This is probably one of the best nail salon experiences i've had since moving to Arizona. I was a walk in on a busy afternoon and they managed to squeeze me in without making wait more than 15 minutes and without making my time there feel rushed. I LOVE that they have several options for pedicures so if your feeling cheap or short on time you don't have to get the usual calf massage but if you want all the bells and whistles (or various bells and whistles) you can do that too. They also put a liner in their pedicure bath basin which i think is a must. It was my first time getting gel and i don't think i'll ever go back to regular polish. I was going to on vacation for about two weeks and didn't want to have to worry about the upkeep of polish while traveling. The tech did a really good job. I didn't have to wait around for long drying times and everything looked good when i left. It's been a little over 4 weeks now and they still look acceptable. Not a single chip. Decided to try this place in the afternoon after a friend recommended it. I went in for the express manicure and express pedicure and it was amazing! I was greeted at the door by the owner, who was incredibly friendly and nice. The entire staff was a complete delight! Even though I showed up less than hour before closing (I was a walk in), at no point did I feel rushed or felt that the technician tried to cut corners. As a matter of fact i forgot I had asked for the express mani pedi because the tech really took her time to do an impeccable job. I was never pressured to upgrade or get additional services. We went here after having my bachelorette party. Stopped in for 4 pedis and the ladies were lovely! They were nice and did a wonderful job! Even though they didn't charge full price for my pedicure, they still gave me the full treatment with a leg massage, and foot massage and everything. They offer a wide variety of different Services. We would come back again when I am in town! Expert Nails is one of the cleanest and beautifully set up nail salons I've ever been to! If we didn't live 3 hours away, I'd definitely have a new nail spot!. Read Less

I love going here with my daughter for service. The people here are always friendly and nice. The services are professional and it's easy to get an appointment or walk-in. Call for your reservation otherwise you might have to wait anywhere from 5-20 minutes depending on the day. Read Less

The staff were nice. The nail polish selection was plentiful. It didn't smell like a nail salon which is good because I hate that chemical smell. However the prices are not posted and the language barrier was hard to understand. For example make sure you know exactly what the price is for manicures. When I called they said they were $15. They convinced us to do a gel manicure. Which we didn't realize was $28. We were out of town and passing thru so we most likely won't be coming back but wanted to give others a heads up. Read Less

I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years...Brian and Emily are great! They shape my nails very well, not too thick and not too thin. I barely get any lifting even when let my nails go for three weeks.UPDATE: Brian no longer works at the salon.  NOOOOOOooooooo! Read Less

I had a dry pedi as I had bad tendonitus and could not tolerate hot or warm water.  Pedi was just OK although the polish has lasted well.My issue is this:   The Gel, French Manicure was aweful and only last about 4-5 days then started to peel in layers on a majority of nails.  I was out of State for about 4+ weeks with norecourse.  I have had french Gel manicures for years and they usually last me about 5 weeks with care.  I would not recommend Expert Nails.  Leo was the technician, very quiet and took his time with both, but unfortunately, manicure was a big bust....won't go back or recommend.It is also very iritating that they converse with each other while ignoring their clients...very poor customer care. I went today to get a pedicure. I have gotten several pedicures and I figure a pedicure comes with the standard you know nail trim, cuticle removal, and dry skin from the bottom of your feet removal as well. I was wrong I got the deluxe pedicure it was a standard $40 plus $13 for gel nail polish!! And to top it off and extra $5 for Calluses removal as well. That was $58! For a pedicure! I think the prices are outrageous! A girl walked in to get her nails filled $18!! Plus $3 because one of her nails broke! She might as well have got a brand new set. When I told the lady that I might not be returning she started telling all the other technicians in their native language god knows what about me. I will not be returning. It wasn't worth $60! Jenny has been my nail tech for 8 years and I am definitely going to miss her. I have never had a bad experience in this shop. I've had my eyebrows done, pedis and my nails. Usually pink n whites, then during football n holiday season we go crazy and Jenny was always able to do just what I wanted from a picture! Thank you, Expert Nails, for 8 great years of service. Fantastic place. I went in for a pedicure. It was pretty busy on a Monday but I was able to walk right away. I had a women and was great. I enjoy a place where I don't get talked to very much ... I though this woman did a great job of not too much conversation. She was able to take off my calluses without cutting me which is fantastic ! Great foot and calf massage also! When it comes to nail salons in the Sahuarita/Green Valley area, there is not much to choose from. I tried Expert Nails for the first time the other day to get a pedicure. They were able to get me in without any wait. The salon was clean and the employees were friendly. To me, it was just an average pedicure. They did a good job; but, it was nothing to write home about. I would go back again but may try out a couple other salons first. Read Less

I've never been so uncomfortable going to a nail salon until i came here. I came in for a full set and and a pedicure and the gentleman doing my pedicure didn't do the greatest job. He looked more interested in the gold tournament going on than servicing me. Once they got to my full set was when i knew i'd never come back. The lady that i presume own the place, left my nail crooked and ugly. She rushed through the whole thing and was arguing with another nail tech (which is where my uncomfortableness comes in). The ladies are awesome!  Been coming here for years. Haven't been in a while, but they still remembered me!Jenny is awesome if you want to get your nails done.  And if you need some waxing done, her sis Jasmine is the one to go to.  These two are amazing!  Prices are very affordable.  No appointment necessary, but I do recommend it if you want a particular nail tech or my Jenny!
