Ever since new ownership took over in August, this place has gone downhill. There are very few experienced nail techs that actually know what they're doing and they nickel & dime you for everything!! I'm so disappointed and I'm done giving chances. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, for the amount they charge you can find a real nail tech not come to a chop shop where they rush through your service and over charge unnecessarily. Excellent service! I had a gel manicure and gel pedicure. The male technician took his time with my nails and did a wonderful job!! I came back the next day and had the eyelash extensions done and my brows waxed. Every service was amazing and this will be the place I go from now on!! Read Less

I used to really like this place a clean affordable place to go to get my eyebrows waxed but during my last visit when the lady out the wax on it was way too hot the waxed actually left a burn mark on me and possibly a scar . Read Less

I went with my boyfriends daughter for a pedicure. It's very close to where we live and was convenient for us so I thought we would check it out. We picked our colors and didn't wait very long to be seated. I got the deluxe pedicure for $44 which was WAY over priced for what I received. It was supposed to be a ~10 minute massage but it lasted maybe 5 minutes and the whole thing was completely rushed. To add to it, my chair was broken and they did not move me when I told them. She rushed painting my toenails so they look like they were done at a slumber party. My boyfriends daughters toe nails came out a million time better than mine so I didn't mind paying for her although she has little tiny feet and I was charged $17 for it. Would much rather give my business to people who will let me have a relaxing experience. All in all, I won't be returning here. Not personable and over priced for the job that was done. Read Less

Love this place! Anna and Tom are so friendly and always make me feel welcome. Anna has skills! She does an amazing job and my nails always look natural and are formed perfectly. She's also a amazing artist and has a great eye. Every nail art pic I brought it in that I wanted done, she did it perfectly. They use high quality products. My nails stay on forever, no chipping or breaking and I only have to go in for fill every 3-4 weeks.  I work a lot with my hands and am always rough on them but without fail, they stay strong. This place has some of the most fun employees ever! I've been going there to get acrylic nails put on, and I cannot believe how well they stay on. Usually I have to go every two weeks just to make sure that nothing has cracked or started to lift, but I've been able to go three weeks for the first time in my life. The atmosphere is really wonderful, and the customers are generally having a good time and chatting with each other during the entire service. I am definitely not a person who usually chats with strangers, but for some reason in this place I do. They listen very carefully to all of your needs as you're getting work done and they do a fantastic job. Read Less

We're do I begin. I've been coming to this salon for 2 years or so since they opened. I knew the manger before the most recent one and liked how they conducted business. Anna is great if you wanna get your eyebrows waxed and really nice. The reason why I'm giving it such a low star is because of my most recent visit. I came in for a pedicure and was told someone would be right with me, i sat there for about 10 mins. Then, was told to have a seat in one of the chairs where you get the pedicure done. The water was so hot, that I couldn't even put my feet in there, so I told one of the technicians it was really hot, then she turned it to cold and then turned it off. The amount of water that was in there, didn't even cover my feet. After turning the water off, the technician went back to her client. So, I waited and waited for someone, 20 mins passed by, then 30 mins, no one ever came over and said "we'll be right with you" or "are you still doing ok". It wasn't until I put my purse on and started getting out of the chair, that they all finally paid attention. Then, the technician said to me, "it'll be 2 more mins", and I politely declined and said it's ok, after I had been there for 45 mins. I got my things together and told them it was ok and walked out. I am one of the most OCD and ANNOYING customers, lol. I'm so particular because I DONT MISS ANY FLAW. I am also NOT thrilled about technicians performing a fast service. Automatically, I think it'll be bad. Anna is THE FIRST person that I've see perform quickly and the service is superb! My last gel lasted two months with no lift and I have never had that! My feet  could of gone longer if I did not change the color. There is no better feeling than asking for a service and your technician saying, "You really don't need it" I don't look up as she works because she's honest and values the work performed. There is no greater feeling. I am always complimented about my nail color and how amazing they look! I only go to her because her work speaks for itself. And she has set the bar, as one of the best in the nail business! So thankful I decided to give this shop a try! Great, honest and hardworking people are hard to come by. This place had the potential to really shine but misses the mark when it comes to nice nail spa service.  I think the shop has changed hands at least once in the short time they have been open; they do seem to have management/employee problems at any rate.  Once when I was in there the manager got into an argument with the young woman working the register and fired her loudly in front of the whole shop.  Not professional at all.It is a fairly new place in Goodyear and although I live right across the street from it I will now drive 2 miles 'down the road' to another shop where I will be treated like my business matters to them.My complaints are mostly about the quality of service; I have been in the shop mostly for pedicures in the past year or so and they were decently done but nothing outstanding.  The nail techs have not been really friendly except for the one woman who did my nails a couple of times and even then she acted very standoffish and not responsive to me the last time I went there.  She was offended when I asked her to do a couple of things differently to my nails and then didn't do a very good job anyway.The shop itself is clean and pretty well kept up, no complaints there. Go-to nail salon. This nail salon has been under new ownership since January. Tom, the owner, is my nail tech and he's very creative. He convinced me to try the pink and white powdered nails. I usually get a basic mani/pedi with black polish. This time I dared to be different  lol! Needless to say the pink and white nails were pretty. Really liked this place!! Got a pedi with my girls and you get a mini massage while sitting in the chair. The lotions they use smell great and the staff is really friendly. I thought it was kinda pricey but I really enjoyed it. Will be back! Read Less

I went to this place when they first opened and I didn't like it but decided to go back due to new owners. I had great service and my nails and pedicure came out perfect. Thanx the our owner (forgot his name) for my nails and Gina for making my toes look awesome. I know they were very upset due to some crazy customer but I commend you and your staff for not losing your cool in front of us customers. I would recommend this place. Read Less
