pack instruments. Not very clean. Helen Keller could have done a better job with my pedicure. There was paint all over the sides of my toes, and dry skin left on them as well. Exfoliation was minimal. The people were nice though. Read Less

I have been looking for a nail salon in the area for a very long time, but have not had any luck so far. Saigon Nails came highly recommended from many friends and co-workers, so I was very hopeful. I have gone in twice, both times taking my younger sister along. The first time I got a fill on my acrylics and my sister got a basic manicure. I was extremely impressed with the end results. I thought for sure I had finally found a reliable place down here.I went back two weeks later to get another fill. This time, a woman helped me. I was beyond upset with how my nails came out. The polish was pretty bad. She missed a lot of spots and got much of the polish and actual acrylic on my fingers. To make matters worse, she had kind of rushed me through, and did not give the polish enough time in between coats to dry. I only realized that 45 minutes later when I went to pull on some shorts and all of the polish on my thumb moved back. I am so tired of nail technicians not paying attention to details. I had to have the guy correct the shellac bleeding on to my skin. Then the top glitter design was coming off. I ask him to fix it and he is offended since I bothered him again to fix his work. And when I get home, there is still the shellac on my skin. I paid $60 for a pedi and shellac on my hands to be super annoyed and disappointed. Don't waste your time. Read Less

I hesitated to write this review because I wanted to really like this salon. I waited weeks before deciding to write this. Let me start by saying that the staff is super nice. Tony, the owner, is very personable and funny. He talked about his children and even has his kids' achievements up on the wall. There was another male worker and a female who worked on me - both very nice too. So it makes me sad to say that I just won't go back. It's very busy and you can tell most of the people are regulars or snowbirds/visiting one time only customers (but then again, this IS Green Valley). The major thing that for the minimal stars is the cleanliness of the place. When I went to put my nails under the UV light bar, there was a dead fly and another bug under there. When I told the nail tech she just kinda laughed and went away - she didn't clean it up. Then when I put my hands under there - omg I was pretty grossed out. There was nail dust everywhere. Yuck! Secondly, I was MAJORLY pushed into getting a gel manicure. I was in there to get rid of the gel manicure I got for a special event over a month prior. I hate them because of how hard it is to change nail polish - this was maybe the 3rd time I had gotten one. The nail tech proceeded to sand off my gel manicure. I had never seen this done so I thought it must just be a new procedure - usually my nails were soaked in acetone. Well, the sanding left my usually super strong nails very thin and fragile. I am sitting here with the shortest nails I've ever had in my life because they all eventually have peeled and broken. I can't wait until my nails grow long enough to get rid of all the sanding parts that left my nails weak and thin. The manicure itself lasted less than a day! I had to go back the next day because my nail had broken and it needed to be fixed. I didn't just pay $50 (french mani/pedi) to not be able to sport it for at least a week! They fixed it at no extra cost and were very nice about it. However, they did try to tell me that my nail broke and chipped because I didn't get a gel manicure. Pretty much everything I said about a manicure, they tried to push the gel manicure. When I said I wanted a certain color they said they don't have it in regular but they do in gel..that kind of thing. When I left they said "see you next time!" happily and friendly. I just kinda smiled but knew I couldn't possibly return. Super nice people, not so nice mani/pedi or conditions. Sorry. :-( Read Less

I've tried many salons in the area but have only come back to this one! Tony gives the worlds best, and longest leg/foot massage and I leave there feeling amazingly relaxed!
